I came here today for a quick watch repair because the band on my Fitbit slipped off (and I couldn’t locate the piece needed to fix it). After seeing the wonderful reviews I thought this was going to be a great experience, unfortunately the guy working here today charged me $25.00 for a 10 second repair (and when I say ten seconds, I literally mean it) $25.00…really think about that for a second…(greedy much)?!? This was my first time at this place of business and it was just terrible in every sense of the word. I won’t be back here and I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS STORE when you could go somewhere where the people actually have CLASS. A ten second repair that should have cost $5 at best, cost $25.00… This guy clearly doesn’t care about people or his clients, just money (talk about an easy pay day). DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to deal with a classless, shady, low institution with classless people that have absolutely no integrity whatsoever.

Came here once, and had a watch adjusted for (no joke) 30 seconds, and i was charged $44. I remember paying and thinking what a terrible ripoff. I came back once more a few weeks later, and i brought them two bracelets that I wanted resized about an inch larger with a similar metal chain, and the guy told me it would be $80 to add a one inch piece of metal to the bracelet because he had to charge “for his time”. When I asked him how long the fix would take, he told me it would take a few minutes. Based on his statement, i asked him if that means his hourly rate is $500, and he said to “yeah” and said “why don’t go fix it yourself”. Extremely rude. When I asked him how much for just a 2 inch piece of metal, without him having to provide the labor or to do anything, he said it would still cost $80. I have no idea where the good reviews for this place come from, cause everything about this shop is a ripoff and the service was even worse than the prices. Go get your stuff fixed elsewhere and save some money and time.

I could not be more pleased with the service that I received today. Thank you for helping me take off my wedding band and engagement ring (from my very swollen finger). The care given in resizing and polishing are unmatched. I am a customer for life. Thanks again ♥️

The staff were cool but it wasn’t fast at all. I left my chain on a Friday afternoon, came back the following week on a Wednesday expecting to just grab it and go because I was told it would be worked on and ready latest on Monday, but not only was it not ready when I came but I still had to wait like an hour to get it.

Went here to buy a simple set of watch pins, (the telescopic metal rods used to attach a strap to a watch). They had them on hand but wouldn't sell them to me; they demanded that they "service" the watch by reattaching the strap—for a $30 fee! Keep in mind that attaching a watch strap requires no expertise. It literally takes less than a minute and with plenty watches can even be done by hand. I declined and walked to the mall's other watch repair store. They sold me the pins for $5 and even offered to attach the strap. I attached it myself and was outta there in less than 2 mins. Compare prices before you do any business here or you're likely to get gouged.

It took him half a year to fix my watch brocken glass. And whenever I go to this store to ask about my watch he keep telling me to wait another 3 week. Last month i just tired of waiting and ask him to give me back as it was and he told me to wait 4 hours to put the watch back in place. But i left and come back today, after a month and told me to come back after 4 hours to peak up unrepaired watch AGAIN. Never seen anything like this horrible customers service. Now im waiting. He has attitude.

They called me in Friday to tell me my watch was ready. They failed to mention they are closed on Saturdays. That being said they did excellent work and the owner called me personally to apologize and let me know the website had been changed. Talk about great customer service!!!!

Truly fast fix on an older watch (from the 80s-90s) needing size adjustment and a new battery. The battery needed was already on site and the size adjustment was quick! Very friendly people and great customer service! 😊👍

I went in for a watch hand recalibration and was told it was going to be approximately 45 minutes. I walked out the store sat down at a table made a phone call and realized that I left something in the store. When I walk back into the store I saw the item that I left in the store. The store clerk said you're ready to go I thought she was talking to someone else or had made a mistake. I asked blad did he do a recalibration he said "yeah". To be honest I was skeptical so I monitored my watch for a few days. I realize that my watch was keeping perfect time and has been running great ever since. Thank you Thank you... I just found my go to watch specialist.

I’m not the one to send bad reviews but this company is scamming. They are not selling authentic products, and very over priced. I purchased a watch from them and they allowed me to walk out the store with a broken watch and I noticed so they allowed me to exchange it for another “authentic” one that was less in price of what I originally gave them which means I had a balance owed to me. When I came back for the balance they did not want to give me my store credit or cash which means they got me out of some money and argued me down about not giving it to me. So now I’m forced to get legal involved. All in all. They do terrible business. There’s a lot of different places to shop but you’ll be disappointed shoping here.

Realible and service oriented family business. I go to either the Lenox Mall branch or the Toco branch. Quick turnaround and high service level. Great folks!

The Ownership is great & extremely accommodating, especially regarding warranties. It's definitely worth purchasing an exclusive lifetime, one or five-year battery warranty. In addition, to watch repair, other services include jewelry design/repair, eyeglass frame repair, engraving & more. I'm returning to redesign some of my vintage jewelry due to the price point & turnaround time. Great & "fast" customer service.

I took my ring here 2 weeks ago and it still isn't ready although they told me it would be ready in 3 days. They never return phone calls nor call you back about your merchandise. You have to just keep going by there checking because they dont answer the phone. When I went by after 3 days they said come back in 4 hrs. I went back and they had just stuffed a round diamond in my ring when the rest was square. I knew it was something odd because it looked as if a hole was in the ring. The Japanese lady said it was just dirty and looked that way. So I asked to borrow her magnifying glass and low and behold it was truly a round diamond glued in a square slot in the ring. So i left the ring and told them to do it right. Long story short i have not heard back from them in 2 weeks. It is such an inconvenience to keep going out the way to this place just for them to tell you it's still not ready.

The service was fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I will continue to take my jewelry to FastFix at Lenox for cleaning and servicing.

They always are quick and do a great job. They have a great Jewelry fixer and expert. Highly recommend them. New owners for about a year. Please support them with batteries for a watch or repairs .

Nice place. Great customer service. Batteries for watches are very expensive. Like $50 -60 per battery. A life time warranty cost me $150.00

Excellent customer service. I needed a quick battery change for my Cartier. I was told I may have to wait up to 5 days at the Cartier store. Fast Fix was able to service my watch right away. I was in and out in about 10 to 15 mins! I'm very happy with the service that I received.

I got my wedding ring resized today and I was in and out in a hour. Great quality and my ring is beautiful and fits perfectly now! I will definitely be back to get my husband’s ring resized as well!

Let me be clear this is probably the best fast fix jeweler in Atlanta, but I have not seen them open on time since trying to get my jewelry repaired. You have no way to contact them. They pretty much come and go as they feel like it. No hours posted anywhere

Needed to replace a pin for my watch. Due to my watch being a specialty item, I was not sure they would be able to fix it. They were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job within the hour. I was very satisfied. I would recommend them for jewelry purchases and repairs.
