One would start about its great location, but this place is all about good service and great rooms. Haven't seen rooms this good in a while, very contemporary and clean and neat. Great water pressure, large bathroom and very large room. Comfortable accent chair and great use of space. Very city view, and as for location, we found midtown to be excellent due to proximity to restaurants and the great Piedmont Park. You can park in the connected lot and charge it to the room. Great lobby and in crowd. Excellent staff from valet to front desk to all over.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at this hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was nice, spacious, clean, and had a phenomenal bathroom. My only complaint was that I called the front desk and requested an extra set of flat sheets (2) and pillow cases (2) and they never arrived after more than 35 minutes. I called them back, however, and there might have been a shift change, but they immediately resolved the issue and quickly fulfilled my request. I had a very restful night with no distracting noise from other guests. Great experience.

AMAZING experience... to say the least. We had a not-so-great experience at the Ritz-Carlton and decided to move hotels to Loews and we have never been so happy we did! Walking in the door gave us a sigh of relief as the hotel was super nice. Check-in was amazing and accommodating. The bar staff was super awesome but Devon the bartended stood out about the rest and was simply DELIGHTFUL. She talked to us, helped us, gave recommendations, and we were sad she wasn't there on our last day! The lady working in the market (I did not grab her name) was SUPER nice and accommodating, made great drinks, and was extremely happy to be there. I would recommend this experience and we will certainly be back when we visit Atlanta again. Thanks for a great experience.

This is my first time at a Loews property, and in this semi post pandemic world of hotels costing more and offering less, I must say it has been a breath of fresh air spending the week here after traveling from city to city for weeks. In a world where hotels have generally gone way down in attention to detail, cleaning, personal service, etc.. This stay has been fantastic. The food has been great, the beds are great, the gym is just awesome… but most importantly, the service. I stay in a lot of hotels and most of them are the companies’ flagship brand, but I was definitely not expecting the experience I have had here to be as good as it has been. When I call the front desk, someone answers right away, they are friendly, helpfull, and somehow each time I speak with someone they seem to reference something personal. (maybe I nearby place I had inquired about, or a question I had a check in, stuff like that.) They must take notes. Teressa (I think was her name) was working the first couple of nights, and even relatively mundane requests for say, a wake up call, were met with “how was your -insert random thing I may have asked about here-, did it meet your satisfaction?” While it is a small detail, those details matter. So far my experience has been excellent, in a time where it feels like all we talk to are robots, here, it feels like someone who actually cares is on the other end of the line to help with whatever request, however small, you may have. I rarely leave reviews, but when I do, they are earned. Bravo Loews and the team here. I look forward to staying more with you soon!

This hotel is modern and clean. Guest service staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nicely updated with comfortable beds, separate tub/shower, and nice amenities. Very clean! Kudos to the hotel cleaning staff. While I didn't use the TV remotes, I noted they were individually wrapped in plastic, implying that they had been wiped between guests. Nice touch. Be aware that a double room has 2 full size beds (not queens), and, in my opinion, would not be conducive to 2 people over the age of 10 sharing. My only complaints are 1) the hotel includes mini-bars instead of mini-fridges, so there is no where to chill your own water/beverages, and if you attempt to make room in the min-bar fridge, you will be assessed a charge even if you don't actually consume the beverage. If I were traveling with a family, this would be a significant deterrent; although, with the small beds I wouldn't take a family here regardless. 2) I was assigned a room with an adjoining door, and the noise carry between rooms was annoying at best when my neighbors trooped in at 11:30pm with 2 small crying children in tow. 3) While the beds are very comfortable, the fluffy comfortors are far too warm for the Atlanta climate, even with the AC down to its lowest temperature. Overall, a pleasant stay for a business trip.

Very nice stay! The lobby and rooms were clean. The elevators were fast (and we stayed on the very top floor, #26). Parking was easy and the doorman & valet were welcoming. In-room food service was good (and quick). The staff were amazing and made sure to check in to see if we were having a great stay. Check in and check out was easy and we enjoyed our stay very much!

My company hosted a conference here. To be honest, before last year, I had never, ever heard of this hotel and I'm an Atlanta native. Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service all around. Rooms were cute, bathrooms spacious, the food from the Saltwood was excellent as well as the Banquet menu. We got a lot of compliments from our attendees about how great everything was. The Conference center, the Terrace, which was surprisingly cool for Summer heat in Atlanta.

