These guys and gals are top notch in conservative treatments. I love the friendly staff and open environment. They make you feel like they've known you for years, when you've only just met them, with their level of care and compassion. I've seen all but one of the therapist and they ALL show an interest in my progress EVERY time I'm in. I carried over from last year, with a change of insurance that meant I was out of network, but it is TOTALLY worth the extra money for the treatment I am receiving!!!

This facility is clean, professional and just the right size for the staff to be able to give that extra care and attention. Great place with good vibes. Very accomodating office staff as well. They will be more than flexible, if needed.

Not only does the physical therapy work and it’s making me feel better and function better but the staff there is amazing. Everyone that works at FYZICAL NFM is happy to be there, happy to help their patients and one can tell they enjoy what they do. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is absolutely incredible! I can’t think of anywhere else that every staff member is one of the most genuine, professional and caring people I’ve ever met, but that’s exactly what they’ve managed to accomplish at Fyzical. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and the staff genuinely cares. The customer service specialist (probably a manager) Julie, will take care of everything, remember your name and greet you kindly every time. Kevin, is ridiculously professional, while also being super kind, knowledgeable and caring. Jerry, is a complete goofball but makes things entertaining, does a great job and is super easy to talk to. Roxana, is one of the kindest, most genuine, sweet, caring people I’ve ever met in my life. I can’t say enough good things about her and regardless of how much she gets paid, they should triple it! Even when she was pushing me to the max(exactly what I needed) I still couldn’t help but laugh and smile constantly because her amazing personality is contagious! Ashley, I only worked with her once but she was very helpful and friendly. Connie, seems like a super cool person that would probably be a blast to be around. I’ve heard her talk about loving motorcycles and just that alone makes her a star in my book. When I started at Fyzical I was in a really rough place in life and I can’t even describe how much they’ve helped me not only physically, but mentally! I don’t normally write reviews and if I do they aren’t normally very long, but this place deserves so much praise for the incredible team of amazing people they’ve established. I can’t thank them enough

My doctor provided a referral for physical therapy to address a balance issue. I chose FYZICAL based on my knowledge of this PT center. Physical Therapist Eric provided a thorough initial evaluation as well as a practical and effective path for recovery. He is most knowledgeable and conducted the therapy sessions with an assist from PT Georgia. Treatment and continued evaluation improved my balance issue. I was also provided guidance to continue improvement at home. I was pleased with the results. Also of note, the office staff and other therapists were also most courteous, knowledgeable and easy to interact with.

Robert is a fantastic therapist. He really caters my therapy to my specific issues. The facility is fantastic with great equipment. Really great experience!

They are great!! My mother goes here for balance and vertigo issues. Everyone is so kind and patient.

Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The place is clean and there is ample parking. Easy to get to. The therapists listen and modify my sessions accordingly. They let me know what the purpose of each exercise is and maintain accurate records of my improvement. I highly recommend this center for your physical therapy needs.

I found this center to be very unprofessional. I had a fall and my doctor gave me a script for PT. I went to FYZICAL as it was only minutes from my residence. I was gien an appointment time of 13:00 and told to be there at 12:30. I arrived at about 12:20 and the place was almost empty. Just before 13:00 the staff started to return from lunch. I then questioned why I was told to be at my appointment at 11:30 when nobody was available. It is obvious that they valued their time more important than my time. I then requested my script be returned and walked out. What a waste of an hour of my time.....

There is very limited handicapped acces from the parking lot. Despite having several handicapped spots in front, the access is in front of the hair dresser next door. The staff was very nice and the facility was very clean. Treated my mom with great respect.

They are so friendly to everyone that you almost forget the “torture” lol that they are doing to make you get better. The place is super clean, they are punctual, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to try them out.

My physical therapists were excellent, Eric especially. They listened and assessed my issues and put together a plan that helped me to get back my strength. They gave me tools to use everyday to keep up my strength and remain strong.

Being new to the area I wasn’t sure where to go for physical therapy. My neighbor recommended Fyzical Therapy. So happy they did. The facility is clean , there was hardly any wait time and they were very professional. I’m confident that they will help me attain my goals. I like that they explain everything so that I understand why I am doing certain exercises.

I have gone to about 7 PT sessions at the FYZICAL North Fort Myers location. It is well organized and clean and the staff is great. They all seem very skilled and also personable.Most importantly, I can really notice improvement in my foot.

I’ve been coming for physical therapy to deal with vertigo. It’s still a work in progress but they’ve been patient and excellent with my journey. I highly recommend coming here for your needs!

Not only does Diane have tremendous knowledge in her field, she also takes the time to understand her patients and who they are, not only physically but mentally as well. The later being the most important for a good outcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone, as she has put me back together more than once.

This place is fantastic!!! After having foot surgery 2 times within 3 months I could not even bend my foot and was in a lot of pain. My therapist (Marie) was completely patient with me, walked me through the daily exercises at the clinic, and printed out instructions for exercises that I could do at home to help the process. My foot now feels 100% better and has definitely made a lot of progress. She is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during each appointment. All employees of Fzyical are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their friendliness made therapy so much easier 😊

The staff is friendly and professional. I have a knee that doesn't want to work with me. I have been going FYZICAL for almost two weeks and have seen five different therapist, which is a bit unsettling. They are all good, but Shaun seems to be making the most progress. I would prefer to have the same person all the time.

I have nothing bad to say about the care here. I have enjoyed doing my therapy here and it has helped alot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment and workout area is all very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had dry needling treatments by Diane. The entire experience has been life changing! My range of motion after two sessions improved greatly in my neck, arm and The pain I was experiencing in my shoulder for the past year is gone! Diane is an exceptional Physical Therapist. She spent time explaining the process, was gentle and highly knowledgeable in her field.

Daniel listened to my concerns and gave detailed explanations on exercises and what body parts they affected. He was very patient and a joy to work with.

I only had two treatments. It looks like they're very caring in the treatments. I would recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy.

This new facility is clean well run and has great equipment as well as great therapist. One thing that I really appreciate is that they value your time. You have an appointment at 1 o’clock they take you at 1 o’clock there is no waiting around. I really respect the fact that they value my time. It also seems that they develop a comprehensive plan based upon your original meeting. All in all I think I’ve had a very successful experience

Excellent therapist! Gets you up and moving!

I had a good experience, and enjoyed learning new exercises to help witth my back pain. After five weeks I have much less pain.

For their staff and patients they should make sure people are parking in appreciate parking spaces especially being a physical therapy place this isn't the first nor sec time this has happened. Trying to link a photo again to show you what I mean. And when you go inside to tell them they say they can't do anything about it.

I like when Daniel shares information to my health & wellness Discussing my issues I am aware of what is being done what the goal is and how to get there. Everyone here is very professional but friendly.

Outstanding staff always ready to help, answer questions and give encouragement!! They made the therapy much easier with their support. They worked me to my maximum level each time but it was well worth it. I recommend them for anyone needing therapy. They are the best I ever had.
