We have been eating at Captain D’s for a number of years, but have not eaten from this particular location since the pandemic began. Saw it on DoorDash so we thought we’d give it another try. Ordered the 3 piece plate (coleslaw and fried okra), hush puppies and large Mountain Dew. The order arrived quickly, complete and packaged well for delivery. The fish tasted just like I remembered it (moist and flaky inside, nice crispy coating outside). Absolutely love the “crispies” that fall off. Almost like a mini side in themselves. Excellent hush puppies, average but tasty coleslaw and fried okra. Can’t ruin a good Mountain Dew either. Overall, it was an excellent lunch, not a bad bargain for the lunch buck, and I’d have no problem ordering that same meal again.

I order a catfish feast with okra fries Cole slaw and extra hushpuppies came up to $16.50 and when I got to my destination this is what I had so not only did I lose money but I didn't get no where near what I asked for and I will not be recommending this location to anyone else. I am very disappointed 😞

Everything was great. Fast service, customer service was outstanding. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I recommend this place for the new a lil spicy fish fillets. And for a family spot to eat when your in the mood for fish.

Usually when visiting this location it’s really speedy service . Last week not so much. I didn’t have any cutlery in my bag and my breadsticks were over cooked. Update Stopped by today 3-4-23 and the line moved fast per usual. The food was hot and fresh. Drive thru cashier was polite

I purchased the Spicy fish 2 piece today. The grease was old dark and burned and the fish was re-battered. The manger Mr. Ellis was rude and disrespectful. He should not be providing any services to customers. He has poor customer service skills. I know that restaurants need employees however you really need ones that represent your band in the most positive way. It may be a good time to use secret shoppers to alert owners to the services and quality of services and food being severed.

The food was ok I do like the fact that the fries were good and hot but the shrimp was cold like it had been sitting out. Other than that it was ok I guess besides the fact I didn’t get a receipt either. I take that back I ordered the trio and got chicken not sure if it comes with chicken but I definitely don’t eat meat I’m pescatarian!

Absolutely terrible place!! Worst Captain ds in the area. I keep giving them chances but I’ll never return again. It’s always a 30 min wait at the drive thru or undercooked food.

I doordash here frequently, I would never eat here. Do yourself a favor and go to the Kroger a cross the street and buy food to cook.
