We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Urban Oasis for our first visit to Atlanta. Located in the Inman Park neighborhood, it's close to most of the center of the city: footwalk distance to the historic district and the Old 4th Ward, and not far from Midtown and Downtown. It's also right next to one of Atlanta's most recent attractions, the Beltline - the local version of Manhattan's Highline, except that for most of its length it feels like a walk through a forest. Birds, chipmunks, and squirrels enjoy their garden and pool and are kept in check by the owner couple's sweet two dogs. For food, it's across the street from Krog Street Market, and Ponce City Market is 20 minutes on foot north following the Beltline. Inman Park was probably our favorite neighborhood. A brief walk away from it is the local grungy corner, Five Small Points, which again is surrounded by quiet, forested neighborhoods. The place itself is gorgeous. It's a renovated former warehouse. The huge central room, around which everything is located, has - best guess - a 10-meter-high ceiling! II's full of cozy little corners and paintings on the walls, with much thought put into little details here and in the guest rooms. Beds were comfortable, and everything is kept very clean. Judi's husband, Duane, is always up for a chat (if you'd like one) and to share both stories from a long life lived richly, or about Atlanta and what to do there. Warmly recommended.

Very nice and welcoming hosts (Duane and Judi). Excellent location near the Beltline, the Market across the street, the Little Five Points neighborhood a few blocks away, the A Cappela boostore (not to be missed if you're a reader or writer of any kind -- many other happening street scenes. If you're a dog person you will love their dogs; if you're not a dog person, you will never know they have them. Wonderful little pool on the deck and a lush garden of very interesting plantings. Make sure you ask about the history of the building. We look forward to visiting again.

The Urban Oasis combines a laid back atmosphere with easy access to the Atlanta Belt Line, a perfect combination. The rooms and open spaces are artfully decorated, and Judi, Duane and the pups make you feel right at home. The parking is easy - a huge feature for Atlanta! We really enjoyed our stay there, and it will definitely be our go-to destination for future trips. The room was really comfortable and had easy access to the rest of the awesome open spaces. It was a great place to just relax and read in between excursions.

We couldn’t have found a more wonderful place to stay in Atlanta! Judi and Diane have created a true work of art! Everything was perfect from our room, breakfast, furnishings, the pool and all the delightful touches everywhere. And it was really cool getting to know Judi and Duane who go out of their way to take care of you and to make you feel at home. ❤️❤️❤️

We have been graciously hosted by the Urban Oasis for 5 nights with such loving care and peaceful surroundings, I hate to leave tomorrow. They have two great dogs for those who are traveling and have had to leave theirs behind. They offer a generous breakfast spread of help yourself fruit, cereal, beads, coffee, yogurts and eggs. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, blissfully quiet and easy to come and go. Umbrellas were offered when rain appeared, they heated up the lap pool for me to swim, the open area for congregating beckons relaxed conversations and reading. The neighborhood has all you need to eat, drink and be merry! Thank you Judi and Duane for being the best hosts! We loved our time in Atlanta.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Urban Oasis BnB. It is such a beautiful place in a perfect location to see the attractions in and around Atlanta. Judi & Duane are top-notch hosts. They provided excellent directions to get into the gated parking area and we really enjoyed the coffee and continental breakfasts. They even made sure that we had coffee waiting for us at 4am on the morning of our departure! My only regret is not spending a few more days and nights exploring the area right around the Urban Oasis. There were so many fantastic restaurants & bars just a short walk away. I would love to go back.

Thoroughly loved this Bed&Breakfast, and have now stayed a few times. Location is fabulous. Dogs and birds add to the welcome and feel of home away from home. We will be back!

MLK & Carter centers an easy walk; beltway also great-everything was nearby, walkable, and convenient. Interesting hosts, very helpful.

In June of 2023, I spent a week in Atlanta while performing at the Atlanta Fringe Festival and had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Urban Oasis. It was like staying at a friend’s home and indeed the owners, Judi and Duane, are now dear friends! They even came to see me perform at the Fringe. The location is wonderful: a quick walk to the well-known Krog Market, as well as the mall across the street, both of which have food galore. I’m a non-driver, but had no problem sharing Ubers with my castmate who was also staying at Urban Oasis. UO has a wonderful lap pool, hot tub, serves breakfast every morning, and Judi and Duane’s two friendly dogs, Charlie and Ollie, will greet you every time you come and go. My stay was really a delight and I look forward to returning next time I am in Atlanta!

A wonderful B&B in a fantastic location! Duane and Judi were excellent hosts. I had a late arrival and they accommodated me gracefully. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of privacy. Being right off the Beltline puts a lot of restaurants, bars etc. within easy walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

Just a lovely space in an interesting and convenient neighborhood. Right on the Atlanta Beltline! Comfortable sleeping rooms and sitting areas, good wifi, and a simple, yet ample breakfast in the morning. Glad we found it!

Judi and Duane were great, you'll instantly make friends with them. The B&B is really cool inside, and if you are looking to do anything off of the belt line it is the perfect location.

What a fab B&B. Great everything: hosts, building, location. The B&B itself is full of wonderful furnishings and art. Its right next to the Atlanta Belt Line train which is perfect for exploring the neighbourhood. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. 100% recommended, this is a great base from which to explore Atlanta.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique and excellently located stay in Atlanta. Urban Oasis is a great name and this place is at a great location close to lots of city highlights, food, amenities etc and only 1 mile from downtown. Clean, great hospitality and we met and chatted with some lovely people including the hosts. Highly recommended.

Spectacular! Amazing location and kid friendly. There is a spacious gated parking lot that's included. We had the loft unit and had our 2 yo son's pack and play downstairs while we slept upstairs which worked out perfectly as there are points of entry in both areas. The owners are wonderful and they cook up a yummy breakfast too! They made me feel extra special for my birthday. I will forever stay here anytime I need another staycation in Atlanta.

What a fantastic place to stay! Judi & Duane were interesting and fun - their home is amazing and their hospitality so warm. And the bed was very comfortable! With the Belt Line next door, taking a walk was easy. Very safe neighborhood with ample parking. We'll be back!

Judi and Duane were dream hosts - friendly, accommodating and superb conversationalists! The converted industrial space was stunning. Our room was well furnished, spacious and clean. The BnB is in the heart of a vibrant mixed-use / residential neighborhood with great restaurants, including Krog St Market. Judi and Duane gave us a walking tour along the Belt Line and filled us in on the recent history of the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Atlanta!

Perfect location for experiencing Atlanta with comfortable room, accommodating hosts, quiet and a nice pool to cool off in the summer heat. We enjoyed the easy access to the beltline trail which is literally adjacent to the property though you have to walk around the corner to get to it. We rented scooters and went to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, such fun. Many good restaurants are an easy walk or Uber away. Appreciated the boiled eggs on the weekday Continental breakfast offerings. Would definitely stay here again. Note: the owners do have well mannered large dogs.

Wonderful place, location and hosts. The shared space, both inside and outside, is really special - whimsical, beautiful and uplifting. It's also a terrific location on the Beltline, steps from Krog Street Market etc. Judi and Duane are fantastic hosts that treat you like friends. We miss Charlie and Ollie, their two lovely dogs.

This was the perfect place to stay for my weekend in Atlanta with super convenient access to restaurants, shops, and the Beltline. The rooms and common areas are beautiful, and Judi and her family (human and animal) made me feel very welcome.
