    Absolutely rude and obnoxious lady who was so arrogant that we met at the store this evening! Christine is her name and she acted like we are some low class people who can’t afford stuff. We came there to buy a love ring and she was not even friendly to show us the rings properly …!later I asked for her to show me the Juste un clou ring and she was like oh that is not new ! I am like what ??? I didn’t even say that. Absolutely arrogant / nasty / racist attitude. I am not there to just look around! I was there to buy a ring. We just walked out ! I got my size and will order it online. Never returning to this nasty place again !

    Purchased this Cartier bracelet at Miami design district on Sunday and flew back home to Atlanta Monday morning. My girlfriend tried on the bracelet that night maybe wore it for 3 mins and we realized it was a little snug so I came to Cartier store in Atlanta to exchange it for another size was told because there are small scratches on it I could not exchange it cause they couldn’t resell it. First of all, I would’ve liked sale associate to throughly show me the bracelet and say this is scratch free and your good to go but he did hand me the bracelet and I didn’t look for scratches I just saw it and said yes I would like to purchase it. They wear white gloves on one hand but they touch the jewelry all over with there bare hand so what’s point of the white glove for show looks. You spend $5k+ in this store and for general of spending at luxury store they should allow exchanges. I’m very disappointed. The sale associate said to me well maybe I should take up this issue of scratches with Joseph who sold me the item in Miami because she couldn’t help. No problem ma’am. I will not be shopping Cartier anymore. I would prefer to spend more money somewhere and have sale associate throughly show me my item and explain exchanges and so fourth. This item was again purchased on Sunday and it’s Tuesday that I’m trying to exchange it.

    On a whim decided to visit this store to pick up a Christmas present for niece. I’ve shopped with cartier over the years but never bought a love bracelet or a trinity. Just the juste en clou, a few rings, and a panthere watch all from my lovely sales associate on Rodeo Drive. I wanted to get a simple trinity bracelet for my niece but inquired the love bracelets as well. I was greeted in store by a lovely gentleman and lady whose names i didn’t get only to be helped by a rude woman named Christine. She never introduced herself and i found her name through my receipt. She was not for conversation and was answering all of my questions very rudely. She also was just very short and was acting like she was Madame Cartier herself! After getting the vibe I started to reciprocate her energy and was short with her too. Only asking one question about the trinity bracelet to which she snapped at me with the response. When i was waiting for a Sales Associate to help me upon entering the store i overheard another couple sitting nearby that was being helped by a kind, elderly woman. She got them cartier boxed pastries or chocolates i’m not sure but she was so incredibly sweet with them. I wish i had her as my sales associate. I’ve never felt more rushed out of a boutique before in my life. i’ve purchased other designer jewelry from van cleef in at the Neiman in Lenox, i’ve purchased from Tiffany at Phipps. All of those sales associates were lovely, But this lady Christine was just flat out rude and she is tarnishing the cartier name with her atrocious stack on her wrist.

    My girlfriend wanted a Love ring, she had stopped in with friends to find out what size fit her and I called a couple of weeks later to inquire if they had her size in the style she wanted. A very helpful lady answered the phone, found they had the size and style in stock, and set it aside for me. The following day I drove the hour or so to Lennox Mall to pick it up. Even though I can afford nice things I often shop for clothes at Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, etc as I don’t feel the need to spend a lot of money on clothes. I walked into Cartier wearing flip-flops and Wal-Mart clothes. The two employees both looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I asked for the lady that had helped me the day before, she came over and I told her who I was and what I was there to pick up. The expression on her face and body language just screamed disappointment, as if she thought I was just there to waste her time and she had held something for someone that couldn’t buy it. If there was another Cartier within a few hours' drive I would have just walked out but that was not an option. She brought the ring out and we sat down at a desk. The ring matched the photo my girlfriend had shown me, so I agreed to purchase it. Typically on large purchases, I like to use a credit card to get the travel points but since she was being snooty and obviously judging me based on my appearance I handed her my debit card instead for the $2,000+ purchase. Of course, she asked for my ID which was just fine, ran the card, and then handed it back to me saying “well, I guess VISA says you can have it”. She filled out the information for the warranty, then disappeared to the back to pack it up for quite a while. After her attitude and the statement she made after handing me my card I was beyond ready to leave, I just took the bag from her and walked out. I later asked my girlfriend how she was treated when she went in since she dresses like she is going to a yoga class every day. She said she her and friends were treated just fine and they tried on multiple items without a problem.

    We went during the weekend with my husband to buy a couple of weeding bands. We were helped by Marina, who treated us great. As we already had selected two different rings we would have to decide between, Marina was very helpful trying different sizes to figure out which was the appropriate size for each of us, gave us a lot of advice and information regarding the product we were buying, but most important to all these is that she made us feel really great and find the ring the fit most with each one of us. We all know Cartier and how great its products are, we have seen them in a catalog. But really finding which is the product that fits you best and that you identify with is a difficult task, and Marina helped us a lot with this. I would highly recommend this store and the people who work there.

