I have had 3 excellent visits with this facility. They are easy to get to, have parking in front, (an excellent view of Kennesaw Mountain!), and have a friendly and professional staff. And they appear to be excellently managed. Case in point: My 3 visits have all been for COVID tests. Results were available almost instantaneously (felt that fast) online. My first visit happened because another Urgent Care location had such a long wait time. I decided to try Piedmont Urgent Care; it was a very positive experience. Same for the second time. This third time there is a nationwide shortage of COVID tests. I called to make sure they had tests available, they offered an appointment slot for two hours after my call. I took it then called another company to see if I could get tested sooner. They had the test, but I was informed there was a 2 hour wait. I chose to go to Piedmont instead. Arrived, signed in, got tested. Easy and excellently managed. Going forward, they will continue to be my first choice for urgent care.

I came in with my 6 year old daughter close to closing to check her ears and do a strep test. We were greeted by the kind front seat staff, got back quickly, and had the BEST care. My daughter was a little nervous and she was quickly at ease thanks to our nurse, Allison, and provider, Blessing. They were quick and went above and beyond to make my girl feel confident and cared for. As we were leaving my daughter said, I think I had the best doctors ever. Thank you so much Allison and Blessing for going the extra mile for us and for making us feel like family! We will definitely be back.

I've been to a few urgent cares in my day, and this one is THE BEST by far! I can only guess that it must be excellent hiring. Whoever is hiring for this location is doing an outstanding job. EVERYONE I came in contact with was so nice, patient, helpful, informative - just a breath of fresh air from the usual. So glad I went here!

Would never recommend this place. I went in with kidney pain and painful urination. Nurse practioner that I saw named Blessing Osim kept telling me oh this is viral - I'm sure you just have a virus! Um ma'am no. I literally have blood in my urine that YOU just confirmed. The woman sends me home with paperwork about a upper respiratory infection. Excuse me?! zero symptoms for anything related to that - she put that as an actual diagnosis for me. Come to find out I have a kidney stone. Go figure. These people must have to give some random diagnosis to be able to make their commission on seeing a patient. So frustrating! Piedmont sends me a survey and I fill it out requesting to be contacted and nothing now and it's been 5 days. Last I knew they just would call and do after visits checks anyway - guess they have lost their customer service. Piedmont has gone down hill FAST. If you complain they just make excuses for the mistake - tired of people just trying to make a dollar and not having any heart in their job anymore. Quite sad for the amount of money people have to dish out to get medical help and no one cares anymore. $100 bucks down the drain. I'm still very sick but guess who has my money with zero treatment for me? Piedmont!

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Melina who provided amazing hospitality and quick quality services from vitals, pushing me on wheelchair & taking my x-rays to even adjusting my crutches for me! She was super friendly & helpful! I also had a great experience with the support of Tahrek at the front desk with his gorgeous smile, how welcoming he is & for wanting the best options for me! I felt very supported and safe in this environment that these two beautiful human beings created for me here today!

Had a great experience here! All the clinical staff provided EXCELLENT care, did great explaining current and future steps. Wait time about 45 mon with no previous appt, not bad. I would definitely go back, if needed instead of going to the ER. The provider was EXCELLENT! She took her time with me and was very thorough! Thanks Dana!

The women that work here are amazing. I had gotten turned down from 3 other urgent care type places bc the wait they had, but this place took me in 5 minutes before their closing time. They were all SO wonderful. Cheerful, helpful, understanding, even at the very end of a long day. This place has a fantastic team, highly recommend them.

The staff at this urgent care was very professional, friendly and proficient! From the front staff Chloe and Alisha was very helpful getting my daughter and I checked in and being so helpful and nice to the back staff Will being such an amazing nurse and helping us. The provider Blessing was awesome! Her bedside manners were out this world and she really cares about her patients. The facility was very clean and I would recommend this urgent care 10 times! Thank you for all that each of y’all do and each of you are appreciated especially doing these times!

Overall positive experience. The digital check in process helped me avoid filling out paperwork upon my arrival and allowed me to be seen relatively quick. The team was professional and seemed to care about my concerns. The doctor was very helpful in helping me identify the root cause of my concerns. If Im ever in the need of urgent care, I will be returning to this location.

I had literally gotten off an overseas flight hours before and started coughing and sneezing before the final flight to GA. I tested positive for Covid when I arrived at my friend’s home. I went to Piedmont Urgent Care since I have asthma. Dr. Garrett and staff were all great from reception through the entire visit. Sorry I’m blank on all of your names but thank you for making me feel very comfortable!!!

The clinic is so convenient with online check-in. They were very helpful and compassionate (even on a weekend morning!) I was even able to leave the clinic with my medication that they filled in house for me!