Pros: - clean - nice amenities - customer service was intentional and welcoming, though not particularly noteworthy - for it being a hotel, and a free breakfast, it was decent (AMEX perks) Cons: - not overwhelmingly nice - part of the bed wasn’t very comfortable, maybe just too old - the staff tried to be helpful, but they just weren’t skilled. - felt like a lot of the staff was in training For example, the staff was trying to be very friendly and helpful, but when we mentioned we were on our way to the beach (in South Carolina) they were concerned and informed us that Atlanta doesn’t have a beach… They also told us parking was free, but the parking garage charged us, and then when we tried to get it rectified, they said they wouldn’t charge us…but they didn’t understand that we had already paid on a credit card to exit their garage even after attempting to explain… Overall, it was above average for a night, but it didn’t get us excited to stay at Loews hotels for the future. It was nice to stay one night, but an overall neutral experience that left us ready to move on to the next place.

We had a great stay at the Loews. The location in midtown is perfect, and you are a short walk away from some of the coolest places in that area. The staff are amazing and definitely one of the best parts of staying here. The spa and restaurants in the hotel are great and Cafe Intermezzo is attached to the building. Our Suite had floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view. The hotel is older so some rooms could probably use a bit of refinishing, and as others have mentioned there isn't a pool, but if you are looking for a place to stay to catch a show at the Fox, or just be in the heart of Midtown, you can't do better.

Overall was a great stay thanks to my Amex platinum card giving me the $60 breakfast and $100 credit. Any hotel that has robes, stand-in shower and bathtub is going to be top notch. The service is 4 stars only because of the issue with valet attendants not being able to plug in your EV and I asked the front desk to not use my credit towards parking and they still did. Outside of that, my experience was absolutely phenomenal.

This was my first stay at a Loews establishment. I must say this location went above and beyond my expectations. The service was top-tier and the staff were the best I have encountered in Atlanta. All staff were phenomenal from the time of arrival to departing. I was specifically blown away by our waitstaff who was absolutely amazing, attentive and made us feel at home. Customer service is key to success in this business and your team has not only mastered it, they've raised the bar! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience at Loews Atlanta. Until next time

We stayed here for a few nights for a business conference. The rooms were nice and there wasn't a lot of noise. All the staff was very courteous. We would stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is for the hotel to have a small fridge in order to keep some of your own items cool. The fridge they provide is completely full of their own items.

We had an incredible experience at the hotel while celebrating my son's wedding. The staff is very well trained, friendly and attentive. The event staff led by Tia Clark were also exemplary. This is really a first rate, top tier hotel!

I stayed at the Loews for my wedding, as did a lot of my guests through our room block! Working with the Loews was so so easy. I would email them inquiring about our room block and I would receive a follow up email day of! Tia helped us set everything up and she was wonderful- so considerate and helpful. I worked with Manthan too and he was so incredibly accommodating and pleasant! Everyone raved about the hotel, the food/bar area, and the location. Everything was perfect. They supposedly had several weddings staying at the hotel that same weekend, but we couldn’t tell at all! We would definitely work with the Loews again and hope to stay there in the future!

Rooms are great. Even though the hotel was booked out, in the room itself you would have no idea because there is absolutely no noise from other rooms. No footsteps above or from adjacent rooms. This is perfect as there is nothing worse than having elephants playing basketball above you. Overall the entire hotel is wonderful and well worth every cent spent there. Will absolutely be back here.

Second year attending a conference at this Loews hotel. They've got a nice conference center on the 14th floor. Hotel room was great, just an all around good place to stay for a smaller business conference with under 500 people in attendance. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and the MARTA station is only 0.2 miles away for cheap and convenient airport transit.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel... Came into town for a concert at the Atlanta symphony Hall which is just four blocks down, the staff was super attentive and kind, the food is surprisingly excellent and have a great variety of drinks! The bartenders are on spot in the crab is diverse and interesting. Friendly and fun place to go for sure!

Great experience. Junior Suite which gave us room to relax. Loved the tub. The bed was comfy. Room cleaning service was marginal. Not sure why. But, we were comfortable and happy overall.

