This place is fantastic! I was a little worried to leave my old store but tried vapor island and wasnt disappointed! They have great, friendly knowledgeable staff! Their juices are fantastic and delicious! They are a little more pricey but its worth the extra money for the quality and great customer service! I will for sure be visiting regularly! Oh and you have to try their beetle juice liquid! Its amazing!

I visited this place yesterday. David and Tonya were unbelievebly helpful. David offered to custom mix a flavor I could no longer purchase at a different local store. It is a strawberry banana mix and I think it is better than the one it replaces. I tried several flavors while waiting and thought they were consistently better than the flavors I have sampled at some of the other shops.

I usually don't write reviews, but this place is exceptional and deserves to be recognized as one of the best shops in Fort Myers. I've been to many shops across Fort Myers and I choose to drive from South Fort Myers every couple weeks for their large unusual selection of top quality e juice and to check out the latest vaping equipment. Fair prices along with their knowledgeable customer service makes it worth the drive every time.

Went in today for a portable mod, Ms. Rachel made it an amazing experience! She is very knowledgeable in all items of their store and so very helpful! I will be revisiting this store! Update- got home product was broken, Rachael herself wouldn't help, KNOWING she sold it toe because I had the receipt. Wouldn't buy nor visit this business again. Very unprofessional.

Probably best avoided due to high prices. Purchased a zen delta 8 biscotti cbd disposable vape pen "on-sale" @ $49, product is easily available online @ $29.

James was amazing, he was very generous, he knows so much about the vape, and he was not hesitant to work with us. what an amazing worker & person. He has 5 stars from me !

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING AT THIS STORE!!!!!!! I have been a long time customer, I went into the store yesterday and bought my 3MG juice as always the attendant gave me a 6MG by accident and of course trusting the sales clerk I paid it and went home, when I went to use it I realized that the nicotine level was WAY too high, this morning I brought it back and they said that there's nothing they can do about it, they tried to make me buy a 0MG and mix the juices, LOL, long story short I went up the road to Naples Vapor and not only did I purchase my juice but I saved $4.40, please check your boxes, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

It was good they had flavors I liked they had my coils for my tank they also had my glass very good company I recommend them to anybody they're very nice people there

I placed my order online and when I spoke to rachel, she stated that the price ringing up was not the same that was online and that it needed to be fixed. My coils were 9.95 on line and she was stating 14.95 over the phone. This is not right.Their was nothing she could do about it. And then she commenced to tell me the amount of postage and handling. Dave always told me shipping to Ny would be always covered since i was always a loyal and frequent customer. I guess words are nothing. I was very disappointed.

I didn't like this place because they carry cheap , ip infringing , child appealing e liquids , couldn't tell me why the battery he was recommending was a better choice , I felt like they were just paid salesmen instead of actually being knowledgeable and don't really know how someone that doesn't actually vape be able to tell me what's best or suites me

Great place! Got a novo 2 here and they are really good vapes. I dropped mine in water and got in out right away and mine still works. Not saying they r water proof cause they are not. They come to a total of $34.01 and u get 2 pods with it. And they r 3 for $15. And 1 pod last bout a week. And the guy that works there he is so nice. Great atmosphere and good prices.

Yummy flavors

First time there. Needed a new vape and purchased one with a price tag of $85. While I thought this seemed a little steep I was reassured I was getting a deal. Once I got home I looked up the model and can be bought all over the place for roughly $55. My fault for not doing my homework I guess, but that markup seems highly unjust. Won't be a repeat customer.

I live almost an hour and a half away. I will only purchase from this store and they're so worth the drive. They are so friendly and helpful. I completely quit smoking and switched to vaping. I love that I can come and always find new flavors and accessories and they're always on point when I have any questions. They're badass!! I always feel so welcome and.comfortable.
