Please beware when staying at this property. A matter between hotel guests was escalated by a hotel associate, Lionel, and he grabbed me, the only woman involved, in the bar area. I called the police and immediately asked for the hotel to share camera footage to prove the action with the police officer that arrived. The officer was told that there are no cameras in the lobby area, bar, or restaurant, which is completely unsafe for any individuals in those areas. I was personally told that there are only cameras in the valet area and front desk. The Waldorf associate grabbed me in an area of the hotel that he knew did not have cameras. And after biased reports nothing was done. The hotel offered to delete my bill for one night stay after my credit card company already handled the reversal. But reversed bill charges are not enough for inappropriate touching. The associate should be held accountable for his actions. My safety is worth more than to sweep this matter under the rug. My advice to future guests and patrons is to be sure to record your time at the Waldorf Astoria Buckhead if you are at the bar, in the restaurant, and lobby because the hotel will not protect you if something happens to you. I even asked for the guest safety policy and the general manager said that he did not have to share it with me. The staff and management were biased and the associate that put his hands on me was clearly comfortable doing so in the presence of my husband and continues to work there without consequence. Had my husband physically responded to the associate’s actions, I’m sure that legal action would have been taken against him without cameras. So why not when an associate touches a hotel guest? So, everyone please be careful staying at this property if you are not traveling with personal security. I will never support this brand again because safety does not seem to be the top priority for guests.

Not your typical Waldorf. I will preface by saying we have stayed at many Waldorf properties. It is my understanding that the property, formerly a Mandarin, changed over just before the pandemic. That being said, they have some work to do upon arrival. First impressions are everything and this one would not have me return. Nothing horrible about it but it didn't justify the cost or live up to the brand. No one greeted us or opened the car upon arrival, took bags out or to our room. No grand fresh floral in foyer and although you give the name to valet, it does not get relayed to front desk. Front desk was great each time we interacted. Rooms are nice and well kept, awesome turn down service, that is basically a mini clean. Nothing to improve here except ensuring the tv doesn't constantly have an interruption in service. Room service was quick and pleasant. Gym nice, typical. Leaving was more of the arrival. What's to say other than they need a designated valet and a designated bellman and the two roles should not mix. I wouldn't return for a stay or recommend but the restaurant was great and I do want to try the spa. As for future staycations, we'll stick to the Ritz or St. Regis.

This hotel is exceptional! Let's just start with the service.. The customer service is excellent! They made us feel welcome and they catered to us. The rooms where CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Usually I can find something wrong with a hotel but NOT this one! We will definitely be back and this will always be our place to stay as long as the service and cleanliness stays like this. It's worth every dime...

We had an incredible experience at a very busy time of year for the hotel. We ate at Brassica and found both of our dishes to be delicious. Staff was attentive, polite, and provided every little thing we needed. We will be back!

This review is for the Spa and Pool. My friend and I were very excited to have a spa day for her 30th birthday. I had called MULTIPLE times and even communicated with the Supervisor through email quite a bit to make this appointment. We wanted to ensure ALL the amenities were working (especially after Covid) as we wanted the whole Spa experience. The day before our appointment, someone called to confirm the appointment. They did not tell us that the amenities were out of service during this time. When we showed up for our appointments, they told us the steam room, sauna and whirlpool area was down. We elected not to get our massage service and were EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of communication and nothing really being done by the staff to rectify this. We took time off work, drove all the way down and all they could do was apologize and even said “oh we’re glad we can take off the cancellation fee for this”. We had to cancel our appointment because of them and their lack of communication to us about the amenities! They did let us use the outdated pool where the music was so loud that we called requested them to turn it down, which of course the staff their did nothing about. Also their were two guests there that decided to use the outside tranquil pond as their hot tub as they got in and sat in it for 20 minutes or so. Just overall extremely disappointed by such a luxury brand. Definitely far from luxury

Wonderful experience! I stayed in a Premium Plus 2 Queen room. The dining experience, concierge service, valet service, and spa are all the reasons this is a true 5-star hotel. I highly recommend staying for a special occasion or for a great escape while on a stressful business trip.

My husband and I have been to this hotel about 8 times in the last 6 months and we love it. It is pure luxury and the service and rooms are always over the top. It is extremely clean and housekeeping is always accommodating. The last time we went we had some very unusual issues like the front desk never getting back to us multiple times, the food store not having drinks on hand, and the valet getting the wrong vehicle. I could not bring myself to give 4 stars though because whenever we go we always have such a good time and we feel so well taken care of.

