Plenty of stuff and variety of goods to purchase. A great store with free parking and shopping on two floors full of goodies and all the household stuff u could imagine. There’s also a small coffee shop upstairs. It’s quite difficult to find an assistant on the shop floors to ask any question. The staff at tills are knowledgeable and helpful.

It was a mess. Many aisles blocked off as they were preparing their Christmas displays. They should have just sealed off areas properly or better yet, worked on one display at a time. Very hazardous on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs no better with hallowe’en items. Can’t you set up your displays outside of open to the public hours?! Also, you need more cameras/security. I am getting tired of the number of times I have caught people stuffing their backpacks with cleaning products. You’re welcome.

Not very aware of heath and safety rules, the store is an absolute mess with furniture on display either damaged or dirty, with boxes, pallets and damaged stock everywhere. I overheard a member of staff tell a customer that it was due to them receiving there Christmas stock delivery.... THIS DOES NOT REMOVE THE LEGAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES Great selection of home goods and decorating products, they also have an amazing large selection of Christmas decorations from September onwards.

Very close to train station, a lot of households stuff at a very good price! Everything in one place. Good customer service too. Recommended.

I went into The Range to look had every other colour set the ones I wanted three different colours and I could not find them. What I did see is a lot of Christmas thing .

Clean, tidy and organised store. Plenty of parking, but keep an eye on the time as the car park owners give you 2 hours. Try to avoid coming out at peak times as the roads get very contested near the station. Pricing can be very hit and miss, and therefore frustrating, although the till team are happy to check the price before you buy.

My favourite shop. They always have what I'm looking for and if I cant find it the staff are very helpful. The prices are reasonable too!

We purchased crackers here for Diwali. Price is less and user friendly staff. We can get all type of crackers here. Also most of the Indian style items we can get it here.

Beware shopping here, UKPC will charge you £60 if you stay for more than 2hours. Spent over £80 in The Range with my elderly relative. Legalised robbery endorsed by the stores. How are you supposed to visit all the shops at this retail park in only two hours??

Very good choice of items at really reasonable prices. Only downfall is there is always stock lying around waiting to be put out.

Always has so much at great prices Definitely loved this one compared to the lancing branch they've definitely made more effort with their Christmas decorations around the store!! Was gutted they ran out of the gaming chairs though but I should of been quicker!! Lol. All the staff that checked if anymore was in store were very helpful

Great shop. Clean, tidy. Well laid out. Friendly, helpful staff. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is because in the summer, they often don't adequately tend to the plants on sale outside, and they end up looking half-dead and wilting. It wouldn't take too long each day to look after them.

Best place to buy Christmas and Halloween decorations! The store is huge and have amazing wall clocks, mirrors and amazing bath section. Do visit for all your house accessories

The name define itself, excellent shop. You can find everything you need for home from all ranges.

Please don't go shopping here. It was the lead up to Christmas so the shop was very busy and my wife has a bad back injury so she was unable to move very quickly. Consequently we over stayed in the carpark by 12min and have been charged £60 by UKPC. A shocking way to treat customers who spent £150+ with them.

Love it!! Spend ages in there mooching around. Prices are so good, and staff are so happy and helpful. Christmas displays look amazing and obviously take a lot of time and effort to construct. Just annoying that I got a ticket in the carpark for visiting my favourite shop in Reading. Literally 20min over the 2 hours max stay, gets me a £60 ticket. (£100 if its not paid in a week) 2 hours isn't enough time for 1 shop on the retail park, let alone the 3 I was intending to fit in. So really my shopping cost me double. Right before Christmas. So thanks for that. If your going to put restrictions, just make it a pay and display carpark, so people can actually finish there shopping with a little more time. Rather than rushing everyone and stinging the few who are still finding bargains. It is a retail park after all, made for the keen shopper.

Was my first time to this Range as we were out in Reading to go to the IKEA and stopped by before hitting the M4. GOOD size store, has everything you need. Same range or items as the Watford branch. Prefer the layout of my Local one as I know how and where everything is, this was a bit of a learning here as was walking around for a while. Staff is super helpful, we wanted to get an electric knife to carve meat with and staff member literally got it and brought it over. Would return if needed. Again, nice staff, Super helpful.

