Just had the worse shopping experience. My boyfriend and I stopped in after brunch at west egg. My aunt is having a wedding this weekend and I needed some after 5, evening wear for the reception. I saw a cheap shirt I liked outside from the initial things I needed. I was followed around the store. I was also asked aggressively by a cashier (129943) if she could hold the cheap shirt for me. It was embarrassing seeing as though others were shopping and could hold on to the garment they liked. I felt pressed and forced to buy. Because of my shopping experience I will probably never purchase Free People clothing ever again. I honestly want to burn the shirt I just purchased. I retract the fact that I felt embarrassed, I honestly felt bad for the cashier because my intentions where to find an outfit, however because of her lack of hospitality and respect, I decided to gtfo. I hope she learns from this experience and treat all patrons the same.

Free people is a very fancy and cute shop! You can find a super stylish and fashionable things there. Dresses, glasses, hats and a lot of other stuff. Acceptable prices and super friendly personnel. Make sure you visit this place next time when you in the area!

I liked the collection but little bit expensive. Sunglasses and accessories were limited. Clothes are cute and well designed. Staff was good

Had a great shopping experience with my daughter. Our stylist, Lydia, has a natural eye for putting outfits together. If you ever go in, ask for her and you will get amazing service.

Favorite store currently!! So cool and the prices are fair . Been buying there for 25 years and never had anything wear out! The staff at every store I’ve visited are fantastic! Love this store ❤️

I don’t really do google reviews unless I really have something to say or want to call out a specific employee/staff member for improving my experience. I don’t care that much about Free People, but here is 5 stars for Shelby the sales associate for being so sweet and kind while helping me find and choose my first *ever* bralette after breast reduction surgery. I literally cried tears of happiness in the dressing room because bralettes have never fit me before, and Shelby was right there gassing me up, being incredibly empathetic and sweet, and bringing new colors. The real MVP.

I went in with my fiancé this weekend and she saw a shirt she loved but they didn’t have her size in stock. When she went into the bathroom, Erin helped me get it on order quickly and discreetly so I could surprise her with it. She was so sweet and made sure my fiancé was none the wiser. Great experience, thanks again!

One of my favorite clothing brands. Only issue is, the Atlanta area needs more stores in more cities.

Definitely one of my favorite fp stores in Atlanta. It’s small and there’s not always a great variety but if you’re on the west side, I’d absolutely recommend stopping in. Employees aren’t too abrasive but are happy to help and/or offer advice. Since my first encounter with free people shops was in New York, I’ve always hated walking through malls to get to them. I love that this one is free standing (ish).

Slave labor not being able to return your clothes unless you go to the store wondering if you don't live close to one of the stores highly overpriced clothing anyone who shops in here that is a feminist or a naturalist you're not doing the planet a favor little kids produce these clothes that are chained to the work areas I I can't believe that you buy stuff online and when you go to try to return it the websites are down which makes you have to go directly to the store or keep the merchandise at a loss Free People I call it socialism