I came in to celebrate my birthday with Afternoon Tea and we were incredibly pleased with the whole experience. There was great variety and every bite was delicious with its own fun complexities. The service was phenomenal. Jenna went above and beyond, providing impeccable friendly, warm service throughout our stay.

Pros: Nice, upscale hotel. Large, clean room with huge bathroom and a tub overlooking the skyline view. I had a room at the end of the hall on a high floor and it was pleasantly quiet. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Cons: The valet "system" is a mess. One guy seemed to be left to juggle everything on his own when I checked in AND out. No dedicated bellhop, but front desk offered assistance with the bags upon check in. Pool is small and natatorium is underwhelming in both furnishings and decor. If you don't mind staying in midtown, the Four Seasons is in the same price range, but far more organized and luxe. The whole vibe is a step above the Waldorf Astoria. Their valet setup is swift and convenient and lets you call/text ahead for your vehicle to be pulled around. Their bellhops are professional, efficient, and extremely pleasant. We were welcomed by name at the front desk and found personalized complimentary goodies in our room upon arrival. Their pool is larger and there are many large round chaises, lounge chairs, and pleasing marble ornamentation around the entire pool and hot tub area. The pool has a lovely outdoor patio as well, high above street level. The rooms and bathrooms may be a bit smaller but all of the other attributes make up for it and then some. There's nothing inherently wrong with the Waldorf Astoria, it just doesn't compete with other luxury hotels in Atlanta.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. My room had broken glass on the floor dirty towels, and the bed was not made. I cut myself on my foot in the room and needed my brother to buy me bandages. As well the mini bar was not stocked at arrival yet I was charged for everything. I am a diamond member at Hilton and I am a titanium member at Marriott. Poor experience when telling the manager he responded he will not fix the issue and he does not care.

This wasn't a long trip so we wanted the best. We knew what to expect from the Waldorf brand and it didn't disappoint. Shopping nearby was luxurious and returning to the elegantly appointed room was a nice way to end the day. Who knew you could enjoy a weekend in the city this much!

The treatment of diamond memebers is deplorable at this hotel. They want to charge for upgrades, which is not Hilton policy for diamond members and not what other Waldorf hotels do. In fact, I have yet to find an upscale Hilton brand hotel that charges a diamond member for an upgrade. I brought this to the attention of the manager who could care less. It is their policy, and they will not budge. I canceled my reservation and will take my business elsewhere. Do your research on this hotel. There are many negative and very concerning reviews about this property. If you are a diamond member and want to be treated properly, then go somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Very small lobby. Bar was always full with no room to sit and have a drink. The room was...fine. obviously nice but for the price you think the doors would latch properly.

When I say this place is where you want to stay, it is EVERYTHING! Luxury at its finest! The staff are impeccable ( Alexis, Victoria, and the manager Ifeoma) expressed excellent customer service! Ifeoma, is a great manager, she went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect!!! Even the valet staff were courteous, fast, and keep a smile on their faces. The room was beautiful, we upgraded to a king balcony suite. It was very nice, clean, fresh, and not a speck of dust anywhere.

I was very satisfied with the staff and their willingness to accommodate. They all were friendly and professional. Even if I had an issue with something, they were willing to resolve it quickly and offer me something for the inconvenience. Ms. Ellen Daniels took great care of us and although this was my first stay at this hotel, it most certainly, will not be my last.

Just checked out this morning. Everything was excellent customer service, rooms, bar with live jazz music, and food. The courtesy car was great for having dinner/lunch in the area (2 miles or less). Our trip was amazing because of the amenities at this hotel. Definitely worth the stay. I have no complaints.

I invited 3 friends for a spa day! The staff was so kind and helpful. The spa options are amazing! The major disappointment for me was there was only 2 working showers. The spa was bustling with ladies using the sauna and whirlpool. Then there was a line to shower to prepare to leave. No bueno!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The food was delicious, the meeting rooms were perfect for our confrence. The bar was amazing, and Trevor knows how to whip up some amazing cocktails!! The genuine friendliness of all the staff was amazing, and the happy energy was infectious. I must shout out Catalina Monroy who went above and beyond to assist me. I loved that she remembered my name and greeted me each morning. Thanks to her service I will be looking to stay with Waldorf Astoria again! Thank you!!!

