Let's
say
there
is
definitely
room
for
improvement.
I
placed
a
catering
order
and
when
I
arrived,
I
was
told
it
had
been
picked
up
already!
Then
i
was
given
someone
else's
receipt
which
i
had
to
explain
to
the
lady
was
not
me.
After
I
showed
my
order
on
the
app
which
had
4
large
items,
she
went
to
the
back,
got
1
thing,
and
said
have
a
nice
day....WHAT?!
By
this
time,
I
was
getting
impatient.
I
showed
her
the
order
AGAIN
and
she
scurried
off,
brought
2
items
and
proceeded
to
START
MAKING
THE
LAST
ONE.
I
stood
there
an
extra
almost
20
minutes
while
she
slowly
sauced
the
wings
and
chatted
with
her
coworkers.
Livid
was
the
best
way
to
describe
me
at
this
point
because
this
food
was
for
a
memorial
service
that
was
happening
soon
and
her
nonchalance
was
holding
me
up.
After
she
finally
finished
I
rushed
to
leave
but
explained
my
situation
to
a
manager.
His
suggestion
was
to
call
and
report
to
corporate..."sir,
you
can
discipline
her
at
this
level
as
well"
was
my
response.
This
Publix
is
closest
to
my
work
but
I'll
go
to
another
to
avoid
this
one.
