Amazing experience! I was concerned my cat might have a UTI and I called 7 other local vets that were all booked out for a month but Inman was able to fit me in the very next day. My normally skittish & easily stressed kitty was comfortable in the exam room and even friendly with the staff. The staff & the doctor were all super sweet & loved my Punkin’. You can tell they all really love animals and take the best care of your furbabies! They even waived the exam fee for me because I rescued her 6 months ago after she had been abandoned and this was her first appointment. Even without that fee being waived, their prices are very affordable!! Punkin’ had been having daily accidents for almost two weeks and I keep my cats’ litterboxes very clean. No new stressor that I could think of was introduced. I set up additional litterboxes with different kinds of litter so she could choose a location she felt safe or a texture she liked. I made an effort to exhaust my other cats with extra playtime so they wouldn’t take out their boredom on her. I was honestly hoping for a UTI diagnosis because I was out of ideas and a course of antibiotics sounded like an easy fix. I got a little teary when the doctor told me that the issue seemed more behavioral than medical, because I just didn’t know how else I could adapt the environment for her or even what her trigger was in the first place. She miraculously stopped having accidents after our appointment, it seems because she discovered a new hiding spot later that day that she decided to make her den. I guess she’s just introverted (like me) & needed her own space to recharge. The timing is a little funny; if she had found that hiding spot a day earlier, we probably could have avoided the vet visit & saved some money, but I am glad things happened the way they did because I wouldn’t have found this amazing facility & staff otherwise! And honestly, I think that the whole vet experience was a positive one for her, and that feeling so taken care of & loved contributed to her being able to take the initiative to problem-solve the issue herself! As of today, Punkin’ has gotten her personality back! She’s purring her little butt off in my lap right now and I couldn’t be happier, I didn’t even realize how much she was holding back. The doctor followed up with me a few days later with the urinalysis results confirming negative results for UTI, and she seemed genuinely happy to hear of Punkin’s sudden improvement. She made time to call me personally, didn’t make me feel rushed even though it was nearly closing time, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt welcome to call back if anything else came up! I have 2 dogs & 3 cats so finding quality affordable vet care can be so stressful & expensive. We have definitely found our new regular vet!!

I’ve taken my pup here since she was six months old (2014). The entire staff is sweet and caring. It’s clear that they love all of our animal babies! The vets are wonderful. Everyone is efficient and extremely responsive. This spot is not for cheap care. The money you pay is to ensure that your pet is cared for in the best way.

I loved Inman Park Animal Hospital over the last seven years we’ve lived in Atlanta. But there have been noticeable shifts from small town feel to corporate environment, which are a little sad to me. There’s been quite a bit of turnover from veterinarians to staff so it doesn’t always feel like the continuity of care is as consistent as before. There’s been more confusion among staff about keeping up with the medications or issues my dog has been having. I think some of that is because we’re still not allowed into the office with our pets to actually point out issues or changes with them. I do wish they would begin allowing us into the office with our pets again. My dog is 11 and as she ages, she gets more and more scared to go to the vet. The last vet assistant who came out to get my dog curbside didn’t seem to know what to do about her nervousness and I was surprised she wasn’t able to be more helpful.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and techs here at Inman Park Animal Hospital. I took my cat Felix in for updates to his vaccinations and concerns about his low energy level and they were gentle with Felix, who's a shy indoor cat, and calmed all of my concerns as a first time pet parent. They email me updates and even birthday wishes on Felix's birthday and best of all, when we come in (or even myself alone), the staff remembers Felix and his information in the system and that is very reassuring. Thank you to all the kind-hearted professionals at Inman Park A.H. making pets healthy and happy.

My person has been a client of Inman Park Animal Hospital since before Dr. Kevin Fowler bought it. Sadly, she can’t remember the vet’s name - Janet or Jeannette? She has stayed with the practice through the transition to the new owners, Southern Veterinary Partners. As many past reviews have stated, there have been bumps along the way but the staff seems to have hit its stride. They pivoted quickly for excellent care during the pandemic. I can speak for myself, I have received excellent care by Dr. Anderson. I think the stubborn geriatric terrier in my household has seen Dr. Anderson and Dr. Kumar and they have both helped him out, most recently with a really expensive case of gas. My person says both of these vets have superb listening skills. I know they have excellent treats, including peanut butter. Though my person misses her personal relationships with with Dave and Sherry, not to mention Dr. Fowler, she is trying to get to know the new staff. I know she really appreciate Desiree. Unfortunately, she just made an appointment for me next week and included a nail trim. I guess you can’t have it all…