Wonderful stay! Starting with the exceptional service and care from Brittney at the front desk. She treated me so well I travel often and it was the best check in I’ve ever experienced. Kara at the restaurant was so pleasant and friendly and Trevor is an exceptional bartender. The Spa was lovely but could be cleaner. Valet was so helpful and welcoming all five stars much deserved!

All I can say is with the limited staff they have they provide an unsurpassed experience. We travel a lot and stay at many high line hotels. Barbie in the the cafe is awesome. Tony at the front desk was so friendly and informative. And the ladies who took care off us at the corporate events that were held all held an amazing attention to detail. 5Star plus

The staff is very polite and professional but I did have way too many issues for a 5 star hotel. The room I preferred was not ready by 3 but not a major deal. The room I did get had old water in the ice bucket. Which means nobody checked it during cleaning. I didn’t get turndown service for some reason. Room service food was really good and the spa was nice

Wonderful! We had a lovely night's stay here and they took great care of us and our baby. First time venturing out for the night with the little one and it was a breeze thankfully! nice little crib and everything very clean, egg is super important. They even had a little pack of organic baby toiletries in the bathroom. Every attention to detail was given and we had a fantastic stay.

AMAZING!! It was my daughter's wedding this past weekend and she decided this is where she would like to stay. We stayed here earlier this month and LOVED IT! Such a great experience. The staff caters to you in a way that makes you feel like you are the ONLY guest in the hotel. From the valet staff to the in-room dining staff and everyone in between, we could not have asked for a better experience! As far as the room- just beyond nice!! Truly loved it!! The food was OUTSTANDING! Coming back in October for my birthday and considering spending Thanksgiving there as well!

From the beginning with reservations, the service was impeccable. Shakur helped me book transportation from the airport with Greene Livery Car Service which was excellent. We arrived to much needed relaxation at the Spa. We chose the couples Garden room which did not disappoint. The care and service excellence was top notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Dinner at the Brassica was delicious! Don't hesitate when booking!

Absolutely loved our long weekend in Atlanta. The Waldorf was so stunningly beautiful. The staff was amazing and I’ve truly never experienced such nice, friendly and so accommodating people before. Sukra, Bree, Kelly and Clinton were so fabulous. Beautiful hotel and the balconies on these fall evenings were amazing to sit on. Can’t wait to go back!!

The bed was hard and not comfortable. The pillows were cheap. I felt like I was laying my head on a large cotton ball. Do not use the ice if you get it from the cleaning service. They put the leftover ice we had in our room in the cooler with the other ice that they were giving the guest. I personally witnessed her do it. The view from our room was not great. Our room was facing the building next door. We can see inside the rooms next door so we kept the curtains closed. The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly and professional including the transportation driver. I love that they provide transportation within 2 to 3 miles.

I've left it too long to post this review, so unfortunately I've forgotten the name of the charming gentleman who served me my morning cappuccino during our stay. He was simply delightful, as indeed were the entire staff. We had an absolutely wonderful time here, and would definitely return very happily.

The valet staff was phenomenal! They made us feel at home from the minute we pulled up. The rooms were clean and maintained. We ate at the restaurant a few times, and the food and the waitstaff were excellent! The location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

The Waldorf Astoria is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Atlanta. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything here just oozed hospitality and kindness. Everything I needed, they would get super quickly--toothbrushes, slippers, and even a microwave. They even delivered the food I doordash'd at an ungodly hour straight up to my room with nice plates and cutlery! My husband and I had to check out but still wanted a day in the spa, so they simply held onto our bags for us. Amazing! Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. The bed was so large and the sheets were so soft, I almost though to ask where to buy the sheets. The bath robe they had was actually the softest, most luxurious material on the inside. The best part of staying here is that it comes with access to the spa and pool. The pool is beautiful and large and has plenty of chairs for you to lounge on. The spa was just luxurious and I could not believe that it included as a part of the stay--I only wished that the spa stayed open past 6PM. You are given a bathrobe and some slippers for your spa visit. There is a lounging room with lots of chairs and free tea, water, and nuts. Across the locker room is a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna are gendered. The only co-ed areas are the pool, but you can do a couple's massage that ends with a nice fruit platter next to a private couple's bath. Amazing time. Waldorf Astoria truly lives up to being a 5-star hotel. I've tried other "luxury" hotels in Atlanta, including The Whitley and The Starling, and both fall short when it comes to the hospitality and staff of the Waldorf Astoria!

