    Rooms are ok but really not cleaned. So bring your own cleaning supplies. Hallways smell like cigarettes etc. And disgusting dirty. Shower make noise when using. Staff members are rude, don't understand ADA policy, don't like to be corrected or informed. During my stay had an issue with staff who was extremely rude disrespectful towards me due to my service dog. Didn't understand policy (disabled people). She had very threatening behavior because she had authority to kick people out of hotel. I watched her on several occasions while trying to straighten out my situation, arguing with customers, call police and check people out before their time ended. When ask to speak to GM was told you can't. There is no need I told her what needed to be said. Rude!! Call guest relations is a waste of time, they call them then do nothing but tell you someone will call 2-3 days later. No resolution. If you book for week or more and then want to leave early, your rate will then be redone to a daily rate. Beware. Disabled people with service animals please travel with your paperwork, even tho laws state we don't have to. Know your rights. And what they can ask, you can't ask you.. I made formal compliant with ADA, state officials and corporate offices. If you have any issues i advise you to do the same. Note to management. DO NOT RESPOND TO MY REVIEW WITH STANDARD SCRIPT.

    Stayed only for one night as passing through the area. Easy location access to main roadway. Ebony was friendly, helpful, honest, and great in providing any needed information about moving to the city. She was understanding and made adjustments to my reservation as needed. Great service from her. There was a smoke smell from upper floors unfortunately which came through the bathroom vent and the toilet water would sporadically run every 10 minutes with a gurgling sound which was disturbed me from sleeping well. All room lights are also programmed to shut off every hour if there is no movement nearby the front door sensor which was annoying if you were trying to read on the bed. The linens were clean and the room appeared tidy. Some pests did manage however to pop up late at night by the kitchen area and along the door edge from the hallway though. Would not recommend for long term stay.

    So let me say this hotel is sketchy , woman at front desk who is always there , for check in. Lied on me and showed no proof of dog mess anywhere in hotel when I left. Got there there was no sheets on bed , bathroom was nasty , refrigerator was broken. No trash bags in trash . But the only thing I’m really saying she is telling customers at the from with dogs she can make them service animals so they won’t have to pay a fee that is more expensive, she wanted cash app for payment and I did not do that. So don’t lie on me ebony because I did not pay under the table. Your manager should fire you. And no my dog isn’t a service animal . Just don’t lie because I did not pay you. Beware management !

    ESA pets Denied . The front desk associate had the audacity to aske me my “condition “ . The reason I need my pets. I do not discuss my diagnosis with anyone but my doctor. The rude desk attendant even said she would call her general manager on the phon so they could describe better to me how my right of having a service animal has been violated. After traveling across the country and making these reservations weeks in advance. And after reading their misleading pet policy on the public website I thought I would be fine. Luckily Studio 6 accepts service pets with a 1 time pet deposit !! Not Pet Rent!! If I’m staying in a hotel how can I afford pet rent. It’s a scam. She informed me there’s an extra 500$ fee for my pets to stay the month I had reserved in advance . Pets or no pets , this is discrimination. I will never give my hard earned money to this company . I rate 0 .

    firstly , Ebony at the front desk is extremelyyyy helpful! Prior to coming to stay at this location , I called & she was the one i spoke with . She’s understanding , consistent , friendly , & professional! Im really enjoying my stay here because of her . She’s made it extremely comfortable for me here!!

    The front desk is the best. Mrs. Ebony is helpful. She makes you feel comfortable when going through a challenging time. Thank you for accommodating me and my family extended stay.

    "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!," with front desk associate, "Elbony." She is always pleasant, attending to paperwork, phone calls, making sure guests are informed, and most of all available.

    Tierra played a major role with making my stay comfortable along with all the other staff. She made me feel right at home. Also, housekeepers and maintenance were always polite and attentive.

    This is the most disgusting place I have EVER stayed. Cockroaches in the rooms. Stayed there and killed at least four. Manager is unresponsive and super rude. The area is disgusting and the place is filthy. Wish I could give less stars. Staff is very friendly but you have to beg to get your room cleaned. Reported them to the health department. Place is disgusting. Stay away

    I had one the best experience with the front desk ladies..we need more people like Nadia and Tierra they were very accommodating and handled all my needs gracefully. Out of all my stay at extended stay this location by far the best. Thank you ladies you are much appreciated

    My stay at this location was great the young at the front desk Tierra was very warm and welcoming she gave great customer service and made me and my family feel at home and comfortable she went above and beyond!

    Looking at the photos you’d think this location would be ideal but the pictures are definitely not a reflection of the hotel. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is beyond subpar and needs tons of improvement. But the staff well the staff that was here when I initially stayed was definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S across the board Nadia, Latrice and Teria have great customer service, they’re knowledgeable and helpful. However, the new 2nd shift staff lady is extremely unprofessional, rude and borderline disrespectful. In fact, she was on her phone the entire time during different occasions and days that I and several other guest entered the lobby in need of assistance. Instead of ending her call or even telling them to hold on she motioned with ☝🏻continued her conversation totally disregarding our presence. The new manager Candis was made aware of the young ladies unapproachable disposition and she basically said we need to get use to it as if this is her business. I would think that an many situations in establishments the consumer concerns would be taken in to account and more seriously but this new manager seems to be taking this location in a different direction. This is my last week here due to the lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and over all respect for my business an money being spent. Is this the way all Extended Stay America’s are ran? Or is this a franchise? I’m not sure how to get this situation escalated to someone higher than Candis so I hope upper management reads this review before they make Candis and the new team she’s bringing with her a permanent fixture for this location but this is extremely unacceptable!
