I
really
wanted
to
give
GinZa
5
stars,
but
I
just
can't.
Since
this
is
turning
out
to
be
a
long
review,
here's
the
BLUF:
if
you
have
plenty
of
time
on
your
hands
to
wait
for
your
food,
and
you
don't
mind
limited
raw
options,
this
is
a
great
place...friendly,
and
the
food
is
good.
The
experience
started
off
with
the
hostess.
She
was
polite
and
offered
me
a
seat
at
the
bar
since
it
was
just
me.
But
there
were
no
seats
to
be
had,
so
she
put
me
on
the
wait
list.
She
said
it
would
be
a
50
minute
wait.
I
was
really
craving
all
you
can
eat
sushi,
so
I
was
good.
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
when
they
called
me
well
before
50
minutes
were
up.
My
server
came
over
and
was
super
friendly
and
helpful
in
explaining
how
the
all
you
can
eat
worked
(no
buffet...thank
you
COVID),
so
he'd
come
around
and
get
my
order
when
I
was
finished.
The
first
thing
I
ordered...they
were
out
of.
All
good,
I
moved
on.
The
salads
and
soup
came
rather
quickly,
but
then
it
was
downhill
from
there.
My
server,
while
friendly,
was
more
friendly
with
the
group
2
booths
down,
and
was
literally
sitting
down
with
them.
He
did
make
an
effort
to
come
by
once
in
a
while,
but
I
was
waiting;
fortunately,
I
had
my
cell
phone
with
me
to
entertain
me.
Then
the
food
took
forever
to
come...it's
raw
fish...how
long
can
it
take
to
make?
And
speaking
of
raw
fish,
if
you
are
a
raw
sushi
fan,
this
is
not
the
place.
The
vast
majority
of
the
rolls
were
cooked
(and
deep
fried
to
boot).
Finally,
the
biggest
issues
I
had
was
they
never
really
cleared
my
table,
so
the
menu
and
plates
stacked
up.
And
speaking
of
the
menu...they
really
should
be
wiped
down
once
in
a
while.
My
all
you
can
eat
menu
was
sticky.
But
as
I
said
at
the
top,
the
food
was
quite
enjoyable,
and
what
the
service
lacked
in
speed,
it
made
up
for
in
friendliness.
