I stayed at North and Line for almost 3.5 years. I viewed at least 20 apartments in midtown, decatur, and old fourth ward prior to signing off on this one with Rachel. I moved from out of state and asked to see one other unit prior to moving in and actually ended up going from the planned 1/1 to the 2/2 with a view last minute because I fell in love with the space and view. Rachel was my main contact at N and L initially and she made the process so smooth! I am so thankful to her for that and for showing ne the alternate floor plan. The floor plan I had was B1 (1195 sq ft). My unit was spacious, aesthetically pleasing and the view was gorgeous, especially at sunset. I lived here through the onset and lockdown of the Covid 19 pandemic and this beautiful space and the friendly leasing office helped me make it through. The conveniences of this apartment building are unmatchable! North and Line has direct beltline access from the first floor. It made it simple to walk out for an evening jog/run/walk. I loved running on the beltline! The direct access makes you steps away from Kroger, Ponce City Market and from several bars/restaurants/coffee shops. This is great for a quick meal or a last minute grocery store trip. It is walking distance (on the beltline) to Inman Park, Krog City Market, Piedmont Park, Midtown, Trader Joes and at least two nail salons. I rarely had to take my car anywhere on the weekend! The apartment has monthly events (via Johnfrank and Amy who are fabulous), a facebook group and nice amenities (pool, gym, club room, Luxor, dry cleaning services, pet wash). I frequented the apartment gym when I was too lazy to walk across to The Forum, a lovely private gym at PCM😆. Buena Vida Tapas and Sol is in the building and you can ride down to it from the elevator (you don’t have to go outside). It’s perfect for an after work drink. The leasing office, maintenance and management was great during my time here. They are kind, polite, friendly and responsive. I interacted frequently with Jill, Jess, Nia and Nyles in the leasing office and Andre in maintenance during my time at N and L after Rachel left. I felt they went above and beyond for me many times and I am very grateful to them for that. The experience of moving out was just as smooth as moving in thanks to Nia and Nyles. I interacted with many other staff/management at N and L that I haven’t mentioned here due to space restrictions but they were all just fabulous. I will miss North and Line greatly. I hope I have done it justice with this review. I definitely recommend living in this fabulous community.

North & Line offers a great community and staff (Nia, Nyles, and the maintenance team). We recently transferred units, and it was a lot easier than we thought. Nyles was super helpful along the way, and we can't thank him enough for coordinating this. You want him on your A team. With its beltline location, there are multiple fun, exciting, and convenient outlets (especially Kroger) less than a five minute walk from your apartment. The apartment gym and entertainment rooms are sufficient, and the pool has a great view of downtown. The small park right in front of the apartment is nice, and the general safety of the area feels good too. We also like to attend the community events every now and then too, and it's great to connect with fellow residents. Overall, we highly recommend North & Line to any prospective residents for its modern floorplans & technology (Google Fiber & Nest thermostats), optimal location, and great leasing staff.

Can’t say enough great things about this community. This is the first time I’ve ever lived in an apartment building where I actually know my neighbors. Everyone is so welcoming, management truly looks out for the residents here and direct access to the Beltline makes this community an amazing location to live. HIGHLY recommend living here if you’re looking for a fun & social place to live in Atlanta. We’ve lived here for two and a half years and still love it.

Best apartment I’ve lived in. Nyles made the move in process so easy, maintenance responds in 24 hours, and it’s the perfect location. Wouldn’t want be anywhere else.

North and Line has been a great place to live. My husband and I were new to Atlanta and it’s a perfect place to explore given how close everything is in the area. Also the apartment is a close knit community due to the events they host that allow us residents to get to know each other all while enjoying fun activities right there in our apartment building.

Nyles A. was amazing! So professional and well educated on all of my questions, he definitely made my tour such a memorable experience! He's the very best asset at N&L!!

Had the pleasure of visiting the property on my visit from Virginia.the property is lovely and in a very convenient location. Nia was superb, her professionalism, kind heartedness and outstanding attitude was very endearing. If her representation speaks to the works of the entire staff… then I highly recommend.

This building is great for meeting new people, being close to the action in the city, and feeling safe! The events held at the building are so well put together and create a fun atmosphere for forming friendships!!!

Special shout to Nia, the Assistant Manager at North & Line. I have worked in the Property Manager industry for 27 years. Spent the day looking at apartments with my daughter and was truly disappointed at the poor customer service and difficulty we experienced just trying to tour. Nia was friendly, informative and gave a great tour. The industry could use more Nia’s.

Definitely my favorite apt design surrounding Old Fourth Ward exhibiting uninhibited views of the Beltline and park. Certainly worth checking out if you're looking for pedestrian-friendly space and easy access to the highway (takes me 15 min to get to the airport). Amenities are top of the line and a Mexican Restaurant will soon occupy part of the first floor :) Pool is well decorated with nice grill (little to no shadows) and the gym has free weights, a spin/yoga room, cardio machines, squat rack (among other things). Living community is fun - party planning committee organizes multiple happy hours/breakfasts/workouts/etc a month for tenants. Leasing office staff are super friendly and have already bent over backwards to help me out on separate occasions - I recommend getting a tour from Darrell or Felecia in the leasing office.

I feel super lucky to live somewhere that fosters community! Super grateful for Johnfrank and Amy!
