The rooms in this hotel are average at best. The price does not match the room at all. Four Seasons around the world are luxurious hotels with world class service, however this one in Atlanta is an exception. They have twice sold a room to me and when I arrived the room that I booked wasn’t available. The front desk people are often not available. The rooms are not well kept. The toilet in my room this last weekend wasn’t even cleaned. The door to the cabinet with the refrigerator in it was coming off. My sheets had an odor on them. I am lobbying hard to have American Express fine hotels and resorts to remove this property from its partnership. If you want the same Four Seasons experience you have in Calabasas and other places around the country and world, do not expect it here.

I was in Atlanta for 1 night for an interview the next day, and unfortunately, my suit pants somehow slipped out from my jacket in my closet back home, and I realized the morning of I didn’t have them. I went to the front desk to see if there was an off chance that they had any suits to rent. The woman at the front desk, Terianna, was incredibly helpful and kind and was able to find some suit pants from their staff uniform that she lent me. Could not be more grateful, service that she as truly above and beyond. On a separate note, ordered room service at midnight and it was great, I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who delivered it, but he was incredibly kind and helpful too.

Definitely felt out of place here, but would do so again if presented the opportunity. Bed was a bit harder than I like. It'd be great to have a personal fridge instead of the one with the sensors that track if drinks get moved.

Went here for Sunday brunch...the food was pretty good overall but did not measure up considering the price. Atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Rap music playing over the speakers...not exactly what you would expect on a Sunday. There are better buffets with more upscale atmosphere for less money in the Atlanta area.

Nice massages but don’t bother coming until after October ….whole spa area and pool shutdown . Very disappointed they didn’t make this more obvious when booking ….👎👎👎…why charge the same when you’re offering no actual spa amenities . Also who’s bright idea was it to shut down the pool during the summer instead of the winter ?

I reserved the ‘City View’ double bed room, however the views from the room were not City view in my opinion based on the images from the website which are very misleading. The hospitality was very good as our requests were met such as sending a maintenance technician to replace a new lightbulb in our lamp and room service delivering us ice and water. Valet was very convenient and it did not take long to request our car when we left for the evening for dinner. The hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor. The rooms were also well maintained, properly stocked, and clean. The soaking tub was amazing and the spa quality bath items such add soaps and lotion were a very nice added touch. The bed linens, bath robe, and towels were exceptionally soft and top quality. Aside from the room being small in size and the subpar view, the hotel eludes sophistication and class.

I absolutely loved my stay the best hotel sleeping bed ever. Staff was attentive courteous and genuinely great. It was busy because of all the people in town for One Music Fest but still flowed. Valet staff was perfect it was worth it

One of the best in Atlanta. Stayed here for a few days and enjoyed everything about this place. I will have to come back to enjoy more time in the spa. Their Bar Margot is open, Park 75 is not open right now. I do wish their pool hours were extended for a late soak after a day out in the city. Their food is always five star all the way. Tried almost all of their signature drinks, they didn’t disappoint. The oysters were great!

Beautiful classic place. Rooms were nice, but nothing spectacular. All you get with a $500+ price tag a night is free coffee in the lobby. Room service is hard to get, no one answered the phone. Man who checked us in was not very nice and scoffed when I asked if there was anything offered for breakfast. The rest of the staff we encountered was very pleasant and front desk woman Kay offered to place my room service order for me which was great and she was wonderful. Bar Margo was a highlight of our stay. Spa staff was not great, didn’t explain what to do or where to go after we were in our robes. Massage was expensive and mediocre. All in all not worth the money IMO.

I stayed recently for a quick weekend getaway. Upon arriving I learned that many of the amenities were closed for renovations. (Pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room). I was beyond disappointed as this was one of the main reasons I stay at this location, and because I did not receive any prior notice. The staff was sympathetic and the hotel did work with American Express to credit my stay, which was appreciated. I still feel like I wasted my weekend, but they did try to do what they could. Just be aware of the downtime if any of those amenities are important to you. I do look forward to returning once the renovations are complete.