My dog Max collapsed during a walk and was panting heavily. Our normal vet wasn’t returning our phone calls, so we decided to take him to an emergent vet. Inman Park Animal Hospital was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Although waiting in the car during the pandemic isn’t ideal, they were able to see Max very quickly, complete an exam and x-rays, and get him back to us in a short amount of time. The cost was reasonable, and they offered such kind and considerate care to Max when he was in pain. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an emergency vet.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!!! Dr. Fowler – I hope you are enjoying retirement and received a nice purchase price because the new ownership is losing existing clients, including me, due to rigid COVID-19 restrictions. While I completely understand that we need to practice safe measures to prevent exposure to the virus, my dog has an injured hip and I don’t feel comfortable receiving medical advice from a technician via curbside. I was told that it doesn’t matter whether you wear a mask or show proof of vaccination – they are not allowing ANYONE in the facility regardless of the health condition of the animal. After reading numerous reviews, it appears that they are providing medical advice that might be misleading that will require additional/unnecessary costs. To put into perceptive, from a different point of view, if your child hit their head from fainting and needed to go to the hospital, but the parent would not be able to go into the examination room, regardless if they wore a mask or were vaccinated, wouldn’t that make you pause about the legitimacy of the medical advice you would be receiving from the physician? I’m heartbroken because the experience I received from Inman Park Animal Clinic, when it was owned by Dr. Fowler and his wife, for 5 years was everything any animal lover would ever dream of. Highly recommend choosing a different animal hospital because our animals are family and should be cared for like our children at a hospital.

I took my sick pup here yesterday and was so grateful I found them and they were able to fit in an appointment for me. The whole staff and the vet were kind, professional, and took their time with me and my dog making sure they understood all his symptoms and provided any sort of treatment they could. I also felt like their prices were very fair. I will definitely be coming back.

I called Inman Park Animal Hospital shortly after they opened after being turned away by quite a few other vet offices who didn't have the availability to take my dog who was in the middle of a health emergency. We had spent the night at an emergency vet and needed to find a local vet quickly who could resume care for my dog. Inman Park took us as soon as we could get there. Muta was extremely kind and understanding, and made sure to be extra sweet to my pup since I couldn't go in with her. I am so grateful for her kindness. Dr. Anderson was wonderful -- he was quick to examine my dog and recommend several tests to determine exactly what was wrong. Once we had a diagnosis, he treated her quickly and effectively -- all the while making sure to keep her comfortable. He explained everything very well to me and answered all my questions. I don't know what we would have done without the fantastic staff at Inman Park and will absolutely be coming back in the future!

I just adopted a fur baby and wanted to make sure I found a vet office that would be kind and caring. After some research Inman Park Animal Hospital shined. I was greeted by reception upon entering, the tech who weighed and took all of my baby’s intake info was wonderful and Dr. Morris was kind and patient and answered all of my questions and provided clarification when needed. I am so happy I’ve found a vet office that can be our go-to for all fur baby wellness and care. Thank you Inman Park Animal Hospital!

What a wonderful veterinary office! I went for the first time for a yearly checkup for my cat after moving to the area. This is my new permanent vet. Dr. Amanda and all staff were professional, thorough, and kind. Great experience! My cat did great and was relaxed compared to past vet visits.

I haven’t met a team member I didn’t like. Everyone there has put in extra time and effort for my kitty. From comparing costs and finding a better deal on flea medicine to being patient and gentle with her while giving vaccinations. I am thankful for this place. It is a relief to not only trust a vet’s expertise but also trust that they will take me seriously and take the time to listen to any concerns.

Love this place. They always take such good care of my dog, keep me up to date on all of my dogs needs and really actively listen to your needs and concerns, and they thoroughly explain every part of their process/costs etc. I live almost an hour away and wouldnt even dream of switching veterinarians. The drive is worth it for quality service and patient/knowledgeable staff. Thank you guys for all of your hardwork and care! It means the world. Obligatory pic of my pup resting after her exam/nail trim/shot update!

We have two dogs that are patients at Inman Park, and we have been nothing but pleased with every aspect of their care. Dr Bittlecome and the staff made every effort to make our dogs feel very comfortable and cared for. We’ve had one surgery in the removal of an eye, and every detail was explained. They treat our dog like their own and prices are reasonable.

I had the best experience with this place! I recently had a horrific experience with another place and they literally stepped in to save the day. My kitty was sick with an infection and I called. They got me in the same day, and the woman on the phone was very empathetic and sweet. My boyfriend took her up there and he said the continued to just have the best customer service. He says the Doctors seemed genuine and kind. Dr. Biddlecum even called to follow up to see how she was doing the next day. I highly recommend taking your pet here. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my little cat! Thank you!

So kind and helpful with my aging pup, Dodi. I can’t thank them enough for the attention and care they give her. The entire staff is wonderful. I was heartbroken when Dr. Fowler retired, but I’m growing to love the new crew just as much!

Always the most pleasant vet experience. Even when my cat had cancer, they were so compassionate and called to check on us several times. The doctors are very thorough and very kind. It comforts me to know that they truly care about my pet.

