Went there today, and did not have the most pleasant experience. I went with family which I understand it can Sometimes be a handful to deal with but the treatment I received while paying for a $400 Dutch oven Was unnecessary. I still purchased as my mom made the trip over from Los Banos but the treatment was awful. You could see the irritability on the employees face. At first when I went to ask for the Dutch oven and to ring it up I was asked to join the mailing list or something like that and of course as new Le Creuset owner I wanted to join.But since I was not the one paying for it I had to give my moms information , the employee seemed irritated because she had to restart the whole thing again I guess. I gave my moms information and the name on the card unfortunately the chip on the card was malfunctioning and we wanted to use the tap option but from what we were instructed the tap option on their card reader was also not working which made the employee begin to make faces at us. As I was translating for my mom I could feel the stare which made me uncomfortable but still we continued the sale. after 2 failed attempts my mom had to use her Debit card and because she wasn’t prepared to use it she had to make a transfer which upset the employee off even more. Once we did the transfer and we were about to pay with a new card, the employee once again asked for the name and due to the my mom having 2 last names she had a different one on this card which prompted to more stares as she changed the information once again, she rudely asked “Who is This” and I explained this is my mom she has two names which then the employee rolled her eyes at us. Once the transaction was complete she quickly gave us our receipt we were off, but since that interaction I have not felt comfortable and will maybe be returning the Dutch oven. NO ONE should ever feel less than or be treated poorly. I have purchased small items before and received better treatment than I did today. Very disappointed, May be going to Livermore outlets from now on

I had the best shopping experience here today with Norma and Trish. They’re so sweet and very helpful and were there to answer any of my questions. They also helped me find the items I was looking for and some I didn’t know i needed , can’t wait to come back.

Very nice and friendly staff. Deborah was very helpful and understanding. I received great service from there. Highly recommend and will return for sure. Only drawback is I wish there are more items to choose from. Last time I went there, the shelves were kind of empty.

Very satisfying, friendly staff, Trish was particularly proactive in keeping high customer satisfaction. She carried some of my heavy stuff to the car. Very impressed by her attitude!

On Apr 28 Saturday, I came in to check out some pan and told them I'm gonna be back because I needed to double check with my mom who was in next store. I got back in 1 minute at 8.55PM but they shut down and locked the door. Their were supposed to open until 9PM according to their posted hours. They were too lazy to tale care of some last-minute customer. They didn't show any respect even though I had told them I would come back.