This is a great hotel for conferences. The conference food was delicious. However if you have a car, be aware that is is Midtown Atlanta and parking is at a premium. I've never stayed in the rooms so I can't speak to that. But the the restaurant and the market on the first level are really nice for snacks.

Booked two rooms, grand luxury suite and a double. Upon arrival at 5pm, there was no valet and we had wait for five minutes. Feel they are under staffed. I asked the valet just to leave the car on the side as I needed the vehicle in 15 mins, but by the time we finished checking in, it was drive off anyway. Called 10 mins ahead, but the valet waited until we were downstairs before he even bothered retrieving the car. Size is good for the suite, but bathroom sliding door is broken and difficult to close. Bathroom is huge, but lack of privacy in the toilet. There is no extra towel or bath robe. The shampoo and shower gel provided are second rated. Shower is home depot level and water level is small. No free bottle water. No laundry bag. No slippers. In the double room, it feels damp, until after we raised the temperature by 5 degrees. Not sure about the bedding and the pillows. Don't feel they are down filled. Apparently, the management gets cheap at the expense of customer experience. Average hotel. Not recommended!

The hotel was exquisite, the room was impeccable. Such fine details everywhere. The staff was amazing, courteous attentive and very knowledgeable. We were especially impressed with the front desk agent Ms. Erica Davis, her attention to detail, her kindness and going out of her way to meet the needs of the guest is admirable. The room service meal certainly exceeded our expectations. Thank you Loews for an amazing hotel experience.

This had to be one of my most favorite stays recently. Avery at the front desk made me feel very welcomed to the property and assisted me when we had a billing issue at the bar, on top of taking care of my refrigerator fee. He also had great restaurant recommendations! First class treatment at the Loews.

This hotel is my go to when staying in Midtown Atlanta. The location is great. They get the basics right, which is what hotels need to do. The front desk is competent and explains all of the hotel features/offerings, and the room service is truly what you would expect from a five star hotel, not some watered down version of room service - thank you Loews! The rooms are due for a renovation, but overall it is a good value and again, they do the basic hotel things right. Additionally, the fitness center is fantastic for a hotel. Definitely recommend.

Hotel gym is the nicest I have seen. My room, however had a mini bar with bright blue lights. Made my room look like a DUI checkpoint until I unplugged it. Staff was very friendly, but never brought the refrigerator we were promised. We were there for a large wedding party that was planned many months in advance. Cafe Intermezzo is right around the corner and a wonderful place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat.

Room was a decent sized but really nice looking with great views. Lobby and esp the gym was really big and modern. The food esp at the restaurant was fabulous. But please do not look at the pics of pool and think its part of the hotel cuz its not. That was my only reservation otherwise a great hotel

I stayed for 4 days and booked through my Amex card. The stay was perfect! Every single person that worked at the hotel was so friendly, the hotel smelled amazing and it is very clean. The beds were super comfortable, room service was very nice, the food came fast and it was good. The steam room and the sauna was included and that was a special treat. (the steam room was out for 2 days and my room card wouldn't work for the 24 hour gym... disappointing but Exhale is not the same entity as the hotel) Every time I went to enter or exit the hotel someone was there to open the door. The location was perfect distance from the airport and all the other places we visited. It was just an amazing stay. I would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Came for a conference and wasn’t disappointed!!! Delicious food and high quality snacks and coffee/teas. It really is the little things that set a facility apart. Loews did an amazing job! The rooms where comfortable and clean. Wish all the rooms had a personal fridge instead of having to call to get one. There is a minibar in the trim, but no room for your own food or drinks. Overall clean and well thought out hotel.

Hotel is very nice so I booked it for my son’s wedding ; it is a great place to do wedding but they dropped the ball on food serving ; they took money per head to serve food for breakfast - lunch and dinner ; for lunch - we got lucky as we had many people from caterer who manned the live stations and only few items that needed warmers. For dinner they did not provide working warmers for our caterers and food was served cold ; for dinner ; they screwed up the timing of dinner as we had both Americsn food served by hotel and outsider caterer for Indian food ; rule of thumb is to have one helper for 30 people to serve appetizers and they served all the appetizers cold because it was not kept on warmers - they had 5 servers where they should have had 8 servers and so many people did not get served during cocktail hour ; they also were. Suppose to serve Indian food from 8:30 to 10:30 pm and they served from 7:20 pm to 9:00 instead. American food was ti be served from 7:30 to 9:30 and they were from 7:15 to 9:00 pm ; food is the one of the most important part of wedding event and they screwed it up ; if food is not important to your event then please book the place but do not book this place if your food is coming from outside as they will screw it up; very unorganized staff for the food serving.

