Looking
at
the
photos
you’d
think
this
location
would
be
ideal
but
the
pictures
are
definitely
not
a
reflection
of
the
hotel.
The
overall
cleanliness
of
the
hotel
is
beyond
subpar
and
needs
tons
of
improvement.
But
the
staff
well
the
staff
that
was
here
when
I
initially
stayed
was
definitely
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S
across
the
board
Nadia,
Latrice
and
Teria
have
great
customer
service,
they’re
knowledgeable
and
helpful.
However,
the
new
2nd
shift
staff
lady
is
extremely
unprofessional,
rude
and
borderline
disrespectful.
In
fact,
she
was
on
her
phone
the
entire
time
during
different
occasions
and
days
that
I
and
several
other
guest
entered
the
lobby
in
need
of
assistance.
Instead
of
ending
her
call
or
even
telling
them
to
hold
on
she
motioned
with
☝🏻continued
her
conversation
totally
disregarding
our
presence.
The
new
manager
Candis
was
made
aware
of
the
young
ladies
unapproachable
disposition
and
she
basically
said
we
need
to
get
use
to
it
as
if
this
is
her
business.
I
would
think
that
an
many
situations
in
establishments
the
consumer
concerns
would
be
taken
in
to
account
and
more
seriously
but
this
new
manager
seems
to
be
taking
this
location
in
a
different
direction.
This
is
my
last
week
here
due
to
the
lack
of
professionalism,
lack
of
customer
service
and
over
all
respect
for
my
business
an
money
being
spent.
Is
this
the
way
all
Extended
Stay
America’s
are
ran?
Or
is
this
a
franchise?
I’m
not
sure
how
to
get
this
situation
escalated
to
someone
higher
than
Candis
so
I
hope
upper
management
reads
this
review
before
they
make
Candis
and
the
new
team
she’s
bringing
with
her
a
permanent
fixture
for
this
location
but
this
is
extremely
unacceptable!