I had a beautiful stay. If you want to feel like royalty the. I definitely recommend staying here. I had me a self care weekend and decided to stay here for the first time. This was also my first experience at a Four Seasons Hotel. Because of the cost I was definitely over analyzing everything but definitely worth every dollar. The valet was fast and courteous. They helped me with my bag and showed me where to check in. All the staff was eager to help in the lobby area. Check in was quick and simple. I recommend booking a massage in advance because there were none available when I arrived. I thoroughly checked the room and it was spotless from the tub to the sheets. The customized note in the room was a beautiful gesture. The bar downstairs (Bar Margot) was awesome with friendly bartenders, great cocktails and delicious food. The fitness area was clean and no one likes to work out much so I had it to myself. The bed in the room was super comfortable. The room I had was near a place that played live music but I enjoyed the toons from my room. May be an issue for others. The marble bathroom was beautiful. I ordered the room service for breakfast, took about 30 minutes and food came up looking amazing. Eggs perfectly poached and everything was hot. I wished I could’ve stayed longer but will definitely be back whenever I need a relaxing weekend and want to be treated like a Queen. Five stars in my book.

Love this Hotel. Make sure you check out Park 75 for the best elegant brunch. $89 is a great deal per person for the 5 star 🌟 food, chef's, ambience, etc. You'll love it. No Walk- ins allowed only reservations for brunch

We’re we’re a bit disappointed with our stay at this particular location. Upon entry, the valet was very disorganized and given the amount of staff present outside we were surprised the door to hotel and car were not opened for us. We were locked out of some of the hotels amenities which was also a bummer. The lever to the hot water in the shower was also loose so we were either burning ourselves or freezing when we showered. Valet also didn’t charge Tesla when requested. Staying at a fine resort and/or hotel, it’s all about the experience which was missing at this location. I will say the pros include comfortable beds, an ideal location and it was clean.

This establish will treat you with the utmost respect. From the managers at the front desk, to the service staff, and even the valet, they all exhibited customer service to the highest degree. Beautiful building, elite customer service, all within a prime location. If you are visiting Atlanta, this should be your one and only option.

We had a senior management visit and we took 4 suites at the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were pretty awesome with recommendations, support and extremely polite. The food was good as well (had Alfredo pasta). Location was tucked in the middle of downtown with mostly unfriendly Atlanta traffic however the hotel was peaceful and picturesque. Loved it ❤️

My favorite hotel in Atlanta. Great service and rooms are great. Get the midnight hot chocolate chip cookies and milk from room service. We really enjoy the pool and spa services. Our go to for in town staycations.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Bar Margot at the Four Season in Atlanta. Went to the bar to have a drink while waiting for our reservation. Two rude host and hostess. Intentionally unhelpful and inappropriate conduct. We were actually followed to the bar counter where we ordered drinks to tell us to move because we didn’t have a seat. I always visit a Four Seasons over other hotels because of the service. After the Atlanta experience I will rethink it. 1/14 at 9:30 pm

After Delta cancelled all the flights going out of Atlanta we were unable to find any hotels. Marriott sent us on a wild goose chase and we were ubering around until 3 in the morning. We finally contacted Four Seasons. When we arrived Shanora provided us with the best customer service and made us feel very at home. She was as sweet as could be and got us in a room as fast as possible. She really was an angel on a night where we were truly frustrated beyond belief. Thank you.

This spot is quality. The food is good and the drinks are good. The kitchen gets a little backed up on Friday evenings when it is crowded. The sea bass is a good selection, along with the Blackened Kale Caesar salad, and the burgers. The cheesecake is also really good. Valet service is prompt. They also have a DJ that spins tunes while you drink and dine.

My puppy milo and I went to ATL for a day trip, and we stayed at the four seasons. Milo was treated like a VIP pup, as he should. I love the suite we had. The terrace was wonderful for milo to run around and hang out. The service is A++. Definitely will return.

This establishment was nothing short of amazing. The staff from the front desk, valet and housekeeping were nice and accommodating. The room was so clean. Plenty of things in walking distance. Many close attractions.

This hotel is very clean and very nice. I enjoyed my stay here very much. I recommend this place and it is a safe place to stay. It is very convenient to everything in midtown. Most places are walking distance, and it's close to the Marta train station.

Good but lacking in little details like a top four seasons hotel. The service isn’t quite 5 star unfortunately. The lobby and lobby bar are very loud on weekends. Not the most welcoming atmosphere.

I hosted my sister's bridal shower at the Four Seasons Atlanta this weekend and everything was perfect! The staff was absolutely amazing. I want to say a special thank you to Emma who took care of us and all of our guests. Emma made sure that everyone had what they needed and she went out of her way to provide exceptional service. I would like to thank Mary as well for making the planning process so simple and easy. Thank you to all the staff at the Four Seasons Atlanta. This was the first event I've had at the Four Seasons Atlanta and due to the amazing experience, I will definitely have more events here in the future!

