White glove quality & service! In less than a year a Diamond had fallen out of my wedding band. I was able to return it, have it replaced & it was sent back to me all in less than a month. Ashton is my absolute go to, she is knowledgeable & willing to work with your budget, suggesting different options. In addition they have a vast variety of style to choose from.

Mr. Yates is wonderful! I ordered Pink Diamond and Blue Diamond earrings for my daughter and a friend on Etsy. They were perfect! I loved the set of pearls, the cherry wood-mirrored box is a beauty. They make a beautiful gift for a friend or family member. I wear pearls every day and this set is double knotted, so when it unravels as strings of pearls all eventually do, only a single pearl will really fail. In which case I’ll just send them back to Yates and have them restring them up for another few years or so of wear, repeating the process again and again without the need for their replacement. These are great if you just want some nice everyday pearls even if you’ll eventually upgrade to a higher grade that is more round, pale and maybe larger in size which aren’t exactly practical for daily life and are just more ideal for a night out on the town or a formal event like your birthday, or a gala.

BEST service EVER!!!! I found a pearl diamond necklace for my granddaughter for her graduation. I didn’t have enough money to pay for it so I put it in layaway. The people who helped me were outstanding - helpful, kind, considerate. Just wonderful. When I paid off the layaway, they arranged for the shipping. I received the necklace the day before my granddaughter’s graduation. When she opened the box, she cried with joy. I cried because she was so happy. If I could give Yates 10 stars I would.
