Great experience we spent all day just walking around checking out the mountains from different points of view there's a giant Tower , rope Bridges, kids play areas lots of shops tons of different food options everything from lemon shake ups and ice cream funnel cakes and pulled pork !! Also they have a very nice dining restaurant called Cliff top it had All Glass Windows showcasing the beautiful mountain views. there were live bands playing during the day fire pits to get cozy around . It's a full day caped off by a beautiful mountain sunset💕❣️ oops I almost forgot zip lining and a roller coaster too!!

This is my second time, both time we really enjoyed the amazing scenery, our daughter 4 and 6 loved the place, it has so many things for kids to do, tree houses, tree canopy, bridges towers. The restaurants are all very good and the shops has very neat things. You can easily spend all day here. We went the first week of December and seen the Christmas lights the hang

Well, I really didn't want to go. But, my daughter did. So, we went. The ski lift going up was slow and unnerving. The top had a better mix of things to do than I thought. The hanging Bridges between the trees were fun. The huge lookout tower was very nice. And, we had some ice cream and barbecue that were good. The ski lift down was an easier ride. All in all a fair deal.

What a cool place! Such beautiful views of the city and of the mountains, we got some incredible pictures. There are fun things for the kids to do as well as the grown ups. And SO CLEAN! I saw one of the employees actually sanitizing a trash can - no joke. Would go again and recommend to anyone.

I've lived here 6 years and finally took my first trip to Anakeesta. It won't take 6 months for me to go back. The park was beautiful, the food was great. It reminded me of Epcot's Food and Garden Festival. Take out rides and Disney things, insert natural views feeling of tranquility. It's a great place visit.

EXPERT TIP: If you don't need to take the chair lift up the mountain, save time by utilizing the motor carriage to enter the park and take the chairlift down when exiting. This will save you an hour waiting in line. Anakeesta is a great family park. It's not too large so you can finish the park in a day and have dinner in town. However, the food at Clifftop restaurant was delicious and offers a spectacular view of the Smokies. If you planning on visiting, buy tickets online to save time waiting. Buy the coaster and zip line tickets in advance to guarantee attendance. Once in the park, register for the coaster and select a time to return for the ride. This too will save about 30 minutes. This is a great place if you are visiting with children 11 and under. It's a cross between a play park and botanical garden.

What an awesome experience. A must do for everyone. Our kids had fun going through all the tree houses. We loved looking at all the amazing landscaping...and looking at all the amazing views. I liked the food and the beer at the top. The best advice I can give is to get up there early. Look around, take lots of pictures 📸 but by 12 noon, tons of people around, hard to get good pictures without other people in the pictures. They also have zip lines at the top. Check out the pictures.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! if you have never been to Anakeesta put it on your bucket list! It was such an amazing experience. You ride a chondola 600 ft. Up into the mountains which takes about 10-12 minutes. However, the views are incredible. Once you get up the mountain you are then dropped off at the park. They have a variety of food, shopping centers, rides, beautiful views, rope bridges to explore and so much more! My family and I were able to spot two bears. 🐻 We had a great time and we will definitely be making the trip again.

Well worth the price! Beautiful scenery! Lots of walking, so if that's not your cup of tea, then this isn't for you. We ate at Smoke house, and it was tasty. We got the pulled pork Sandwhich, wings & mac n cheese. Wings are served naked but sauces are available on the self serve bar. We purchased our tickets in advance online. It does save you a couple dollars if you do it at least a day in advance. We would definitely go back!

What a wonderful place to visit, the views are phenomenal. Cute little boutiques and souvenir shops. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. beautiful f Mountain View’s all around! Night life here is magical - especially with all the Christmas decorations up. Great place for kids!

Beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. They had a 3 piece band playing live music that was awesome! Grabbed a quick snack that was pricey. I would suggest eating somewhere else before going here. There is a lot to do and great photo opportunities. Christmas lights are nice. When they close be ready to wait in line to get down for a L O N G time. It took an hour and forty five minutes to get out of the park once I got in line. Unacceptable! I agree with the other comments about the camera girl at the bottom of the lift. I certainly would not tolerate an employee with her lack of care attitude working for me. Other employees I came into contact with were very pleasant and friendly.

Anakeesta is a very nice family park and is very enjoyable.. it is very beautiful and kids loved it.we even saw a bear on our way up which is a plus plus. Vista garden is very beautiful. The treetop skywalk is also very cool. However there are basic improvements needed: 1. Shade in the waiting area because people stand in those lines for hours to get the chair. 2. Seatbelts in the chair is super important especially for little kids. They only have 4-6 cabins and during rush hour waiting to get the cabins will add another hour to it. So chairs need to be made secure.

