I'm on an Indian sweet shop hunting spree! We ordered a Dahi Wada, Amritsari Kulcha, Veggie Thali and Chole Bhature. We also ordered a box of Murakoo to go. The food was nice! We liked it a lot when I went back again! This is a welcome change. PS: The way how this shop is kept, it may look shabby. Yet, the number of customers coming in every minute says something else about the quality of the store.

One of our go to places in Fremont. Hole in the wall, but tasty food. Fast service, but dont expect any royal treatment. Prices have gone up since the start of the pandemic.

Ordered mulli parantha and gobhi parantha. Paranthas were exactly like homemade. Parantha came with raita, white butter, chana masala, pickles and onions. Size of parantha was good and it tasted delicious. White butter serverd with parantha enhanced the taste. Gobhi parantha was bit salty but with raita it was balanced. Mulli parantha is must try food item . Service was fast and efficient. Place was neat and clean. Only con - No public restroom available.

I came here to sweet lovely place after many years, today. Before I thought it was decent with okay food and reasonable price. I came back here and i am extremely disappointed. The prices are way too high. The food was also very poorly made and definitely not worth almost $9 for one chaat. We also ordered poori, aloo chole. They brought the food within 2 mins. And as soon as i saw it i felt like vomiting. The poori looked like a normal paratha that was made using old atta. And the chole also smelled horrible which means it is very old and they just reheated it. thankfully I didnt take a single bite otherwise i would have gotten sick from the rotten food. The service is also terrible with no napkins, water, or anything like that. Very disappointed will never recommend to anyone.

Great Indian brunch place! Their parantha line up is pretty awesome. They have a custom option also which is great in case you want a parantha that's not in the menu e.g. aloo pyaaz parantha. In our recent visit, we had a) Saturday special palak methi parantha with cholay and purani delhi wali aloo ki subzi and b) custom aloo onion parantha (was spicy but simply great). Their paranthas are also sized as they used to in old days. Definitely give it a try for weekend brunch if you are craving for north Indian breakfast/brunch flavors.

We’ve had problems with taste and late delayed food sometimes. But it’s a quick grab place for comfort food rather than taste oriented or pricey restaurants! Their afternoon thali’s are priced well and it’s fresh cooked, qood quantity authentic homely meal! Good try if you want quick home cooked North Indian rotis or curries.

Just outside the lovely sweets is panipuri, which is by far the best and the most spicy panipuri you can have. Sweets were delicious as well, aunty(owner) is very sweet and kind.

Beware when buying their snacks. Tried their badan milk and sev. The badam milk was wonderful and worth 5 stars. And The first bite of sev was delicious too. But this was just deceiving packaging. Just the top layer was fresh, the other 90% of it was just old expired sev that wreaks of oil. Disappointed that I paid premium price for freshly made produce but was just conned into buying a stale product.

Going back here after years, it was a big change. Outdoor seating and buzzing neighborhood with options to choose for food. Very good food for reasonable price.

I came for the Samosas and was not disappointed. My kids enjoyed it as well. It didn't have chunks of potatoes like other Samosas I tasted. It was a perfect combination. 5 stars on Samosas alone.

Nice place. Had some fresh sweets (kala jamun, kalakand, rasgulla, gulab jamun we’re great but barfi wasn’t so good though)picked up. Pretty reasonable prices. Not plenty of parking available though.

Great place to enjoy some delicious aloo puri with a nice cuppa chai. The ambiance in the evenings are very fun and really great people work here. They are super polite and very generous. Their decor interior is quite pretty with nice paintings.

I have been ordering food, sweets, samosas from this store for last 6-7 years but feeling that they increased prices quite a lot on sweets, snack over last 2-3 years than any other similar store. I thought reasons could be COVID slowness, inflation etc. But this week had a bad experience on Samosas which I order for kids b'day party where all the parents complaint to me that it seems the samosas are over fried and could be because it could be of yesterday's left over batch and they just fried again to look fresh. I took most of the samosas back to the store and asked them if they were really from yesterday or was prepared today which they will absolutely not acknowledge. After a little back and forth they did refund the money and owner accepted it was just too much over fried. Point is you pay close to $2 for a samosa(overpriced ) and don't get a good food quality from a trained cook is not good. Recommend opening the to go food before picking the delivery as its a little shabby kitchen inside.

Went there after a long time . This place is very pricey ! The tables are okay, very ordinary . Bit cheap look as usual. Zero service with only one person managing billing and delivering food . But more pricier than service providing restaurants like chat Bhavan or any of those provides good value for your money ! The owner lady’s attitude is another big issue. She does not even want to give container to take remaining food and says she will charge $1.00 for 1 plastic container. Does she not know customers take remaining food and no one charges? They are like 2c in Costco or dollar stores . She is simply rude for running this home in a wall. I used to go frequently to encourage mom and pop shops, but, not anymore ! , it’s not worth wasting time . For same or less price I will go to a good service restaurant , we have a lot in Fremont ! Taste is somewhat average not great for chat items .

Unethical business. I wish I could give a ZERo start. Unethical They kept changing prices and policies. We are always supporting a local business but they are too greedy. Food quality is not that great, nor sweets. most of them seems like they are serving frozen sweets. I am always getting sweets for Prasad but every week they have different person and different prices. Example Moti chur laddu was $12 /lb then $ 13 then $14 then last week they charged $15. I returned my sweets as soon as I know they have over charged but I did not see any refund. Also, they have lot of variation with samsosa too. sometimes it's too oily or small or undercooked. Owner is also giving all BS like no credit card under $10 and for sweets you have to buy 1lb minimum. We have supported this decision in covid but now it's seems to be unethical unprofessional.

I am so surprised by this place every single time! The best kachori hands down! I have tried kachori at a lot of places and this one stumps all every time! My favorite part is the freshness. They sell out really quickly , but when you are able to get it.. They make sure you get the most fresh lot 💜 usually freshly fried in front of you. As for the mix veg pakodhey, I have fallen in love with them. So delicious and crispy. Great thing was when I ordered them, they asked me if it was okay to wait for 5 min. I said yes and they refried the pakodhas for me, dusted them with this amazing chaat masala and some fresh garnish of onion and radish on top 🥹 Best snack for a rainy weekend! PS- they have really really really good praanthas too.

A friend of ours bought sweets from this restaurant to our place and we just kept eating all night. Really authentic bengali sweets, I havent found anywhere else in the bay area.

Place is heavily disorganized, and patrons seem to lack etiquette as well, such as cutting in line, or negotiating prices and quantity of sweets and keeping everyone else waiting. Ordered samosas, but some were much bigger than others, notable size inconsistency. Gave only one tiny cup of chutney that would be enough for a single samosa, for a large tray of samosas. Does not accept card for less than $20 purchases, which almost any other business is willing to do. They assume all the patrons speak Hindi, and hardly know English, so it’s strange they opened a business in the USA assuming that everyone speaks their native language. 2 stars because taste of samosas was decent.

Bhature were fresh and tasty, the chole was okay okay. The Papdi Chaat was not that great, it seemed to have namak paare and broken gol gappe instead of papdis, taste wise was okay okay. Sweets were good, had besan ladoo n milk cake, both tasted very nice.
