I often grab some cheap flowers from Kroger or Publix for my wife so that she has some flowers. However, for our 1 year anniversary I obviously wanted to do something more. I found Le Jardin and from what I read and researched, they seemed like a nice florist capable of delivering what I wanted. I placed my order, was told that it would be ready by noon on a certain date. I show up just afternoon to pick up my order but they had not yet started on it. I was told it would take another 30-45 minutes because they were waiting on fresh flower delivery--definitely not ideal and poor customer service but if the flowers are more fresh I can live with it. The next day, my anniversary, half of the flowers had wilted (despite my ensuring that they had adequate water and food) and looked terrible. So much for waiting 30 minutes for fresh flowers--which makes me think they lied to me about why the arrangement was ready in time. Kroger/Publix flowers are better. I would not recommend this florist.

The shop is lovely but the service is shotty. I went there early this morning and the woman was so rude telling me she has 12 event this week that she needs to handle even though I was standing in her face ready to make a purchase. It was as if my time and money weren’t valuable as accommodating as I was to not being able to get what I want. I love the flower arrangements and buy them for co workers but that’s gonna take sometime to forget Update: Thank you for your response. I’d like to make it clear that I wasn’t upset that you couldn’t create a custom piece. I was very clear that I understood the circumstance, and I was the one who initiated an alternate solution to my problem. The issue Im expressing is the pompous, impatient attitude that was displayed. I’m a very understanding person but rudeness is unnecessary in any business when I’m so loyal that I was waiting for you to open instead of going to another boutique. My co-worker enjoyed her flowers very much. Thank you for your service.

Got flowers last minute for my mom, went in told them a budget and color palette- he came out with a beautiful bouquet and my mom loved it!

Terrible service to say the least... Was ignored the first 15min my partner and I walked in. So we looked around. Another customer walks in shortly after and was greeted with smiles and open arms.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I ordered flowers on behalf of my grandmother for my mom’s 60th birthday. My grandmother could not be there in-person to celebrate due to COVID-19 precautions. I picked up the flowers on Friday around 11:30 am. The next morning around 9:00 am, the majority of hydrangeas had wilted. Upon proper inspection of how the flowers were placed in the vase, the stems were at the very top, approve the maximum fill line of the vase. I provided the boutique photos of the hydrangeas and how the stems were placed improperly in the vase—not allowing the flowers’ stems to be submerged in the water. The boutique called back. They were incredibly cold despite letting them know the situation and the importance of these flowers. Sarah/Sara (Spelling?), the boutique store manager, suggested I take the hydrangeas out and recut them. That was her only solution. Her tone showed that she did not believe me although I provided photos. You should not have to recut flowers less than 24 hours after picking up a floral arrangement. They offered NO customer service, and their demeanor was cold and lacked empathy. No offer to find a viable solution despite explaining the limitations I have. I felt as if the responsibility was 100% on me. Subsequently, I have been in their boutique countless times. Oftentimes, no one talks to me. I am younger, and I feel as if they age profile and discriminate. In addition, I have asked them to order items for me twice. Both times, they never followed up. In my heart of hearts, I really want to root for this place, because they are locally owned and their talent is truly extraordinary. I just wish their customer service could match what you would expect when you see their boutique, price point, and arrangements. My trust in Le Jardin Francais has been broken.

A friend recently mentioned floral design classes at Le Jardin Francais, so I jumped at the chance to attend their latest class this October. It was held outdoors with tables safely distanced for the group, and the staff all wore protective gear. The experience itself was lovely! The session was 3-hours long and LJF taught proper technique and how to design a gorgeous bouquet. Marie-Laure, the owner, taught the class with her team of amazing designers. The backstory of how LJF came to be in Atlanta was just as great to learn. 13/10 -- would sign up again! :) and will definitely be ordering personal arrangements for myself and friends here soon!

To say incredible would be an understatement! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for wife to celebrate our anniversary. Not only were they what I was looking for, they blew my wife away. Britt took great care of us and went into great detail making sure our needs were met. I highly recommend them and will be back!

Customer beware when purchasing a terrarium from this florist. It comes with unexpected pests. Very bad customer service and response to the issue. Would not recommend.

I can not say enough great things about this boutique. Having enjoyed a few of my own arrangements from Le Jardin Français in the past I decided to send my sister an arrangement when she got a promotion at work. Unfortunately my sister’s office has strict security and Sophie, the lady coordinating delivery, even went out of her way three separate times to finally deliver the flowers to my sister. This made my sister’s day and mine as well!! It is clear the owner makes sure to take the best care of each and every customer and runs an amazing business. I finally made in and I'm so happy I did. Alexandra was amazing she gave me such great insight about the shop. I had been sending people over from the plant shop I worked at for their terrerium needs so it's finally great to see the store front. They are very active in the Atlanta community- I've seen thier services at nonprfot fundraisers around town. The shop feels amazing and absolutly georges!

Living overseas, I did not know who to use when I needed to send 'Get Well' flowers to a friend in Atlanta. A google search led me to Le Jardin Francais Boutique and I couldn't be happier with the arrangement and customer service. They notified me when the first delivery attempt could not be made and let me know when the second attempt was successful. The flowers are gorgeous and I highly recommend them!

We ordered two of the 14-inch Marie-Laure Vessel bouquet as part of a celebration for two of our employees. I chose one with a "touch of color" and one "bright and colorful". Each of them were breathtaking! They had such beautiful and interesting flowers in them. Called in tje order and person was friendly and very helpful in suggesting options. The flowers were for my Wife—29th anniversary. When the flowers arrived, her response was “these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever gotten” (trust me gets her fair share) Overall—highly recommend.

My boyfriend surprised me with peonies for my birthday this Monday and these flowers didn’t even last till Thursday (today). I honestly feel like he deserves a refund. I didn’t even get to change the water in them like the instructions said because they simply didn’t last to that point. Gorgeous flowers but this is easily the shortest amount of time I’ve ever had flowers last.

They did a phenominal job on my bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres. I asked them to help my vision come to life just two weeks before my wedding. They advised me on what would look best, what would last the longest, and how to transport the flowers. I even received a personal phone call from the owner who was completely honest about the durability of certain flowers I had chosen and what I should do to preserve their freshness. I would highly recommend using them and their pricing was very fair. Now I have these beautiful photos to look back on!

Le Jardin is beautiful inside and out, and the great customer service matches it perfectly. The employees here are incredible and helped me with a beautiful 8" tropical terrarium. Melissa and Sabrina were incredibly helpful and I'll definitely be coming back to them for any future flower needs!

I drove an hour to get to this shop. I bought an expensive terrarium and some large air plants. I had the terrarium less than 3 weeks and noticed the plants dying. I am an experienced gardener. I have been on 3 garden tours so I know plants. I called to let them know and they asked for pictures and pictures of where it was. The terrarium was in front of 3 windows plus a glass door so it got plenty of light. Upon receiving the pictures, they tried to say not enough light as my window are tinted. The windows are barely tinted and the door is not tinted at all as its a new door. I explained this to them. I followed all the directions for the terrarium that I was given. They said I could bring it in but I told them it was an hour each way so that wasn't really feasible. They insisted I bring it in for them to look at. I explained the distance was too far so they did not really want to do anything. Plus I had to leave it and come back. Another trip. Again too far for that. I decided to re do the terrarium myself due to that. I discovered that the plants had pretty much been butchered when planted i.e. barely any roots which is the cause of death. I was angry about this and let them know and they would not make good on this terrarium by either sending me a replacement or a refund. I planted the terrarium myself and it is THRIVING. Why? Because it was done CORRECTLY.
