decent food and not expensive! food: 🌝🌝🌝🌜 👍: The desserts like the fried sesame red bean ball and the steamed custard bun were really good. The vegetable and tea were also very good. **Make sure to get the dishes that come straight out from the kitchen to make sure they are not cold. 👎: Just like most other dim sum restaurants, the staff pushes the carts around, but it seemed like the carts only circulated around one area of the restaurant because we had to wait a long time until we could pick our food. Also, the food is decent and might be better than a lot of other dim sum places around, but a lot of the food we got were cold. When we asked for our food to be heated, the staff refused.. environment/service: 🌝🌝🌝🌜 The space and bathroom is very big and decently clean. The service is very fast-paced like most dim sum restaurants, but the staff here are really rude. I would say other than some of the cold food, the main problem was the staff and service. This grandma pushing the cart around was really rude and short-tempered. She misheard our order, but yelled at us. All the staff seemed to be rushing us too.

Could be better. Could be worse. We got lucky and arrived before the crowds so we got a table and did not have to wait. I thought seeing a crowd form behind us indicated a good sign that this is a good dim sum place…but the food tasted mediocre, and staff wasn’t great….to be honest, I think the only thing I enjoyed was the tea. I don’t think I’ll be returning or recommending this place to anyone. There’s so much more to try in this area and now I know this is not one of them. Sucks because dim sum is a good option for Sunday’s but maybe not here. I might try it again if I’m around the area, but not anytime soon

My husband and I are addicted to the hot jasmine green tea & dim sum here! Friendly staff, quick service. We love the atmosphere and its fun seeing all the steaming carts with stacks of dim sum roll by. We live an hour away and travel here once a month to get our dim sum fix! 10/10 recommend this place!

We visited a couple of places for dim sum it is way too oily, but Oriental Pearl Restaurant still has the best dim sum. I give it 5 stars on the food. For the services they should improve, we wanted to have more foods but when the restaurant got busy, the server or the food cart didn't even come around. Update 6/18/23 Passing through stop by for dim sum, we were early, and everything was so fresh and delicious 😋. It is still the best place for Dim sum!!!

Came for Dim Sum on a Monday lunch before the crowds and it was nice experience. For first time didn’t know what to expect for dim sum but glad to try it. Fun experience in a group for conversation trying new items, swivel table with shared dishes. next won’t come hungry, didn’t know dim sum was limited to shrimp or pork for meats. I probably should have asked for a printed menu of dim sum to help with language barrier explaining content items. Nice ambiance and decor. Best surprise, appreciated the tea service with large ( not ornate) teapot and loose leaf jasmine green tea In authentic simplistic teacups

We always love hitting up some Dim Sum when traveling. This place seemed a little old and the curtains on the chairs took some getting used to. The food cart came fairly fast and everything we had was decent and hot. There were not many selections but we got our fill.

I enjoyed my visit and would give it another try. About a third of the dishes were not as flavorful as I hoped. The filling in the xian shui jiao was super light and the xiao long bao was bland. Our table really enjoyed the bbq pork with the pickled veg and the turnip cakes were delicious. The staff were all friendly, cart service was great, and tea was always refilled quickly. Food wise, it just wasn't the best dim sum I've had

September 2023 Service: 5/5 You can tell that the staff and management really Love and know their cuisine. Any questions that we ask were answered immediately and with passion. Prices: 5/5 Prices were fair. The Peking deck service and additional sides and drinks came up to around $100. Could feed two adults and two children or maybe three adults. We had plenty of leftovers from the two of us. Ambiance: 3/5 This establishment is giving old-school Chinese restaurant vibes, lol. Chairs cloaked in gold curtains, dated furniture, and workers eating family meals in the dining area added to the authenticity for me. Taste/Textures: 4/5 So the duck is carved right in front of you with the crispy skin and served with pancakes, duck sauce, scallions, and cucumber? The remainder of the duck is taken back to the kitchen, where they sauté it with vegetables. Additionally, we ordered some fried noodles and some dumplings made of shrimp and pork. For drinks , we enjoyed herbal tea . All items definitely had that authentic Chinese feel and taste. Value: 5/5 This is definitely worth the experience. Its definitely not something to do every week, but on special occasions, with a large group of people that you love. TLDR: We were persuaded to check out the Peking Duck Service here based on a viral TikTok video! It was worth the visit and quite fun.