    My boyfriend and I came to pick our engagement ring. We were greeted by Michael, who told us engagement ring viewings were by appt only. He told us we could wait, but said he couldn’t give us an actual wait time and they were busy. After telling us we could wait, I clearly said that would be fine, but his attitude indicated that things were not fine, and that he would like us to leave. His attitude was unprofessional and left us feeling like he wanted us to leave or wait indefinitely. We were serious about getting a ring there today, but we may look elsewhere now. I feel like his training was inadequate to represent the brand, and perhaps he should not work in customer service until he is trained correctly. We considered buying here because the reputation for customer service and my previous experiences with them. I now have no expectations because of Michael. He has ruined my day and my impression of Cartier.

    March 2021- Poor customer service! Came into the store with the mindset to get the love necklace. The sale associate that assistEd name is Allen. When ask if the store carry the the necklace in white gold he had say that they don’t and later bought the white gold necklace (that I originally asked) out and say it might be discontinue in near future ( I don’t feel that the statement was necessary). Did not assisted me with trying it on and was on his phone the whole entire time and occasionally would look up and ask if I like it and if I don’t I shouldn’t buy it. What kind of sale associate does Cartier hire? Very disappointed in how cartier choose their salesman. Will definitely come back to get the necklace with a more sincere and professional salesman! Update April 2021- Return to store to purchase the love necklace. Was assisted by Annie, great customer service, patience and genuinely helpful. Really happy with the purchase ^_^. Thank you Annie for helping us with the extension.

    Went to look for a present for my wife with no idea what to get and Cole Armstrong was so quick to assist. His knowledge of the products along with his eye for details made the present one of a kind and a shopping experience like none before. I highly recommend you ask for Cole if you plan on shopping at this store!

    Our experience working with Esther is phenomenal. She is so knowledgable about rings, super responsive, and so patient with us throughout our Cartier experience. The moment we sat down and told her our budget, she immediately picked out some options that fit our expectations (and amazingly she even picked the exact ring size for my girlfriend). Later on, I communicated with Esther through emails about additional options, and asked her numerous questions about diamonds and Cartier. She was so responsive that effectively she is "meeting" us outside boutique hours. Esther makes our experience with Cartier extremely pleasant. I highly recommend her to anyone who's interested in Cartier.

    Kinda snooty until they know you have money to spend. The lead service associate, Sumon is the best. Very personable and has the ability to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The sales folks are not quite up to his standard though.

    Store needs a complete redo. Stained carpet, dingy materials..not at all what I expected my first Cartier experience to be. I special ordered a love ring for my partner, which Edwin executed. Upon arrival, the store manager, Annie, ‘couldn’t find it’, showing a complete lack of communication throughout the team, wasting our time, and honestly embarrassing the professionalism of what I expect at a luxury house such as Cartier. I will never be returning to this store.

    Love the store! It was pretty crowded the day we went, but our sales associate ( I believe his name is Brian) was super kind and attentive. He showed us everything we wanted to see and helped me pick out my first piece! We'll definitely be back!

    Love shopping at Cartier. First time visiting the boutique was in December and Cole was amazing. Great customer service and in all very nice to talk to. Will be purchasing more stuff in the future with Cole.

    I am the most satisfied customer of Cartier Atlanta all because of Alan. I’ve been Alan’s client for several years. He focuses on understanding his clients needs and follows up with providing exemplary customer service with care & empathy. He helped me find the right pieces of jewelry when the inventory was low & worked with me while out of office. Great job in providing me & my family with world class service, Alan!

    I tried for a while to get an appointment at the Cartier location at Lenox. No one would answer the phone and appointments are required which was frustrating. I finally just walked in one day and mentioned how difficult it had been, Alan assisted me and was very helpful. It then took over 3 months for my strap to come in. When I went in to pick it up, Alan once again saved the day and made things better by being professional and very nice. If it were not for him, I would give a 1 star rating. Cartier really should do better with customer service overall, it’s not befitting of a luxury store to have no one even answer the phones. Also not sure why it took so long for my strap to get to me. I was given an estimated timeline but the strap took longer to get to the store. Communication during this time would have been helpful.

    We had a great experience with Brian for our visit. He was very helpful and nice to help us with the ring sizing to placing an order for my ring due to my ring size wasn’t available at the store. My ring came in within 3 days. Thank you for a great experience Brian.

    I am changing the rating to 4 stars now. I wish the resolution came earlier and the store reached out to me instead of me calling the store a few times to resolve the issue. The pricing issue was not caused by the shop but rather by the corporate's mistake on the new pricing information on the website. The store handled the problem effectively.

    Only giving Cartier a 2 star review because they are a jewelry empire. The Lenox Mall Cartier deserves a 0 in the way they treat (rather, ignore) their customers. You're better off just buying online. The only employee there that treated people equally with respect was Edwin.

    I had a fantastic customer experience at Cartier Atlanta. My watch had been exposed to moisture and mildew in storage, so I took it in for evaluation. The sales associate I spoke with, Marilyn, had an expert eye for detail as she examined my watch under a magnifying glass for damage. She told me my watch would need the major service option and told me exactly which additional parts would need to be replaced to bring my watch to top working order again and get certified with a Cartier warranty and get a statement of value for my insurance company. When it took longer than planned for the repairs since my watch is an older model, Cartier sent me the watch insured without charge so I didn't have to return to Atlanta to pick it up. When I returned to Atlanta, I asked them to align the watch face differently and adjust the tightness of the band, and they were happy to do so without charge. Esther, the manager, was kind enough to ship the watch to me without charge once again. I am very pleased with the treatment I got from Cartier. I highly recommend them for high-end watches and excellent customer service!
