Let's say there is definitely room for improvement. I placed a catering order and when I arrived, I was told it had been picked up already! Then i was given someone else's receipt which i had to explain to the lady was not me. After I showed my order on the app which had 4 large items, she went to the back, got 1 thing, and said have a nice day....WHAT?! By this time, I was getting impatient. I showed her the order AGAIN and she scurried off, brought 2 items and proceeded to START MAKING THE LAST ONE. I stood there an extra almost 20 minutes while she slowly sauced the wings and chatted with her coworkers. Livid was the best way to describe me at this point because this food was for a memorial service that was happening soon and her nonchalance was holding me up. After she finally finished I rushed to leave but explained my situation to a manager. His suggestion was to call and report to corporate..."sir, you can discipline her at this level as well" was my response. This Publix is closest to my work but I'll go to another to avoid this one.

Kristin at the Pharmacy is honestly one of the worst people I’ve come in contact with. Asked a simple question about walk-ins for the vaccine and she got so defensive and rude. I don’t know how she got her position there but she could be trained a bit better when dealing with customer service.

OMGGGGGG….. hands down the best cakes for birthdays! I ordered a cake last night and requested a specific color scheme and it turned out better than the pictures online! It was super delicious, moist, and just the perfect amount of sweetness! Thanks To the baker who decorated such an amazing cake!

One of my favorite Publix locations! One 0f the managers stopped stocking the dairy shelf to track down the bottled water I needed and Samantha, the cashier, was so personable and friendly during checkout.

No wait hardly at all with all the cashier's working and self checkout compared to Kroger on Briarcliff Road they get people in and out quick instead of the other day a bottle of wine too 45 mins from arriving and departing using self checkout at Kroger. Yes tad bit more expensive but worth it in my 👀'$

Great store serving community very well - in contrast to Shamrock store just 2 miles away! Plus the mayor of Toco Hills is the store greeter certain days!!

Was on the receiving end of way too much attitude from the deli employee for ordering 4 wraps when no one else was in line. Even the manager said something to the employee which was passed onto me which prompted me to ask the manager if there was a problem. Will never order from the deli again. Most of poor reviews on here are about this deli. You'd think something would be done to course correct.

Obviously not a unique experience at the other Publix deli ... They seem to think the baked wings should be as greasy as possible and don't need to be kept up to display standards. Again, the grocery staff and pharmacy are wonderful but the deli needs retraining badly.

I love it! Publix, Toco Hills, has the Kosher Deli AND I can buy Scrapple in the same store....Now, Publix, Atlanta, please call your brothers and sisters at Publix in Miami and find out how an authentic Cuban sandwich is made.

Absolutely the best Publix I've ever been in. I can't give them enough praise. I wish the Publix near me was close to being that good. Update!: I still say this is the best Publix I've ever been in and I wish there was one like it near me.

Great Experience Best Publix in town. The employees are super nice and attentive. Store is always clean and organized and restocked. Came in and got salmon and scallops and Jayterio was very nice and went above and beyond. Great staff!

The best produce & deli market. Publix has the best meat as well. Shelves are stocked & bathrooms are always clean. Beats Kroger hands down.

The customer service was really good. I had been looking for the Legacy Frozen Shrimp and Grits. They had 3, price said $9.79 in frozen section but rung up for like $12.12. The cashier walked with me to the freezer area and made sure the Publix promise was utilized. One bag free and the other two for the $9.79 price. Now if the grits are as great as that price, I'm in love.

I'm closer to another Publix but only come here if a necessity. The staff... :-/ , ill just say theyre not exactly as cheerful, like my own location. Parking is always horrendous. Circle around, and around, and around.... Just try to get back out onto N. Druid Hills road, even at the light sometimes, under 5 minutes.

Superb customer service. I had lost a $20 bill that was apart of my grocery haul and Benjamin the produce manager went out of his way to pay for some of my groceries. Absolutely loved his initiative. Give him a shout out please! That's why I shop at Publix...above and beyond customer service

The one star is for the pharmacy. Came to pick up a prescription today that was ordered yesterday and was told they were “still working on it” and that they were actually out of both medications and I would have to wait until next week for them to be back in stock. I understand supply issues but if you are out of a certain medication there should be some priority in telling the person or Physician that sent it so they can possibly send it to another location. This prescription was not transferable so I actually have to contact my physician to send it to another location which I of course have to wait until tomorrow to do because now they are closed! Very inconsiderate and avoidable inconvenience. The pharmacist had a very non remorseful tone and attitude towards me. Not even a simple apology for the inconvenience.

Prices are ridiculous! In both a good way and bad. Sometimes you'll find good deals. Parking lot sucks and the entry is a little difficult constantly too close to other people.

The only decent grocery store in the area. It's not great, hard to get to, it's not cheap either, but the alternatives nearby like the Krogers are very diverse now

This review is not indicative of the whole store but specific to the deli. For the two years I have been coming to this store, the deli is consistently extremely slow. In-person orders take 30 minutes-1 hr if there are only a couple of people in front of you in line and online orders are consistently late. It’s so bad to the point where if there are more than 2 people in line I don’t go to the deli. Last time I was in store, the deli workers got in a fight. The time before that a deli worker told me she didn’t want to cut more roast beef for me when they were out. Hopefully improvements can be made soon.