I've had the pleasure of planning for few weddings at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, and the team here always deliver! Working with Marc is always super easy. He's 100% invested in making sure that my couples' weddings are a success. The staff is beyond accommodating and prompt. The food is simply amazing, as it is always flavorful and hot. I've never had a couple regret their decision to with Four Seasons Atlanta. As a wedding planner, I would absolutely recommend any couple that wants a top notch venue experience to consider Four Seasons Atlanta. You won't be disappointed!

My friend and I came here for a spa visit for my birthday. We did the pomegranate polish with healing soles add on and I was extremely disappointed. First the day before I got a call saying that they had a conflict and needed to move the time 30 minutes earlier. When I asked if they could adjust the other persons schedule instead of mine they said they couldn’t. Then we arrived 1 minute late and there was only 1 person at the front desk so after waiting a couple minutes she called another person to the front desk. However, since we had to wait this took more time, now that time had passed they were literally rushing us. We were trying to get undressed however the changing area was so little & there were 5 of us in there trying to change at once when our massage therapist came to get us. They take us back and proceed to tell us that we can’t do our massages in the same room when we were supposed to be in the same room. Then we go to our separate rooms & I realized I ended up accidentally leaving my shower cap in the locker. I proceed to try to get it but my massage therapist was outside the door & when I was explaining to her all my hair will not fit in the small cheap shower cap they provided she proceeded to say that we didn’t have time bc we’re already late & I could get it if I want but we’re short on time. So now I’m really feeling stressed & rushed. I go back in the room & lay on the bed for the massage & the lady is rushing & talking the whole time. I was not relaxed at all, she finished up in a hurry…then it was time to wash the scrub off. I wash it off & then lay back in the bed, I was thinking I was getting a massage but all she did was oil me down. I could’ve literally done this at home for much cheaper smh. After we finished I met my friend in the relaxation area & she shared the same sentiments with me. When checking out the guy was supposed to add 20% off for the schedule change which my friend inquired about and then he realized he forgot to add the discount. He added the discount and we checked out. I do not recommend this place, they have work to do. Also not sure why there were not surfaces on their light switches, it’s not a good look!

As a wedding and event planner, I worked with Four Seasons Atlanta for an October 2023 event and it was amazing. We loved the modern-lux event space with stunning city views on the 50th floor. Perfect for an intimate celebration! The attention to detail in design and amazing staff made the day run so smoothly. Cant wait to be back for more events! Highly recommend.

Lovely! I’ve stayed at this hotel before in Houston and it was great and the one here in Atlanta was lovely as well! Lovely staff, food, ambience and everything! I booked them this time and brought my puppies and they had dog beds and dog food set up in the room when I arrived. It was the cutest thing ever! I enjoyed and my puppies enjoyed! I’ll be booking again and again. I’ve also already booked for their wonderful Spa treatment they have there as well! Wonderful place

Courtesy and kind staff. From the front desk to Bar Margot, all of the staff was world class. See Skylar in Bar Margot for exceptional service with a smile. The Lady Victoria is a must order. Vikas was also a pleasure to speak with and took the time to answer any and all questions I had about other properties and travel experiences.

Terrific experience; exquisite appointments including bedding and bath; courteous diligent team members; spa services varied and vibrant; hospitality team expedient, particularly Mr Stephen who always warmly greets and engages guests to ensure a personal touch; front door valet team directed by Mr Carlos is especially diligent and speedy, yet careful. Highly recommend.

Quite the enjoyable spa facility that included great accommodations. Paid around $500 for a couples massage and nail treatment. Pool, sauna, small gym were also nice. Only mild complaint was $75 charge for a double rum and coke and mimosa, which seemed egregiously high

Excellent customer service, COVID precautions in place and nice, clean room. We had the bed and breakfast package and the food did not disappoint. Great Location, walking distance to eateries and other local favorite shops. Will definitely return. The only con was the text message service they offer never got a response from 3 days ago when it was sent. But the in person service was to notch.

We have stayed at this Four Seasons hotel numerous times over the last 5-6 months, and there’s not enough character spaces in this review area to brag about this location. From the time you drive up and greeted by one of the consierge staff to the front desk associates and later at their in-house restaurant staff, everyone are the absolutely the best. They greet you like a good friend or family member, and always quick to ask what they can do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And it’s amazing at how many of the staff members remembered our names when returning, asked about our family and just were genuinely nice whenever we were greeted. Many thanks to you all, and hopeful we see you again when staying in the area.

