This restaurant is excellent and we get food from here quite often. Love the wings, chicken cheese steaks, gyros and cheeseburgers always ask for crispy fries and they are cooked exactly as we like them. Their tea is always freshly made and taste so good. People that live in downtown Decatur frequent there often and they tell me they really enjoy food. I noticed some people mentioned price has gone up, but every place has gone up as well as grocery stores. I have noticed it in all restaurants and I don’t see a problem , since I’m not having to cook. Just enjoying their food. Everyone is so exceptionally nice too.

Ordered with my co worker ...thru door dash. What kind of service was or is this 13.00 for fish and wing only. And ask for my wings to be dry. One piece of fish. Come on. If i Every order from American Deli again. It will be in person.

Great wings, friendly staff, best for taking food to go.

The food at American Deli has always been decent, but following my totally unacceptable customer service experience this evening I won't be returning. I called to place an order, if people are busy, just say sorry, can you hold on, but person I spoke with was obviously chatting with someone else, after I placed the order she hung up, without confirming, she got the order or when it'll be ready. I called back to check they had in fact got the order, got same person, who said yeah, I got it and hung up again (again, no indication on when I needed to go and collect). I immediately called back, cancelled, and went elsewhere.

You can't sit inside this restaurant you have to sit outside when I first walked into the building I smelled burnt Grease so I was not going to order my wife hadn't eaten so we gave them a try the food was surprisingly good check out the pictures now if they get rid of the burnt grease smell they will get a five star

The food at all most all of the American Deli’s, are AMAZING! Although the service and atmosphere are not the best. Thank you allowing my feedback.

If you looking for real Atlanta wings this the spot. Parking is iffy so you might have trouble there but it’s worth the trouble.

Since the new regime took over, this place has gone downhill. Guess I'll have to find a different American Deli or new wing spot