We only stayed for 1 night before our flight to Cancun, but it was an amazing stay. The valet was quick, convenient, and professional. Check-in was a breeze and explained all services well. I didn't get to utilize the car service but it was good to know that they offer a complimentary car service within 2 mile radius of the hotel. Super convenient. Room was clean and big! The bathroom was huge which was a huge plus for my wife and my daughter. Also, they prepared the infant crib and humidifier ahead of time as I requested which is always nice when I don't have to remind the front. Breakfast was also phenomenal. Overall, a great hotel and actually a good value too. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Buckhead area.

Second time here because we love how clean it is. It maintains its old world class. I like to mention names, Brittany at the front desk was both professional and helpful, making sure I enjoyed every amenity to it's fullest. Jenna's hospitality during our evening meals were nothing short of genuine. The valet gentleman, all, set the expectation of great service and security. Very welcoming with a ready smile.

What can you say, it's the Waldorf Astoria. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff at the front desk was incredibly polite and accommodating. The fitness center is one of the best we have been to and we have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties. If your on the fence about staying here, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

Beyond magnificent and beautiful palace, The bar was perfect and they knew how to make the best dirty martini, my friend had a Manhattan. And the food is excellent it was way beyond my expectations even though we had a few hiccups with our room but the staff and management made it right immediately. All of the staff and employees are beyond friendly and amazing and helpful I will be glad to come back again after renovation in November. Our room had amazing views of the mountains in the background and the nightlife and sunset

Just stayed there with my woman for a night, it was everything that I'd hoped it would be. The entire building was top-notch and clean. Our room was spotless and beautiful, a magnificent bed. The staff were superb, the in-room dining was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Listen I haven't done a review on any high quality 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. Why you might say because there was always something missing. I honestly have never been satisfied by the glamour or the way things look because there was always someone with a rude snobby little attitude. The Waldorf Astoria has surpassed my expectations. The staff there is absolutely amazing and so respectful not only that but I came in there very dressed down and they didn't bat an eye or look twice because they treat everyone with the respect that you deserve. If you just want to get away and just be casual or want to have a romantic getaway; this is the Hotel for you. I will never look at another 5 Star hotel the same way after visiting the Waldorf Astoria of Atlanta Buckhead

A wonderful afternoon of tea and soft sandwiches, pastries, and cakes along with a glass of Champagne and some exotic choice of tea. A belated Mother's Day outing from our daughter to her mother! The service at Waldorf Astoria had a distinctive personal touch, and it made it more enjoyable for us!

Let me just first say the manager on duty was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Ifeoma made our stay for New Years most excellent We had a little situation that had us a little upset Called her that morning and she represented herself and the company with a high spirit of excellence. Leadership, poise and grace. I'm so glad that she was there She's the reason this is a 5 star review We are looking forward to returning after their renovations in March

My wife and I were in Buckhead for a business trip and stayed at the Waldorf. The hotel is fantastic! Wow... Wow... Wow! Everything was PERFECT here! Beautiful hotel in Buckhead, wonderful staff, turndown service was an added plus, soft white robes, huge bath towels that all looked brand new, water, expresso machine with pods and creamer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, chocolates upon check in, even slippers put by our beds! Fruit-infused water was often in the check in area, great brunch and valet service out front. One of the evenings we were leaving we were headed to a funeral and it was pouring rain. The gentleman at the door walked me to the car with one of their umbrellas and then put the umbrella in our backseat so we could use it when we got the the funeral! Everything was so clean and definitely first class!!

I’ve been to Waldorf Astoria for the past few months and loveeee it! Everything is exceptional, from the unsurpass customer service to the room amenities and ambiance. Here’s some individuals that are exceptional and stand out to me: Front Desk: Bri, Jesse, Lina (I didn’t meet her but she was awesome on the app lol), Alexa. Housekeeping: EXCELLENT. They serviced your room every single day which is so rare among hotel amidst COVID. They will clean and restock everything with a smile. I love, love your housekeeping team!!!!!! F&B: Alexis is my favorite!!!!! She always welcome back me with a smile! My boyfriend and my sister complimented her too, she was really sweet. Deanna and Cooper are also wonderful and pleasant!! Valet: Valet team are always so friendly and helpful. I should bring my car here next time.