If I could give a zero I would. I had fever, chills, head aches, body aches, etc and they tell me it's allergies and they give me a nasal spray. I go to a different one later and get tested again, because something just really doesn't feel right. Turns out I DO have covid. If I had just taken their word for it, I would still be spreading covid everywhere right now because according to them I just had allergies. Glad I didn't waste my money on that useless nasal spray. Last time I went to them, I waited forever just to be seen in the back even though I had gotten there EARLY, and when I get back there I still have to wait another 45-60 mins for someone to come in, and then ANOTHER 45 mins for test results. Not only that, the the front desk lady was cussing and fussing on her phone loud enough for the entire building to hear. I wish I hadn't ever wasted my time with them, and you shouldn't either.

This was my second visit to Piedmont Urgent Care. Both times I have been thoroughly pleased with the care I received. I was seen in a timely manner. The staff were very professional, but most importantly they were kind. That means a lot when a person is ill.

The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. This was probably the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of an urgent care clinic. I will definitely come back to this location when needed.

I went in for a cat bite. The facility was super clean and I was greeted right away. The check in process was fast and they were able to get me back fairly soon after arrival. They cleaned me up and gave me an antibiotic to prevent infection. They were also very adamant about after care and said to come back should I get worse, which made me feel like they cared about my healing process. Will definitely be my go to urgent care place from now on.

The wait time was minimal, and the doctor knowledgeable and thorough in her examination. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. Great location and service. Highly recommend. Within two days of taking the prescribed medication, I was feeling my old self again. I had been fighting a sinus infection for two weeks. Thanks to the front desk, nurse, and doctor who provided me with excellent and timely service.

My visit was a great one. This waa not my first visit hence my return. I presented with an unexplained illness after traveling abroad. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the test to be ran, and possessed great bedside manner during treatment. I felt very confident after leaving that my issue would be resolved. I am very appreciative to the staff and will definitely return should I need mwdical attention in the future.

We’ve visited this location on Thanksgiving. Me and daughter, both patients. Even tho they were already busy, in and out total was less than 1.5 hours for both of us. And probably the best Piedmont location i’ve ever visited. They really gladly helped with happy faces from the start to the very end.

They were very welcoming, very kind, and gave excellent service and timely service. I appreciated their timely response. The nurses a doctors I had were great.

I absolutely love this Urgent Care facility. It is so much easier getting an appointment here than with my primary care provider for needs that cannot wait. I've visited 3 times in the last year and a half, and their consistent commitment to excellent service and patient care is top notch. Highly recommend this facility!

I was so impressed with the staff at Piedmont Urgent Care. They were so caring and friendly. They listened to me in a way that made me feel heard and were very thorough with my exam. I left there feeling assured that they did everything necessary to figure out what was wrong and to rule out more serious possibilities. Would recommend this facility to anyone seeking excellent care.

I so appreciate this facility. I am always treated with respect, kindness and great care. Those who helped me on May 2, 2023, were Tyler/Julianna, Ukenna/Yasmin and Blessing. Thank tall. Also, I feel they saved my life in February. Went with severe back pain. Was examined and sent to ER. That was a Tuesday. Hospital admitted me, had kidney stone removed on Wednesday and got to go home on Saturday.

Nobody wants to go to urgent care. This place as soon as you walk in makes you feel comfortable. The staff greeted me super nicely, it’s a very clean updated place. I was so nervous to go in and explained my nerves every nurse and the doctor I saw eased my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. I had to go back to get a shot and they took me right in and everything went to smoothly. Even called to update me. I hate doctors but I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who needs to get in urgently.

I can’t say enough about the great experience I had here. Making a same-day appointment was easy, and check-in was efficient with wait less than five minutes. The medical staff were warm, friendly, and caring Best of all, they listened to me. They explained everything in detail, made sure I understood options and provided written instructions.

In and out quick. The doctor was very formal and informative but at the same time we had friendly conversation outside of the reason for me being there. The beautiful ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. There was a light energy in the building and everyone seemed to harness it well. The facility was super clean. I was greeted when I walked in and the 2 front desk ladies were very welcoming. The nurse was amazing and Dr Bob is wonderful. I had an appointment and arrived early. They weren’t super busy so I was in and out within 45 minutes.

By far the easiest way to get COVID tests. PCR test results were ready in about an hour and the personnel were great. And they took our insurance.

I came in late on a Friday after work almost at closing time feeling awful and everyone could have been tired and grumpy but the staff was so nice and helpful and the doctor was so attentive and understanding. This is my new go to place when I can’t get to my regular doctor. It was a great experience at a time when I just felt horrible. I highly recommend this urgent care. Quality group.

