Tuesday was my first time at Willy’s Mexicana Grill and I must say that I was extremely satisfied and impressed. Based on the comparable food chains such as Moe’s and Chipotle, I like their selections more. The soup was fantastic and I will definitely visit again. It is neat and people are friendly. That’s all one could ask for.

Well, this is my first time going to this location. I read the reviews, and they were pretty good, so I told myself to check them out. I walked in, but I wasn't greeted. A Caucasian guy was there. I'm guessing he's new because I told him I would like the taco salad you advertised outside. He didn't know how to make the food. I understand when you know you don't know, you don't know. I used to work in food service, so I know how it goes. Gloves were not changed from the Caucasian guy and the African-American young lady; she had makeup on, and the other African-American Girl was cooking food and gossiping the whole time. It didn't look presentable; the food looked 3 or 4 hours old. The young lady was on the grill cooking with one hand and phone up to her ear, which I thought was unprofessional. You never know who will walk in and who will report you. I smiled at the young lady helping the caucasian guy. I said hello to her, and she just looked me up and down and went on about her business. I could have told the young man I didn't want the food and walked out, but he took the time to make the food. The food is cold. I stayed less than five minutes from this establishment. I had to ask for my receipt; you asked the customer would you like your receipt. There was no name to tell me who checked me out on my receipt; just horrible customer service. The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets and treats customers, I was very impressed...I can't forget Earl who was working the register, he too was very nice/professional...the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa except one flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled it everywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself...Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, a little loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service...Overall 5 stars, EXCELLENT Customer Service outshines the small issues.

The Team was great. Communication was spot on. Everyone played their positions well. I had my five children with me . All orders were correct and all the ladies were patient. There was also a line out the door. In a matter of 12 minutes all customers were taken care of including Uber eats and to go orders. Great job and EXPERIENCE!!!

My first experience at this place was with Ms. Michelle the manager. I watch how she treats her staff and customers. She is so professional, kind and always smiling even when it is as busy as it gets! I'd been eating here for about 3 months before I finally met the night crew due to a job change. The night crew Shay, Kalil, & Dominique were so welcoming even though I got there 30 minutes before closing time. I turned around to get back in my car and Kalil ran to the door to let me know they were still open. Just an outstanding crew altogether I've never had a negative experience and I eat here almost everyday because the food is healthy and so freakin affordable! 5 STARS ALL DAY BABY!!

If you love Mexican food, then I will recommend Willy's to you as well. The food is good and fresh. It's a small setting. For me, I always ordered, picked up, and go.

Meal was so good I won't take a star away for the atmosphere. The cc machines weren't working so that was a pain. I haven't eaten here before and it was great. I liked it more than Moe's and way more than Chipotle. The burrito was very good and the chips have a thin crispy texture. I got black beans, chicken, etc.

Order ID: AC29DLU39QA3 disappointed! Placed this order online at 7:26pm. Arrived at the store at 8pm and only one item of my order was ready. I waited for 15 minutes before my item was brought to me. I got my 2 burritos home and they were completely wrong. All of the items were incorrect to the point we could not eat them. I did check my order before picking it up, but I couldn’t see inside the burrito. It’s disappointing when the items listed on the ticket do not make it on the burritos but all of the items we can not eat made it on the burritos. Disappointing spending $31.44 to not be able to eat  or items.
