Please
beware
when
staying
at
this
property.
A
matter
between
hotel
guests
was
escalated
by
a
hotel
associate,
Lionel,
and
he
grabbed
me,
the
only
woman
involved,
in
the
bar
area.
I
called
the
police
and
immediately
asked
for
the
hotel
to
share
camera
footage
to
prove
the
action
with
the
police
officer
that
arrived.
The
officer
was
told
that
there
are
no
cameras
in
the
lobby
area,
bar,
or
restaurant,
which
is
completely
unsafe
for
any
individuals
in
those
areas.
I
was
personally
told
that
there
are
only
cameras
in
the
valet
area
and
front
desk.
The
Waldorf
associate
grabbed
me
in
an
area
of
the
hotel
that
he
knew
did
not
have
cameras.
And
after
biased
reports
nothing
was
done.
The
hotel
offered
to
delete
my
bill
for
one
night
stay
after
my
credit
card
company
already
handled
the
reversal.
But
reversed
bill
charges
are
not
enough
for
inappropriate
touching.
The
associate
should
be
held
accountable
for
his
actions.
My
safety
is
worth
more
than
to
sweep
this
matter
under
the
rug.
My
advice
to
future
guests
and
patrons
is
to
be
sure
to
record
your
time
at
the
Waldorf
Astoria
Buckhead
if
you
are
at
the
bar,
in
the
restaurant,
and
lobby
because
the
hotel
will
not
protect
you
if
something
happens
to
you.
I
even
asked
for
the
guest
safety
policy
and
the
general
manager
said
that
he
did
not
have
to
share
it
with
me.
The
staff
and
management
were
biased
and
the
associate
that
put
his
hands
on
me
was
clearly
comfortable
doing
so
in
the
presence
of
my
husband
and
continues
to
work
there
without
consequence.
Had
my
husband
physically
responded
to
the
associate’s
actions,
I’m
sure
that
legal
action
would
have
been
taken
against
him
without
cameras.
So
why
not
when
an
associate
touches
a
hotel
guest?
So,
everyone
please
be
careful
staying
at
this
property
if
you
are
not
traveling
with
personal
security.
I
will
never
support
this
brand
again
because
safety
does
not
seem
to
be
the
top
priority
for
guests.