This hotel is great! When I arrived I was greeted by Toni at the front desk. She was so pleasant and helpful. She gave us suggestions on great places to eat. Every employee interaction was pleasant. The employees in the market, the spa, the room service, and the maid service we're friendly and pleasant. This was truly a 5 star experience.

suite was large with view, but the furniture is showing wear and tear. in room dining was great and surprisingly affordable for a hotel. spa experience with Kenny the masseuse and svetlana the facial tech we both outstanding. the front desk struggled with the little things that make a relaxing weekend away relaxing. we waited hours for pillows, a corkscrew, and an ice bag and the entire weekend started with misplaced luggage. it was a drag in those terms

Excellent location for exploring Atlanta, close to the Marta station. Friendly and prompt service. Good modern rooms, nice views, and good noise insulation. My main gripe was that there wasn't a fridge that could be used, just the hyper-expensive minibar where you get auto-charged if you remove anything. Wifi was mediocre and limited to 3 devices.

The Hotel was beautiful, the young men at front desk and bell hop were great. But at about 12am-2pm music and partying from other guest made sleeping non-existent. We complained to front desk as soon it started. It took them 2hrs to finally stop jamming out. And it was loud! I couldn’t believe ppl would be that inconsiderate. But I also couldn’t believe the hotel took that long to take care of it. The Loews in Chicago..yes. Atlanta…no. Very disappointed

Exceptional service. That alone is worth its weight in gold. The room was less than spectacular considering the price tag. Bathrobes were a nice touch but not accommodating to larger plus size guests.

  • 4/5 Jess O. 2 years ago on Google
Beautiful hotel. Stayed for business. Location is amazing to experience Atlanta on foot and only a short trip away from the airport (30 min. max with traffic). The hotel bar employs some of the most customer service oriented individuals I have had the pleasure of being in the company of... who also make a noteworthy cocktail. Room was nice, clean. Few issues during stay as I was unable to order room service (line was always busy) and after making a request for some room items, had to go to the front desk to retrieve them. I don't really have a problem with either of those things but other travelers might, given the price of their stay.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful. They even checked with me after I settled in my room to make sure I was happy. The lobby bar and dining are terrific with a welcoming aesthetic and great energy. And the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stocked with the amenities you expect from this class of hotel. Their marketplace shop for coffee, snacks, sundries, and gifts is super handy. I only wish it was open longer. And the location is also terrific and very hard to beat. The self parking option was also pretty useful given the garage proximity to the hotel, even if the parking ticket/access card tango was a bit tedious. Still, a great stay. And at this price point, I don’t think there is much better in Midtown.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The service staff were accommodating and it’s central location to everything!! HUGE CONS!! The food at there restaurant is sub par, we ordered 2 steaks medium and they were tough, none chewable and well down. The 2nd time the steak came back it was rare. The server was a sweetheart, but the food was sub par. We came for Onemusic festival and valeted our car for $50, when we came back it took them over 1 hour to retrieve our car. They ONLY had 1 person to retrieve the car! Just 1, it’s a 2 day festival and you think it’s a great idea to only have 1-2 valets. Absolutely NOT worth the money.

  • 4/5 Jason B. 2 years ago on Google
Almost perfect. Everything was super clean and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. I did think that the food was also delicious but it wasn't cooked to our requested meat temperatures. It seemed to be a theme because it was the same over 4 meals.

This was a truly wonderful experience for us. Our team was there for 9 days with meetings nearly every day. The staff was so attentive to our needs and very professional and friendly. The food was amazing - presented beautifully each day and plenty of variety. Every person we worked with represented the hotel in such a lovely way. The rooms we had were all well tended to - the meeting rooms as well as our hotel rooms. The spaciousness of each guest room was terrific. Really great stay!

Nice hotel, modern updated rooms and awesome lobby bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel does not offer any breakfast at their restaurant during the week. The only option is a grab-and-go market that gets extremely busy in the mornings. I’m very disappointed that a hotel this nice would not have breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I booked a grand luxury suite for a two night stay. I did a lot of research on hotels in the area prior to booking. The size of the room, price for self/valet parking, included WiFi, and room service- were deciding factors for me. A mini-fridge wasn't included in the room, however, I was able to promptly receive one upon request for a minimal fee. I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and suite. I will visit other Loews Hotels based off my first experience with this chain.

