I had a horrible experience here. I called ahead to make sure they accept walk-ins and the secretary scheduled me for 10 a.m. I got there around 9:30 and I stressed to the secretary that I did not mind coming back another day If they are not able to see me before 11 a.m. because I had to leave for work at noon. She stressed to me that there were only two people ahead of me and that it would not take long. I waited in a room for about an hour and did not see the doctor until about 11:50. He made a personal call on his cell phone and answered another one. I waited so long just for him to spend less than five minutes with me and did not address any concerns I had. I understand it was busy, but the doctor made no effort to give me peace of mind about my concern I had or at least explain what I could have going on. Answering a personal call in front of a patient is completely disrespectful and makes the patient feel like the doctor has better things to do than to care for the patient. I am new to the area and very disappointed that I chose this location. Unfortunately I have a follow-up and because of my limited schedule can not wait to see another doctor, but I do not recommend this place .

Today I went to Del Prado Medical Center for my Mom’s Medical First Appointment and I was impressed for the amazing Customer Service In Front Desk and the pretty lady at Check Out Desk NEYLIS ACOSTA (Patient Coordinator) was very professional and kind! Also the Female Doctor was friendly and very professional with my Mom and family. I highly recommend DEL PRADO MEDICAL CENTER!

This had to be the worst doctors experience that I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! The doctor literally got her license out of a crackerjack box. Absolutely no concern or compassion whatsoever for patients. Also, you cannot have English patience and not speak English.

I don't want to generalize to all the staff, but really this would be the last place I would return for medical attention. First we were treated by a doctor named Vidal who only comes two months a month, without prior notice he changes the doctor for one of last name Dr. Damaso, who didn't even leave his chair to listen to or check my partner, I'm just asking him, has your blood pressure gone up more than twice in your life, ah well, you're hypertensive, take these pills, without prior laboratory analysis, without sending a holter, I sent for an electrocardiogram which showed an abnormality and I was in a position to refer him to a cardiologist that same day as requested. When making the appointment, this doctor did not explain anything he just said see you in 6 weeks, without forgetting the times I have had to call to get the referral.

This is the worst dr. Office i have ever seen. The dr. Doesnt care about his patients nor does he know how to treat them. The staff is so unorganized and unprofessional. It takes weeks to get a referral or authorization. Hands down the worst office with the least care or concern ive ever seen. Pls shut this place down b4 someone gets seriously hurt due to there incompetence.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are not organized and receptionist seems to have no clue ever what's going on. They schedule appointments, give reminder calls, then when you get there you were never on schedule. How is that possible? Then I accommodated a reschedule only to be told I wasn't on the schedule...again after I got a reminder call. If you work and have to schedule time off this is not the office to go to...I'm now not even confident in the care I'm getting.

if there was a selection for negative star, I would select it. This has to be most unorganized, unprofessional group that I have ever dealt with. I'm a first time customer and unable to get any sort of assistance. I do not recommend using this provider

They leave you on hold for 17 minutes if your question is too complicated for you to hang up.

If I could give 10 Stars here, I would. This medical center is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is very professional and efficient. They care about your health concerns and treat you with respect. Karla responded to my questions and concerns very promptly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone !!

They are absolutely amazing! I was treated with such great care and respect. Maday was kind and caring, the therapy was also incredible.

Always a pleasant clinic to go. Great staff and attention. Confident about how the take care off my family.

The Doctors and nurses treat you like family they always available to help in everything you need when you called they answer with love and very friendly Daisy and Mayday are the therapist that really help me with my pains and gave me the support I needed also they are very loveable with there patients t best treatment I ever had had been to other place before but didn't help me at all this is the best place to take therapy my mom is 89 and she couldn't hardly walk now she's walking better has more strength thanks to the therapy Mayday has given us my mom trust them and she doesn't want no one to give her also Lorenzo is the driver who dedicated to take you to the appointments and take you home also to the therapy

It’s a fine place if you’re Hispanic but the English language is only spoken clearly by a few people . However Carla really helped me out.

I was prescribed medication and 3 days later still have not received it because they haven't sent to pharmacy. the receptionist has been very nice and I am not sure who dropped the ball , Apparently someone named Carla?

Worst medical center I've ever been to! My healthcare was cut off without warning or explanation when I needed it the most. If you are looking for good healthcare, look elsewhere & stay away from this place! I've also noticed that the positive reviews are by their own staff! What a joke!

This is a very bad place if you need to see a doctor. My appointment was At 8:30 AM. I did not get to see the doctor until 935. There were people that came in after me that kept on seeing the doctor while I'm waiting. I waited one hour and 5 minutes to see the doctor. I am very frustrated with this place.

I have been client of the clinic for many years and have the best opinion about the service, the doctors and the medical assistant staff. They are very nice and always are happy to help specially the therapist Maday, she have been working there for so many years and is like part of Del Padro family. She is a versatile person and makes the clients feel better with her smile and kindness.

How disappointed I feel in these supposedly so-called doctors. Apparently they bought their studies. I only know that they are focused on earning more and more money in their consultations, instead of practicing their profession as it really should be. As far as I understand, doctors heal, they don't kill. However, I must clarify that this opinion is only referring to the doctors of this clinic such as Damaso Maresma and a certain Mariam. I'm only talking about what I've experienced... The male and female nurses in this clinic should occupy the positions of doctors, because I feel that they are more human and professional than the doctors themselves. My respect and admiration goes to them and I hope they never change. For my part, I would never recommend this clinic. What a disappointment ! They have turned medicine into a business…

I don't want to generalize but the older blonde lady who works at the reception is not a professional person, the 3 times I have been there at the clinic she always has a bad face and looks over your shoulder, which means that it is not a coincidence because there have been 3 times and I have also noticed when she attends to other patients who ask her questions she responds with bad enthusiasm, it is very uncomfortable to arrive at a place for which you are paying dearly and they treat you all the time with a bad face and you can see that you want to finish because if you arrive a few minutes late she does not try to help you kindly despite the moment and according to her the person who cancels the appointment for 5 minutes late is the doctor, the truth is that I left this clinic because of this lady, the others are quite a few kind, thank you very much