Very disappointed, queues at the tills as only two open went over to customer services as there were three members of staff chatting to be told you will have to wait love. After waiting a while we took our position back in the queue. They do have a great Christmas selection but if you like browsing be careful. We received a 60 pound parking charge today for going two hours.

I like this shop cause of good access to all of the items, always full stock, friendly staff with good knowledge about thier assortment. Easy access for disabled people on the wheelchair. You can get everything for your home, from the sheet of paper to garden fence. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Was sowing meadow mix seeds in the garden and ran out. Out of stock everywhere in Reading! Called The Range and they put their last 3 bags of stock behind the counter for me. Brilliant service and now a complete meadow has been sowed.

The manager/training manager Scott one of the worst manager I’ve ever seen in the Range. I’ve been visit this store for years now and never ever had any issue with any staff. I wanted to buy some compost. But yeh one we wanted most of them were ripped and a lot of the compost were on the ground. They were 4 for £10.00 and as most of the bags had less than half of compost left, I asked if it can be reduced and 5th bag had just a quarter which I said I’ll take that one too. He offered 30% on all bags even though most bags had half compost left. I tried to explain to Scott the manager that it will be unfair to charge me 30% less on the 5th bag as there is literally just a quarter compost in the bag. OMG he was so rude, which him face turned red and very rude spoke to me and turned his back on me and walk away. And saying I was rude. He shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like the job.

Whenever I am looking for seasonal decorations for the new season, I visit the range to see what new products they're stocking. This month, I acquired a small wooden lighthouse for £6.50 which I was incredibly impressed with. These bric-a-brac items are first come, first serve and usually don't get restocked. This gives an opportunity for those that produce a small amount of quality stock to sell on the high-street (or, marginally off of it in this case) and keeps me from giving more money to Amazon.

I love this place, there's absolutely everything! Their garden and outdoor furniture section is massive, there's loads of arts and craft supplies, DIY, pets, kids toys, home decor, and their Christmas selection in winter is great and reasonably priced. There's parking on site, and there's also Reading station and bus stops a stones throw away.

I love this store. There's a huge range of products of great quality and competitive prices. Homewear, garden furniture, pet supplies, art supplies, stationery, lighting, DIY, confectionery, kitchenware, beautiful artificial plants, flowers, and even bouquets, outdoor clothing, outdoor decorations and lights, fabulous Christmas decorations....... They have some beautiful framed artwork at great prices. Staff are great and there is free parking for 2 hours. The cafe is no longer there, sadly.

Great selection for your home needs. Love the curtains here, wouldn't go anywhere else for them now. Love the seasonal sections upstairs. Would recommended.

Great shop a good selection of products for the household. When we moved house bought two chest of drawers which are great good value for money. Our recent visit bought some amazing Christmas decorations. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely great the prices for some items are a bit more expensive than some but the quality is excellent The Christmas and Halloween ranges are fantastic

A bit confusing to go round and finding what you want, the sign on the top are no so visible and only show on one side of each aisle, the staff are nice enough to direct you when you find someone. Prices are not listed on all the products and most prices are not even for the products that are there.

Good selection of reasonably priced items and the staff don't mind my toddler wandering around for an hour looking at the fabulous Christmas and Halloween displays.

Items are of absolutely disastrous cheap quality. The staff are so unprofessional and often found to be speaking in their ethnic Indian language. Shocking!

The store has had a major refresh and looks really good. Bit confusing at first but is great yo have more options available ready for the summer. My only issue is that the tills are always empty so takes a while to get through them.

I went in there today was looking for a lint roller. My hubby asked a store employee she politely told him where to find it, well we did not find it where she indicated. We asked another employee she pointed out a totally different section of the shop but she wasn't sure if it was there, it wasn't. I would suggest staff know where to find items in the shop also have more staff around on a Saturday morning to help customers. In the end we walked out without he item we wanted. Service was not good.

It's a bit mixed sometimes they have good products at very low prices. They also have a lot of tat. Store was a bit of a mess when I visited.

Good location and a great selection of items. Something for everyone and every budget. Got exactly what I needed and a few other bits. Staff helpful as well.