Excellent, is the word I would use to describe my experience. Room was wonderful with a big comfortable queen bed. Fantastic view made it so much more appealing. Gym/Pool area on the lobby floor was amazing. Gym was quite small but it had everything required for a good workout. Pool was big with a hot tub and sauna in the locker room. Delicious breakfast was accompanied by the great service and very interesting people who have traveled the world and settled here in Atlanta to provide us with the exceptional service. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta. Make sure to visit the botanical garden which is 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Or the public park 11 minutes walk.

We had Sunday brunch there this weekend. As one would expect, it was fabulous. The variety and selection was of items was great. The raw oysters and shrimp were delicious, and very fresh. You can't go wrong here.

My 3rd time here. Great service. Helpful staff. Super clean. Overall A+. Very comfortable and the amenities are awesome. Room service and the restaurants were 10 out of 10. Can't wait for my next visit.

You definitely get what you pay for. This hotel is top notch. Everything and everyone was excellent. My room was clean, comfortable and fully loaded with everything I needed. If there was something that I needed that wasn't in my room, someone brought it to me in 30 minutes or less. The staff was courteous and caring. We stayed here while attending a wedding at The Biltmore rooms. The hotel was definitely the perfect addition to our family wedding weekend. The hotel also had a wonderful lobby equipped with lage comfortable sofas. About 15-20 of my family members met in the lobby each morning to chat over a few cups of complimentary tea and coffee. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Lobby restrooms need updating, still using manual flush handles that are also loose and old, mirrors are internally turning brown all around the edges, room is nice but not a good value for what we spent; 2 adults 1 night 2 massages 1 dinner 1 breakfast and overnight parking a little over $1,400. I don't recommend eating at the hotel; a simple egg breakfast is $35, my crab eggs Benedict were odd I believe they are served on a bed of warm spinach with sweet cornbread at the bottom, not a good combo. Bar Margot food is slightly above average but again not a good value, my meal on my AA national flight was better (it was actually ver good) drinks are excellent. I wanted to give it three stars but the staff is professional and friendly, some of the best I've encountered.

We had a great birthday brunch 🥳 I think the brunch is amazing and one of the best in Atlanta!! Salmon and yummy beef brisket! Well worth the cost. Courtesy parking😃 great staff (very attentive) great food! Fun time!

Ok it's pricey.... But, the professionalism of every staff member was outstanding. The cleanliness of the facility and the room are top notch. We didn't have a lot of time in the property but we walked to the pool area. (Kind of weird to enter through the work out room to get there) Large indoor pool-whirlpool area with an exterior sun deck. Locker areas have steam rooms. Nice that services does an evening refresh to the room. We were on the 14th and the views are not very good. Lots of tall buildings surrounding this property. FYI $50 valet (plus tips) Overall, we felt pampered. But there's that price to value ratio you have to consider.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !Where to be begin! First of, the comforter set had a nasty makeup stain that looked fresh and wasn’t mine. It took housekeeping over an hour to bring a new comforter but when they arrived they came with sheets instead. I specifically told Dylan at the front that we needed a new comforter set. The housekeeper has to go BACK and get a comforter. As the housekeeper is making the bed we discover a stain on the top sheet! The housekeeper went to change the top sheet with the sheet she brought only to discover the back up sheet was ALSO dirty. The hotel claimed they would give us a credit but after getting an emailed copy of my receipt, since the printer wasn’t working at checkout,I noticed several unexplained charges. I’m still waiting for someone to return my call. Overall, we will never return back to the Four Seasons. Definitely did not live up to its name!

I went to the Four Seasons for a meeting. The valets were kind and hospitable and made a bright spot in a kind-of overwhelming day!! The grand staircase is absolutely beautiful which is enhanced by the loveliness of the people working there. Thank you for such kind people.

I'm not a fan of the down town area. So, you can ignore my location rating. Service was nice. Went to Park 75 for a birthday brunch. It's pricy and not worth the cost. But still a great experience.

Sadly after a lovely evening at Bar Margot. We were met with an angry and violent man who was upset for an unknown reason. I love this place. My husband and I met and were engaged here. Not sure what to thinkt. It’s. Not safe here.

Brennan with reservations is an incredible asset to this brand. Juana, at check in, also exceptional. By far the warmest welcome I’ve ever had at a hotel. I appreciate you all so much for making my much needed staycation as wonderful as it was.
