The purchase was no-hassle, no pressure and all our questions were addressed. We actually tried out 4-mattresses and decided on our purchase. Pleasant buying experience. The delivery was sooner than we expected and even earlier on the scheduled delivery date. The two gentlemen who delivered our purchase were very respectful of me and my home; placing booties over their shoes prior to entry. I have to admit, this entire process went above my expectations. I have an issue with my mattress. I waited too long to complain. Not their fault. The clerk was unprofessional when I asked about my sales person still being employed. He first says he didn't know him. Then he said, " oh yeah, I think he got fired". Do not air dirty laundry. I really liked my salesperson, Justin. I would like to know where he went.
