First off, the staff is really nice. The grounds are kept fairly decent. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but the appliances work and the lighting is good. The price is slightly steep for the room size. There are restaurants around and great access to the interstate.

Download the My6 app its 20 less through the app. But before you save the twenty, I strongly advise you insist on an inspection with someone from the front office. I was astonished at the number of roaches.The bath tub was filthy, floors filthy, and the door would not secure when leaving the room. I immediately notified the employee on duty of the condition and returned the key cards. "Sorry refunds aren't possible". He then gave me another room with a broken vanity countertop, another door that would not lock properly, all the electrical sockets were in need of replacement, and alot of sketchy characters, made this the worst 1 night stay in a motel ever. Im sure the staff does their best, but a lack of maintenance, cleaning and security makes management responsible. Hopefully this was just one bad experience from an already exhausting business trip. Still contacting Corporate Corporate, and at least try to get a refund or credit for a future stay in Nashville.. Good luck Google

This was the worst two days of my life ...first motel which I plan to do a lengthy review on canceled our reservation and even we held it with a credit card they cancelled our reservations..so. Going to handle that today. This studio 6 it was interesting a lot of it mean rent is expensive wherever you go I would not be able to afford it on my own because I have some medical issues and I cannot work full-time so I feel for people that must live in these types of motels but you know it was basic it was the only thing we could get the last minute and I will never stay at a studio 6 again either I went there with someone that I was trying to make it work with and I left at 6:30 a.m. and I have all his number's blocked and I've had to leave him there because of circumstances that I do not want to discuss. The shower pressure was horrible it was very basic and it was not worth it Overall score D

Overall a pretty good deal. Easy access to the 285 beltway and plenty of food options nearby. Staff at the front desk were pleasant. Exterior seemed pretty well-maintained with lots of shade trees. Rooms were exactly what you'd expect from a Motel/Studio 6. The TV, kitchen appliances, and furniture all looked pretty new and clean. Bathroom was a little tight with limited counter space, not a huge deal for me though. Room could use a paint job inside to cover marks and scuffs on the walls.

I didn't really have a bad experience at this hotel but, when it comes to the accessibility to the accomodations that you want to have it's not the best in arms reach its questionable? You will pay for what you get there. The rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned I found trash from the last guest on the floor, there was no service phone in the room, and it didn't have working light switches or bulbs. And they do not serve any breakfast. When I asked if they served adleast coffee the front desk said they were going to get me a coffee pot as all the rooms are suppose to have one in the rooms but I never gotten one. And the location is close to the hotel but for pple whom don't have a car and isn't to fond of walking won't be very happy to have to walk the mile or so to get where they need to for food or services that stores may offer. Uber and Lyft and get costly based on location and other supporting factors.

Very good and amazing folks working in this Motel 6 outlet. They are very considerate and the hotel has such a good ambience, you will truly feel comfortable and appreciated as a result of how they treat you. The customer care service is tops! I came in, was cleared and was led into my nice room. I was quite exhausted and I immediately blacked off to slumber land. Howbeit, I must say that did get and experience a gracious customer care service and one thing stands out clear, your clean rooms. Thank you.

Clean towels and the bed coverings changed quite often during my stay, even we we considered them clean. The freshness in the rooms by this deliberate act made us extend our stay with a few days. Days of comfort as a we enjoyed your excellent customer care service. Thank you

Man-is-she Petty aka Manisha Patel is a Mgr here and a THIEF! she instructs staff to charge late and misc. fees! roaches roaches roaches, missing smoke detectors, vicious dogs allowed on premises. No housekeeping yet you're charged. Any good reviews are FALSE or CONTRIVED!

Stayed here for 2 nights the room was filthy and reeked of stale ciggarets. Dead roaches and live ones crawling around on the floor walls and bathtub which was also dirty black at the bottom of the tub. Maintenance, mamagement, and house keeping were very polite though. Overall 2/5

This place is totally disgusting on Every level. It is filthy and it needs pressure washing and renovations desperately. Clearly poor management bc allowing the property to be that nasty is Shocking. They have roaches there worn down bed no utensils you pay for forget it bc it isn't available. I'm giving them a hard F I did a pickup and was Shocked.