Excellent!! I stayed in Atlanta for two nights. The first night at St. Regis which was amazing and my second night here at the Waldorf, this was my favorite. Location is amazing but most importantly I loved the room and the lounge. Bartenders were amazing and it has a wonderful sense of lounge, intimacy, class and cool! The room was equally as comfortable and amazing as St. Regis but I really loved this hotel the best!!

Every single person at the Waldorf Atlanta did what they needed to do and then some with the highest level of quality and respect. The staff was super accommodating, service was superior, and the room was so clean and comfortable. They went above and beyond as it was my wedding night. I expected a nice time, but the surpassed that. We will definitely be repeat customers. Even in this price bracket, I think this is the best experience in all of Atlanta. Thank you to the team here. Food was amazing as well.

Our Experience at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead was Excellent! We stayed one night as a late Valentine present for my wife as we traveled to another location to visit family. My wife and I are mobile using wheelchairs. We received the red-carpet treatment. We had an outside corner accessible room; the bath had both roll-in shower and a bathtub. Our first at this level of hotel and was a great experience.

The place is nice, the people . nice . Beware if you leave anything of value. I left my AirPods and find my AirPod app showed them at the hotel. I called and they said they couldn’t find them now I have screen shots that my air pods are elsewhere in Atlanta . Either house keeping, security someone found them and didn’t turn them in . Amazing 5 star hotel with shady thief’s that work there . Would not recommend this place . Also the lady who booked my reservation told me 651 after taxes I got there and it changed to $851. It’s fine I paid but still shady place for a nice building . I still have the screenshots that they were at the hotel and magically now they are elsewhere. Side note they wouldn’t let me go check they sent security. Shady shady shady

Beautiful room (my husband and I booked a balcony suite with an amazing view of the city, especially at night), great location, and EXCEPTIONAL staff. From the valet workers, to security, to the bellhops, to the driver, to the front desk staff and the concierge, the service was seamlessly impeccable and why my husband has vowed that we will only stay here every time we visit Atlanta from now on. We were there to celebrate my birthday and the special touches they added to our suite made me appreciate and love this staff all the more. I was so sad to go and cannot wait to return. **Miss Janice, WE GOT THIS ;) prayers for all the best to you.**

Wow! My husband and I had a great and luxurious stay at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead! As a diamond member, I received an upgrade courtesy of the front desk manager, who was lovely. The room was very spacious, and the bed felt like a cloud. The bathroom was beautiful, and the soaker tub was lovely for a night in. The location is perfect and clean. We enjoyed the DJ at night in the restaurant and the vibe. Trevor, one of the bartenders, is very hospitable and attentive. Shod at the front door was a pleasure to talk with, and took his time getting to know us and vice versa. We cannot wait to go back!

Where this hotel really shines is its incredible service, it was truly a Waldorf experience! I cannot speak highly enough about the people working this location, they made sure to check in with us at every point in our stay to see how we were doing and what they can improve upon. It was very special! I will say though, if there were to be one thing the hotel can do to improve the customer experience it would be to update the rooms. Although very classy and high-end, I think guests would appreciate having modern amenities like automatic curtains and drape. Additionally, some of the lighting wasn’t controlled by the master switch, which was frustrating at times having to get out of bed to turn off. I loved how big the room was; however, I can only imagine how much bigger the space would feel if it was redesigned! I definitely think that within a year or two, these rooms will be considered out of date so it may be time to start looking at some updates. This is not to say that I did not enjoy the room though, it was great! I loved having a big tub and seating area! Also, the valet attendants all deserve the biggest thanks and praise! Each one of them made sure to ask questions about what we were doing, made recommendations, and were able to direct us to anywhere we needed. Make sure to let them know how much of a difference they make because they were a great part of why we enjoyed the experience so much!

We could NOT have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. This was a quick business trip that turned into one of the best hotel stays we have had (anywhere and we travel often). The staff is so gracious and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful yet understated, the food was delicious, the room service was prompt... it goes on and on! We loved it and will return again and again while in Atlanta!