Wow what a beautiful place to visit, lots of flowers, water features, and the views are stunning and breathtaking. I bought the season pass which is less then 2 adult day entries, because I got 20% off my food, ice cream, and entry to the astra luminaries tour, it also give me a special line for the chairlift up the mountain. There are other discounts offered with the seasons pass, like 20% off in the gift shops, just seemed like a great value with all the discounts. The chairlift will take you up the mountain and takes about 20 minutes and I was lucky to see a bear walking around underneath the chairlifts, but don’t worry because your 100 feet in the air. I would recommend eating at the smokehouse, they have indoor and outdoor balcony seating with breathtaking views, also a outdoor bar and a place for live music. At the smokehouse you order and take you food to the tables, no wait staff here, however, there is another restaurant in the park with sit down table service. Don’t miss this place if your in town

5 stars if not so expensive. There are several nice attractions in a well-kept, newer park. Everything costs extra almost. That's on top of $40 each to enter. The zip lines were awesome. Violet, Victor, and the other guides were great. They made the experience memorable and fun. Beautiful and entertaining way to spend the day (and a ton of money if not careful) overall.

Amazing views! We walked so much 😂 we actually went up the mountain in the van and even went back at dusk to watch the sunset! It was a beautiful spot that you have to visit if you are in the area. Really enjoyed the treetop bridges and my daughter did the rail runner also, it’s like a rollercoaster that goes down the mountain and then brings you back up!

Awesome place for a family vacation! Lot of kids activities are available, but adult supervision is required. I loved the tower where we could just see the Smokey Mountains! We enjoyed riding the Skylift. But I feel it's not recommended for <5 years kids as there was a big gap between the seat and the bar provided for safety, also we can easily push them off(a covered cabin is the right option). It would be good If they had a locking mechanism.

It's okay. You'll pay about $90 for two. You can walk the whole place in about an hour and a half. If you have a family of four do the math you'll pay a couple hundred dollars. It's kind of underwhelming but again I'm comparing this because I've been to a ton of Christmas wonderlands in the world in this is kind of overpriced. It's underwhelming for what you get but if you want to go check it out, check it out. Just know you want to pay to ride the sky lift and then when you get there they have another little parking side that they'll ask you for another $37 per person. Pretty much $40 per person to go see. Not a lot of shops if you want to do that kind of thing. But it's really underwhelming if you ask me.

What a fun place to hang out with the family! Visited Gatlinburg and the Anakeesta theme park for the first time as part of a family reunion. Donna and Tanner were so amazing and helpful to get a great group rate for our family of adults, seniors, children, and toddlers! We all took the lift up the mountain and walking around, taking in everything the park had to offer. They even assisted us in getting at a reservation at the Cliff Top Restaurant which had the most BEAUTIFUL view we could imagine of the Smoky Mountains. So grateful to all the staff who made our trip unforgettable. Will return and highly recommend!

The Anakeesta park is very pretty and extremely well done. It’s extremely clean and well maintained. There are loads of shops and attractions up top. I do feel charging extra for the roller coasters is a bit much, but there is a lot of included items too.

Wow ! We love spending time here. Lift chair was fun with bear watching route. We saw bears with cubs. It was a very hot day so it become a little hard to spend time with 60+ age adults but we still enjoyed and spend 5 hrs .

Clean facility and great customer service. Everyone working there that we spoke to was knowledgeable and nice. Everyone from the lift operators to the gift shop attendants went out of their way to make you feel at home. At night we attended the Astral light show, which was really well done. Definitely worth the price of admission.

I went on a rainy day but the view was still so cool. We went with a group that was supposed to perform for the crowds at Anakeesta but there was no one to help bring our supplies, a lot of waiting around for help, and the worst part was no tents or seating were set up to perform in the rain. Going all the way there to an unorganized performance was disappointing. The 2 stars are for Astra Lumina- you have to go! They allow rain checks for it as well so you can come back and do it in good weather.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It's beautiful. Great for all ages. We did the rope bridge, the mountain coasters, kid got to play in the different playgrounds, got in around 4 and waited for the evening to do Astra Lumina. Absolutely gorgeous. Worth every dime.

We had a lovely evening visiting Anakeesta! The tree houses and various 'challenges' for kids were wonderful. The tower provided incredible views of the surrounding mountains. We saw a black bear, which was exciting. Staff quickly directed it back into the woods and ensured guests were safe. The tree top walk was beautiful and fun, all lit up! We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the gorgeous sitting areas with rocking chairs and fire pits. It was clean, well cared for, and there was plenty of staff making sure guests could enjoy exhibits safely! We took an enclosed cabin and open chairlift up and down the mountain - both were lovely and provided excellent views both before and after sunset!