I drove from California and got room and strong smell but didn't know what it was my son had asthma and it mold and have video of all the mold, Then the shower don't work. Why are you taking people money but not accommodation. Couldn't figure out why I have a headache now you see mold . You can't make it up when you put me in another room full of roaches infested..smh I spent a week there are you going to refund all my money I bet not and I used a whole can of raid to get them to come out everywhere.. This place need to be closed, and put tent over it

the water didn't work in my room, it was black mold all over the bathroom, when i told the front desk, they just said ok, it was maybe 3 put bulls roaming with no leash, the bed was sunken in, everything in the room was dirty, the floor was sticky, it's rats and roaches, and to think people have to live there is so sad, it seems like no one up keeps the property whatsoever, they she be tore down and they smell awful! I stayed there 7 days with no water please if you have kids or pets keep them away...

Run - find another hotel. Room was filthy, mould in bathroom ceiling, microwave hadn’t been cleaned, cupboards were dirty, floor hadn’t been cleaned, passage way and stairwell was filthy. Need a firehouse and a scrub down on the stairwell and passage.

Our bed had 3 legs, it was bugs and after a week were told it's rats. We had a broken window as well. People will be outside wh music every nite

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location. Room looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped for days and even after sweeping 3 days in a row myself, it was still dirty. Tub was never washed out and had hair from previous stay. I was also suppose to get a $63 refund and never received it even after calling and told it was processed

The worst place to stay in DeKalb county. Corrupt management and staff, dirty rooms. You will have better accommodations on Candler Rd. @ Best Value Inn or Motel 6.

I was sure I was going to have a good time and they did not disappoint me. my family enjoyed the stay as the staff were very calm and friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I hear you get what you pay for so I didn't expect the room to be luxurious but I did expect it to be clean. It wasn't. It was very, very dirty. Hair (human and animal) everywhere. Absolutely wreaked of mildew and weed. The only thing in the room that was clean were the sheets on the HORRIBLE mattress. Just bad. So bad. Also, right next to a very busy highway. Extremely loud.

My experience at this hotel was very good. The staff was very welcoming, the building and rooms were well maintained and I had no noise complaints. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during my trip for this price.

I went to the motel 6 looking for a place to stay over my business trip. I was welcomed by the staff and was taken aback by the cleanliness of the common areas. My room succeeded the expectations already set by the common areas with clean sheets, a sparkling bathroom and not even a s speck of dust on the floors, countertops and dressing table. On my list of motels, this would come highly recommended.

I don't usually leave reviews but feel pretty strongly that I should given my recent experience. Check in was easy and straightforward.The room was nice and comfortable, the ground area was well kept up and the house keepers were amazing. I would definitely make a come back.

For a Studio 6 I must say it’s a decent property. Publicly areas are clean and relatively quiet. Internet is blazing fast. Lots of families with kids; noise about the same as anywhere with families. Room was clean upon Check in and everything worked in the kitchen. Please remember this is a Studio 6 and not a Marriott Residence Inn and you’ll be ok.

The kids really got along with the other kids at the motel. Sadly there was no breakfast but the rooms have a full kitchen! We just went ahead and made our own. Most definitely a plus to have at a motel stay. The room we were given was nice and cool upon entering. Our dog was enjoying himself a little too much outside haha. The manager let us know that if we needed anything, feel free to call or stop by the front office but we were honestly very satisfied and needed nothing more. Thank you Studio 6 Staff!

I've heard good and not so good things about this place. From my personal experience, this is by far one of the better places compared to other Motel 6 that I've stayed in. The room was well kept, customer service was so nice to my wife and I, along with front desk tending to any needs we had. The place is in a nice, quiet section of the city where we can take walks carefree. Definitely coming back here next time we're in town!

It's horrible, if you can choose to stay literally anywhere else do it. They try to flood the reviews with positive ones but just drive around the property to see what I'm talking about and make that decision for yourself. I will never stay at another studio 6 if this is what I can look forward to.

I give this motel a perfect 5/5 rating. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. I will undoubtedly choose this establishment for future travels.