Such a nice, clean, new facility. The people at reception who greeted us were so nice. The nurses, staff, everyone was so kind to us. They answered all our questions & made us feel at ease. The wait time was very short. Very pleased. Will definitely be my first choice for urgent care. A+

Everyone here was great!! The check in process with Chloe and Alisha was super easy. Once getting into a room Courtney, Iyss, and Madison were friendly and professional. The PA Cecilia was amazing and open to answer any questions I had. I was in and out in record time! It was a stellar experience overall!!!

The front office team gets 5 stars and the provider gets 4. I deducted 1 star b/c she seemed a little rush on my Q&A. Other than that, everything was awesome, easy online reservation, clean facility & parking, fast check-in and reasonable wait time. Result was available in about 1 hr via MyChart.

The staff was professional and friendly! Very short wait (barely at all). Quick PCR Covid testing results. Clean, comfortable, professional. This is my new “go to” urgent care. Great support staff. The doctor was also communicative, kind, and personable.

Excellent experience! I checked in online so the check in was fast and easy. I was seated for maybe 5 minutes before I was called back. The PA was in the room within 15 minutes. She listened, was patient and explained everything in detail with her thoughts and follow up. I was in and out in LESS than an HOUR! ALL of the staff was friendly, kind, and courteous. I live closer to the Roswell Rd.urgent care but I have not had as good of an experience there. I will definitely return to the Church street location! Keep up the great work!

Best urgent care experiences I've ever had. Everyone is kind, patient, thorough and professional. (On my most recent visits, my LNP was Dana and she was awesome. I'd love to have her as a PCP. Chloe and Carla were great too.) They're not a short drive from my house but they're worth it.

Fast and convenient service. I went in for a Covid test for travel and my results did not show up in my online chart. I called the office and the customer service rep was able to help me immediately and offered to stay on the phone to make sure that the solution actually worked. She was professional and very pleasant. This is my new go-to urgent care location.

It was a positive experience! The staff there together with the provider that I saw were very professional and caring. I had a hard time walking, they offered a wheelchair multiple times to me and nurse assistant, unfortunately I can’t remember her name was very compassionate, she also offered me help multiple times. Plus, I did not have to wait a long time!

Very friendly reception staff and employees. Nurse practitioner seemed very knowledgeable and guessed my diagnosis almost right off the bat before I received test results. There is a Pharmacy on site so I was able to go home with our medications which was very convenient. I scheduled an appointment, and the wait time was minimal (much less than previous urgent care visits). The waiting area was the cleanest waiting area I’ve ever been in, and I even saw the seats and hand rests being wiped down by the staff as I was leaving. The staff all wore masks. There was a sneeze guard between the receptionists and visitors and hand sanitizing stations everywhere. The building is a couple years old, but it looked like it was opened the day before my visit. My family will be back but hopefully not too soon!

My visits were excellent. I made two trips in one day for me and then my germ carrying toddler. The staff checked on us via text. That was very helpful and personal. They created us by name when we arrived. The medical staff made the visit extremely comfortable. Clear explanations and information hand offs between each other. They have someone for everything to keep the pace flowing. I appreciated the different approach presented to my daughter. She felt safe with them. They are VERY thorough. I definitely felt better there than when I visit a PCP for with of us. We saw Ms. Dana Christian, NP. I forgot the lady’s name who took our vitals and collected the samples, but she was the one who really set the pace at the beginning.

I set up an appointment for 3:30 and they took me promptly. The nurse assistant was efficient and had a great sense of humor. As bad as I felt, it was refreshing and comfortable. The NP came in shortly and did her assessment. It seemed to take forever, but I so appreciate how carefully and thoroughly she came to her diagnosis. These are truly professionals and I’m thankful they were there for me

I had 2 sick kids, ages 2 and 5. This urgent care was able to get me in very quickly with both kids to be seen by the doctor. The staff was super friendly and the clinic was so clean and well maintained. If there is anytime my family and I need after hours medical care this will be the place I will choose. These people are awesome!

Visited the PUC location on Church street because I’d been having asthma. I arrived 40 minutes early and waited in the parking lot. They called me in a couple of minutes before my appointment time and took my vitals right away. I had to wait 20 minutes before the Nurse Practitioner came in to see me. The staff was friendly and competent. The place was super clean. Overall I had a good experience. I took a star off because I had to wait 20 minutes for the NP after my vitals were taken.

I love this Piedmont Urgent Care location especially because of Blessing, SHE is something special. If she were to leave, I would follow her. The rest of the staff was delightful and respectful.