All around great experience. Awesome location in a cool neighborhood, clean, modern, very comfortable beds. Best hotel gym I’ve ever used. Heavy dumbbells. Plenty of machines. With AMEX FHR, I was upgraded two levels from the base king room. The hotel honored the breakfast credit with $60 for room service during my one-night stay — on top of the $100 AMEX food credit. Room service was quick. The food tasted great!

Stayed at the Loews Atlanta on a recent business trip. The hotel was modern, well appointed and very clean, room was spacious, and the midtown location was great, right next-door to many terrific restaurants and bars. The bar in the hotel lounge is also very nice and was very popular in the evenings. Can highly recommend on your next trip to Atlanta.

I'm a local and visit many bars. The bar at Loews is amazing. Plenty of space and multiple TVs, but the reason I frequent the bar is because of the bartender Julian. He makes EXCELLENT cocktails and gives great customer service which is very important to me as a business owner. Great job on hiring such a great bartender. If you visit Loews I recommend grabbing a drink from Julian.

I arrived to the hotel rather late. I'm assuming the front desk reception host sensed how tired I was and was extra accommodating. I was upgraded to a fabulous corner room with multiple views of the City. The room was clean and inviting. I was too tired to travel downstairs to eat, so I decided to order room service. I had a little trouble finding the room service menu, so I called down to reception, who promptly assisted. Room service person was great and the food was tasty. Housekeeping was fabulous! I will definitely be making this hotel my hotel of choice when visiting Atlanta in the future.

Free microwaves and refrigerators are needed in the room and not as an upcharge item. They wanted to charge us $25 per day to have a microwave and $25 a day to have a fridge. Also to have a bar and not a smoking area is really backwards. We pay all this money to stay in this hotel and to not have a smoking area or a fridge and a microwave is beyond ridiculous. Everything else was great!

My recent stay at Lowe's Hotel in Atlanta was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality. The hotel's sleek and modern décor immediately caught my eye, and I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were so soft and cozy that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was pristine, with plenty of fluffy towels and high-end toiletries that made me feel pampered. But what really stood out to me about my stay was the exceptional service I received from the hotel staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The hotel's location was also fantastic - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta, with easy access to all the city's attractions. And when I wasn't out exploring, I was able to relax and unwind in the hotel's beautiful lobby or grab a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant. Overall, my stay at Lowe's Hotel in Atlanta was truly unforgettable. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return for another visit. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable hotel experience in Atlanta, I highly recommend Lowe's Hotel.

Loews hotel is an experience in it of itself! Very casual yet a staycation felt as if we were out of town. The staff here at Loews were so friendly and knowledgeable of things to do in the area and the amenities. Highly recommend the Exhale spa steam room, flow massage and the fitness center! Will definitely be going back and recommending to friends/family!

We came here after the hotel we were originally supposed to stay at pipe’s burst on Christmas Day. What started as a nightmare turned out to be a blessing. We were greeted with kindness and graciousness from the concierge who went above and beyond to help us get settled. When we came down for dinner the waiter was nothing short of outstanding. He introduced me to my new favorite drink, (pomegranate lemon drop…amazing!). The food was DELICIOUS. The rooms and beds were comfortable. When we woke up in the morning we had another wonderful experience at breakfast. I cannot express how grateful I am for everyone who works here. As much as we travel it’s a rare treat to find excellent customer service all around. This establishment must be doing something right to have so many wonderful people working for them. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Atlanta. It did not disappoint.

Loews Atlanta was a great experience. I was there for a weekend conference, and the accommodations we were provided were top-tier for me as an individual and within the event. Food was good (served during lunch for the event and in the restaurant for breakfast). Location is great; it was easy to walk to dinner in the evenings. My room was clean and comfortable. (If you're wondering about the light in the closet like I was, there's a sensor for it that'll turn it off when you close the door. :)) All in all, great stay.