I went to their Pharmacy with my wife very recently to get our vaccinations up to date with our Medicaid cards - since we had gotten some there not too long. ago. But was told the same insurance will not cover some particular vaccines. That we need to check with our physicians. Therefore we went over to Kroger which is within the same shopping compound as was able to receive ALL our needed shots with our Medicaid coverage. I presumed Publix did not want our business.

The team members at the sandwich counter are also nice and welcoming. Lines can be grueling to get a Pub sub, but I’m never waiting too long in the line at Toco Hills!

Very helpful and fully stocked grocery store with many selections and specialty items. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Would be 5 stars but they are a little pricey in comparison to other grocery stores.

The store inside is ok, just your typical design, but the parking is terrible. Customer service is good , and I never had a problem.

There are 3 Ace Hardwares near my job. This location by far my favorite. When I need something immediately and unusual I come here. Everyone is friendly and proffessional. It is a great neighborhood store!

Publix is great. Super staff and service. I like that they have good veggies and fresh produce. Very convenient. I have a great time visiting with consistent crew. They’re always in good spirits. I especially appreciate that staff are super careful about complete mask wearing. Management should help clean up parking area some way and front porch is messy too as a result. It’s always something.

This Publix at Toco Hills shopping center on North Druid Hills off i85 has so many To-Go fresh n healthy lunches of all types. Ready to eat Turkey n cheese sliders, rosemary red potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, and AKC egg salad which is supervised by the Atlanta Kashruth Commission... all in the photos. I also purchased Olive n Feta Greek salad in olive oil. Every employee and most of the customers were wearing masks. Very clean looking Publix and I am happy to shop here again soon.

All the employees are really nice, polite & helpful. There were plenty of shoppers but the store didn't feel crowded! Items were in stock & sale prices are good. A very pleasant experience!

Wanted a good meal. Publix always has good prices and great food. If, I can suggest after hours not to have high expectations their food will be fresh. Please do better. This is the second time my items where not fresh.

It's a competition store of my job, however the location it nice & clean, also well lite... I pretty much go to Publix for the fried chicken; so I was slightly surprised when one of their better deals had been discontinued. I adjusted my want and they made me a comparable deal.

This is a great publix, always fully stocked and the employees are very helpful. Also have had great experiences with the pharmacy for vaccines.

This place is doing a bad job with their price labels. One item had a long outdated label with a lower price than was charged at the register. Pointes it out three times, then had to remove the misleading label myself. Another item has objectively wrong per oz price on the label. Pointed it out, but after a month, the label is still on the shelf. Untrustworthy.

This is truly a Publix side really like because it's actually nice and the associates are very friendly and it's pretty much a great Publix to shop. I'll just the other evening I was in here and the gentleman in the produce department help me get some fresh red bell peppers and also help me get some fresh shredded lettuce by fresh Express because the shelves were empty at the time and he went and got the product then he stopped the shelves so hopefully that helped other customers. Thank you so much Publix for all you do for all the communities that you serve.

Publix is wonderful. The bakery is the best. Also the produce is always fresh. The best is the buy one get one free. They always have something every week that is buy one get one free.

Can someone tell me why it takes 35 minutes to get a simple cold wrap at the Publix deli?? I was on my lunch hour. I got in the line at 12:45 p.m. I got my wrap at 1:19 p.m.!! Needless to say, I had to drive like crazy to get back to work and then eat at my desk because my lunch hour was over!! I was so disappointed that the Publix staff could be so slow. Everyone in the line seemed really annoyed with the slow service. Publix needs to do much better! This service is disgraceful and extremely inconsiderate of the Publix customers' time!!

Never been in this Publix location, I went just to see how the service was and it was slightly less than normal. 3 stars is for the store being tidy. Thanks for the experience!

One of the best outlets for ready-to-eat kosher food to make shabbos a little easier. Too bad there is SO MUCH TRAFFIC between the Druid Hills are and Sandy Springs. 7 miles - 45 minutes.

Love Publix, don't know how I feel about this ones store organization (layout) however. Yes they are all different, this is my least favorite lay-out. Great employees and a wonderful company however. Jews are also really awesome, they got kosher everything here.

Effortless checkout simply using my mobile phone number with email receipt in my In Box by the time I reach my car. Publix also maintains a very intuitive, straightforward, simple to navigate web site. Some of their big competitors could learn a lot from this employee-owned enterprise.

I love going to MY Publix! The team of store employees, are soo friendly! They always have a smile, and are there to help you! It starts with Aaron...who greets you, to Michelle in the Meat department and Ivey in Seafood! Anka, Paul, and Jack are our favorite cashiers! Amanda is a great Store Manager! So you see why we LOVE it soo much! We love you, Lorrie and Ray!