I loved taking my cat Kiwi here. I came to get her FVRCP and rabies vaccines done and everything went so smoothly! Everyone there was so friendly and I felt confident from the moment that I came in that Kiwi would be well taken care of. The veterinarian I spoke with was so thorough and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She answered all my questions and gave me some great information about dental cleaning! I’d very much recommend coming here.

My 12 year old lab was visiting in Atlanta and came down with a severe cough and illness suddenly. Inman Park Animal Hospital saw him right away and did a fantastic job treating him and really listening to his history. He is well on his way to recovery and I am ever so grateful to the entire staff from reception to technician to doctor to cashier. They were all top notch ❤️

My cat ingested a small amount of a tulip leaf and I was very worried that he may have been poisoned. I called Inman Park (my cats are patients there) and the receptionist (I wish I knew her name) was very, very friendly, asked me a few questions and immediately went to ask the doctor his advice. She came back to the phone and told me that the vet was going to look up the toxicity of tulips and call me back. He called back within 45mins, was also very friendly, told me that it should be fine but to keep an eye out for certain symptoms. My cat is fine and thankfully I didn't have to take him in and spend a bunch of money. I've been taking my cats to Inman Park for about a year and have never had a bad experience. They get me in and out very quickly and are always extremely kind and helpful.

I brought my dog in recently after several friends recommended Inman Park Animal Hospital. They saw her very quickly and the doctor walked through her treatment plan with me in detail, and gave some additional very helpful advice. They were very attentive and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend bringing your pup here.

Being newer to the neighborhood, I hadn’t yet been able to establish a local vet for my pup. Regardless of being a new patient, they were able to work my dog into the schedule same-day for an unexpected eye infection. The entire staff was wonderful - so kind and very caring. We look forward to going back!

Aubrey was clear about how to dispense the medication, as well very empathetic to my pet & his needs. Dr. Kumar listened to what I had to say before offering suggestions & a plan moving forward. I would highly recommend this practice.

All I have to say is.... Dr. Kumar. Is an amazing, AMAZING doctor. I cannot be thankful enough for how she handled me and my fur baby Mason who is older and sick. The 5 stars is for Dr. Kumar. Wonderful bedside manner and checked in with me personally on how much fur baby is doing. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was taking her time away. She stayed to answer questions and handled us so well🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡💛💛💛💛

This was my first time visiting Inman park animal clinic. From the first call everyone was so nice, they got me in right away. When I got there it was almost immediate that they saw me. Everyone was so kind and caring, I felt right at home. I will only be using this clinic from now on! If you’ve felt hesitant on going to a new vet, DONT! I highly recommend them! On top on being awesome, they are very affordable!

We had a great first experience at Inman Park Animal Hospital. The staff was wonderful, the prices were transparent, and they took their time addressing our dog’s needs. It was quite easy to make an appointment as well. We are happy we switched.

My cat needed to come in for an emergency procedure while I was out of town. The hospital worked with me and my neighbor to get my cat in and taken care of. They were so easy to work with did a great job and the price was right. And their front desk manager Brittany was awesome.

IAH has been through several years of transition. I began with Janet Friel (I believe that was her name) who sold it to Kevin Fowler who sold the practice to the current owner - I am guessing a corporate owner. I have read many posts about positive and negative experiences over time and over owners. My personal experiences have grown increasingly positive with the new staff. I have a reactive dog and our visit last week with Dr. Anderson was perfect, and the tech, whose name I cannot recall, was superb. It is great to have this resource close by and I am hopeful that it will define its identity by great customer service and excellent veterinary care. It has been hard not knowing the staff as I knew Sherry and Dave but I am getting to know the staff slowly. I was so pleased that I was able to be with my dog during this last visit.

Best Veterinarian ever! We took in our 9 year old Siberian Husky who we just adopted and had all of our concerns addressed. They treated him very well and were able to give us options that immediately helped our older dog feel better. Dr. Biddlecome and her staff are great!

  • 5/5 Myrna L. 1 year ago on Google
The staff is always very friendly. Always so helpful when I have questions about anything regarding my dog. When ever we got her spayed, they kept me up to date through the day as she came out of it and was coming off the anesthesia.

  • 1/5 Roger D. 2 years ago on Google
I cannot in good conscience ever bring my animals into this clinic again. Under the stewardship of Dr Fowler, I maintained a loyal following. However, when the clinic went “corporate “, the place went to hell. The front desk is run by a rude lady named Sherri. She lacks the basic skills to comfort you when you lose a pet, preferring to simply hit you with an extraordinary bill. The veterinary staff is incompetent. There is a vet tech named Sarah who accused me of neglect and, colluding with a veterinarian, accused me of poor medical management at home. She also accused me of having a filthy home and reported me to the Department of Agriculture. None of this was true. The only “care” you will receive at Inman, is dependent upon your bank account. Flat out, don’t do there!
