Don’t do mobile order because 90% of the time they block the walk up window and won’t bring you your order, even if they see you. It’s as easy as turning off mobile ordering on the app when they’re too busy to run the walk up (something we’ve brought to their attention multiple times) but they still don’t do it. Despite living next door this has become a no-go location unfortunately.

I went in for a large iced coffee and a donut 🍩 came out with a great tasting iced coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts 🍩 The front end employees Ms. Sexeyah assisted me with my order. Thank you Ma’am for providing me with friendly service with a smile! Your kindness and patience while assisting me with my mobile app.was thoughtful! Keep smiling and giving us Good Vibes 😎

Let me start off by saying I hate to even leave 1 star for this location. I been coming here for sometime now because my job is literally 3 minutes away. But I will never ever go back to this location I rather go to Starbucks which I also been going to and never had this problem. The older lady at the drive thru window is so run have zero customer service skills and doesn’t need to work with the public at all. Please go to another location or Starbucks so you do have to deal with this lady

been coming here for a year now and sometimes I will ask for a cup of water due to this not being a menu item on the app. I always place an order on the app, but have never seen the water option. Today I go and ask for a cup of water with my order, but to my surprise got to the window to be charged. Informed them I don’t have cash only my card so Never-mind, but cashier gave a large cup of water and told me “next time you need to have the money because water isn’t free” with a full attitude. I have been given an extra small cup of water before, but this was a first for me with the large and told that. There is a way to inform customers of change and that was not ok.

I’ve been a daily regular customer at this Dunkin since it opened. I had to come leave a review that the new management is amazing coffee and donuts are always extremely fresh. A complete 180 from the last owner. I love the new staff as well they are good at keeping up with Dunkin’s crazy morning flow. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Hands down the best Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. My lattes always taste amazing and look just like the picture on the menu. The donuts are always fresh, I've never had a stall donut from this store and they always have Boston creams in stock. The service is amazing they are all so friendly and they are fast but also take their time to make sure everything is done right. I won't order Dunkin donuts from any other locations.

Phone# does not work. Trying to let them know I’m going to need three giant hot chocolates for tomorrow but they won’t let me know how to solve this problem. Guess I’ll just wake up at 5am. Fix your phone.

Please provide customer service training and how to toast a croissant and to not burn it. That cashier or whomever took the order has no patience to be taking orders. She didnt tell me how much it was grant it its at the window...that could have been a previous car's order. Do better..y'all will probably lose a lot of business behind poor customer service.

This Dunkin has disappointed me many times. Whenever I order a hot coffee, it’s usually cold, as if it’s been sitting out under no heat. Today I ordered an egg and cheese Croissant and I was given a burned croissant with only cheese. Sometimes it’s like they don’t even care.

Got a frozen mocha coffee.. the tall black guy took my order. I think he prepared it, WAY TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE. Can’t taste the coffee

I went this morning like most and made my order. Once I got to work I decided to eat my old fashioned donuts but they were so hard that they crumbled at my touch. Just horrible.

Honestly it’s tough to post this because my coffee is surprisingly well made. In which, I normally do not fool with the Dunkin’s located in Decatur. However the woman at the window was extremely rude and unpleasant mispronouncing my name as “Shane, Sam somebody or whatever it is.” Were her exact words and my name is pretty simple I go by “Queen Shae.” As a frequent mobile orderer, I’ve never felt so disrespected by an employee of a Dunkin’ Donuts affiliation. As I informed another employee of her behavior she even had the nerve to attempt to close the drive through window and loudly yelled “At least I’m not a junkie” as I drove off. I send this woman much grace as she may be in recovering and I pray this establishment takes time to give her proper customer service training. Good day!

As someone who drinks dunkin donuts coffee often, i will never come back to this particular location. I've visited quite frequently since it has been open, as I work and shop nearby. I'm actually confident the front cashier remembered me from previous orders that ive placed. Normally i get an iced or hot coffee without cream or sugar with mocha added. This time i ordered an iced coffee with caramel but she decided to put mocha in my drink instead of caramel. Normally that wouldn't warrant a location switch as it could have been a simple mistake. But the behavior she exhibited made me never want to return. First, she tried to argue & tell me what i ordered. Upon seeing the color of the mocha flavor i told her it was wrong. When i asked her to remake it with caramel only, she flew off the handle screaming loud enough to still hear after the automatic window closed. She flung the coffee in the trash and the coffee spilled on her co workers.When she returned she still made the coffee wrong then she asked another associate to serve me, which was fine. Upon tasting it wasnt right so i just asked for a refund. The initial cashier was the one who had to honor my refund since the other lady worked in the back and even then she still decided to berate me the entire time. I didnt appreciate that type of behavior and surely didnt deserve it. No one does. This company will lose business because of her so I'd suggest looking into getting new customer service reps that don't tweak out on people over caffinated water.

The young at lady the window with the pretty lashes is so Nice Her Customer Service Is Amazing She Pass Me My Food & Drink As She Continues To Ask me how my day was going which wasn’t going so good but she cared enough to ask me… I think her Name Is Queen She A Had Pretty Smile & Pretty Skin… My Hash Browns Was So Nasty I don’t think they was done
