Today was a great day for some ice cream. We decided on The Cereal Lab. It was colorful and provided a wall for photo ops. It was very welcoming. There was one person working and it was not busy at all. We placed our order and played the board games that were available while we waited. We received our order and overall it was good. The topping was all on the top, and once you put your spoon in to eat, the toppings went all over the place. Also, the spoon provided to eat the ice cream was so flimsy that it would bend backward. This was not soft serve ice cream. It was hand scooped ice cream. I had to hold the base of my plastic spoon so that I could get some ice cream on the spoon to eat it. I am glad that I went, but I was not wowed enough to go back anytime soon.

This was such a cute space! The people there were really chill, and very kind & patient about accommodating for sensitive allergies. You’ll find really cool cereal flavors you won’t find anywhere else, like Tres Leches Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Oreo O’s, etc. They have some board/card games you could play with your friends while you enjoy your scoop & they have free open mic Mondays. I recommend for a cute experience!

Another great experience. The monthly special was so good!! Service is quick and friendly. The ice cream sundaes are always delicious and fun. It's my favorite mommy son outing!

Customer service 10/10. The owner gave us a concise and great rundown of what they offered. Made us feel like long lost friends hungry for cereal. Presentation was great and their signature combos were perfect. When we came in, there were lots of school kids here hanging out and it was refreshing to see the staff treat them as well as they treated us. This place is fun, unique, and a great stop for something sweet. Will visit again if I’m in town.

The Cereal Lab is such a cute ice cream shop! Clean, bright, & the customer service was great! I had a shake made with Cake Batter ice cream, Oreo Crumbles, & Oreo Drizzle. It was super sweet, but you gotta try it at least once! There were soooo many different cereal options. I plan to tell all my cereal/ice cream lovers about this spot! 😊

Yummy!! Loved the experience & it’s such a cool spot. My daughter’s milk shake was delicious and I had the Sundae with vanilla ice cream, kit kat cereal, cookie crisp cereal and a little chocolate syrup.

Love all the options that you can do. Every cereal lovers heaven. We tried the milkshakes. Cereal wall is so cute for photos and I love that you can hang out and play different board games. Nice touch. Have to say I would Especially come back just because of the staff. They were soooo kind especially Coco! She deserves a raise!!

Really good experience, especially for the kids. Customer service 10 out of 10, Imani was great, very engaged with us, and even did a little extra for my son birthday.