This was my first visit to a Loews property... I was celebrating my wife's birthday...So I booked a room and massage services which included valet services ... upon arrival the valet team were professional and courteous...The staff at check-in was awesome...Mr. Jackson was able to quickly check me in to my room after I explained that my wife and I were running late to our spa massage treatment...After the treatment we went back to our room and started preparing for our evening out, we discovered the vanity mirror and TV in our bathroom were not working...in fact the mirror was about to become detached from the wall...we did not have time to have someone come and repair it because we were getting ready to leave and didn't have time to have maintenance interrupt our preparation...plus we were only staying one night...The next morning at 8:30 am we received a knock at the door from Housekeeping asking if "Are you checking out today?"...I was taken aback I told her "Yes"...she followed with "What time?"...I told her" at the normal check out time..11am"...I thought that was odd to be interrogated by housekeeping 2 hours prior to check out... I also was charged $45 for valet service that should have been apart of the massage package ... Although the Spa services were awesome, I am not particularly interested in booking a room in the future at this property or any other Loews property in the future ...

First, The staff was welcoming! Exquisite with etiquette unlike what I'm use to. Philip, was a wonder! This man made me feel at home and comfortable. Also, the rooms was wonderful! The first time I got 8 hours of sleep in a hotel. Being ex-military I suffer from certain mental illnesses. Lowes made me feel as if my needs were catered to. I love this place truly I do.

Awesome location in downtown, it was good for a luxury hotel. I have had better and worse. But I am not disappointed by this place. Staff was amazing, I was there on business and the convention center was spot on. Excellent meals, great layout, etc. A charge for everything, I'm used to that, but a small fridge in the room (complimentary) would be nice, no fee parking would also be nice, but I get it, it's downtown Atlanta. They did discount the valet at least. Very clean, comfortable beds, no complaints other than those stated. I look forward to returning.

Great stay! I highly recommend giving the Kitchen/food a revamp. The Food was nothing to be impressed about. Bland/unseasoned. Bar/drinks were great. Need a set standard however. Got a old fashioned on 2 diff occasions and was made diff each time. Overall stay 9/10

Literally and hour since we checked in, not even through our first night, and instant regret! We booked here last minute for three nights via Amextravel FHR and even with price deal and perks we get through FHR, this place is just not up to par with a 4 star hotel nor worth the price and DISGUSTING. I will let the pictures attached speak for themselves. First random hairs everywhere and the towels found in our room are literally trash, dirty, thin as paper with HOLES! When requesting new towels and sending pictures, “new” clean towels arrived that were even worst than the original ones. We resent photos confirming we received but towels were worst and that we would just use the “best” because at this point what can we possibly expect? We received a response of “Please let us know if you need anything else.” Zero accountability or acknowledgment of the unacceptable towels provided or at least an apology and that feedback will get back to housekeeping or management. And we’re actually on a high floor, 24, in an upgraded room so not sure what you can expect in other rooms…. We should’ve done our research but have stayed at Loews in Miami and didn’t think I twice of booking here due to our amazing experience in Miami but never again! Stay away, you’re better off at a motel 6!

Loved this place! Beautiful views, rooms were clean and comfy and we used the steam room pretty often. Not really what I would cal "family friendly" but it's a great adult spot to stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay throughout my wedding weekend. The Grand Luxury Suite is incredible—the Loews is certainly best in class when it comes to Atlanta hotels (take it from us, we toured 6)! Tia made establishing a block of rooms from my wedding super smooth and enjoyable over the course of several months. Service the weekend-of was absolutely impeccable. Can't say enough great things!

This hotel is awesome! Very clean, great decor, very modern and spacious rooms. The beds sleep comfortably! The lounge has pretty good food abs drinks for a hotel. I enjoyed the salt dog wings! The hotel is centrally located to arts, restaurants, and a short drive to Georgia Tech. The best part of our stay was the courteous service and upbeat vibes of the staff. You are greeted with kindness as soon as you step out of your vehicle. Special shout out to Lashaud!!! His warm and joyful personality greeted us even when arrived and when we checked out! Fantastic experience, we will stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the Loews Atlanta Hotel for my niece's wedding recently, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the location is great - walking distance to Piedmont Park and various restaurants. My family and I would willingly stay at the Loews again.

Have visited many many hotels but this was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. From amazing views to amazing staff. Everything was excellent. We had complementary breakfast and daily credit to spend due to our credit card and it was the best thing. Literally can’t wait to be back
