One of my favorite trails in the area! The main walkway is either paved or on a boardwalk or bridge. It goes through a lot of woodsy areas, and the shade is nice. There's a little bit of elevation change, but not too challenging! Trail connects to tennis courts and also Lullwater preserve near Emory. I always park at the Medlock park parking area, and it can get pretty busy on weekends near the baseball fields but I always manage to find a spot! The construction on one of the bridges has finished, so the entire walkway is now connected.

Very nice, free nature trail that makes you feel like your in a secluded environment even though you're in the middle of a semi-urban area. There are entrances to this trail located at Mason Mill park and Medlock park. It is a mixture of boardwalks and paved trails that meanders near the creek and freight rail line. There are also bridges on the south part of the trail.

Beautiful greenway great for walking, hiking, & bicycling. Paved trail wide enough for 2-way pedestrian or bicycle traffic. Mostly shaded. Creek & railway off to the side. Some elevation changes. Some natural hiking trails if you choose to get off main paved trail. Beautiful wooden boardwalk with bridges. Plenty parking at the softball fields end. Connect to other parks. We were visiting in the area & made a break stop for a stroll. Glad we did.

Beautiful, safe for tots, wheelchair accessible. This is a beautiful trail that's 2.25 miles in and out. It's approximately 50/50 boardwalk and white pavement. There are benches along the way and pretty areas to throw a blanket near the creek. I and my dogs enjoyed it. There are poo bags after entering the trail. I heard white water through the trees and off an embankment but you'll be able to see it from the bridge.

This scenic trail offers a delightful escape from the city hustle, winding through lush greenery and alongside a gentle creek. The well-maintained path is perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling, making it accessible for all fitness levels.

I didn't realize this is part of the PATH system. So much to explore, great trail with paved surface and a lot of elevated sections but overall most of it is pretty easy. Also, including some photos of the path to the dog park including the creek crossing.

We enjoyed our walk on the trail. We had fun watching train go by while we was walking. It is paved or boardwalk all way. Nice to push our son in his wheelchair all the way. Saw a small water fall , snakes, and birds.
