Came

times
out
of
the
6
days
they
have
classes
available.
Each
day
we
focused
on
something
different
and
targeting
different
muscle
groups.
After
not
working
out
for
way
too
long
the
first
2
days
were
extra
challenging,
everything
hurt
and
I
felt
so
out
of
shape,
but
with
each
day
I
saw
an
improvement
and
my
energy
is
through
the
roof!
The
owner
Carmen
is
such
a
sweetheart
and
all
the
trainers
they
have
are
all
amazing
and
very
knowledgeable!
I
met
Kimberley,
Tom
and
James
everyone
is
so
nice
and
helpful,
even
all
the
other
people
in
the
class
are
very
welcoming
and
helpful
as
well,
like
a
big
family!
So
you
don’t
feel
intimidated
that
you
don’t
know
all
the
right
moves
at
first
and
you
can
take
it
at
your
own
pace!
Who
knew
that
I
would
love
boxing
and
kickboxing
and
HIT
exercises
and
more!
I
used
to
be
very
active
few
years
back
I
did
Orange
Theory,
Cross
Fit,
Boot
Camp,
etc.
but
I
am
truly
impressed
with
Fight
Club
Fitness
Classes
and
their
approach
to
challenge
and
trick
your
body
in
order
to
avoid
plateau
in
your
workout.
No
class
is
ever
the
same!
They
truly
have
it
all!
Each
day
is
challenging
and
rewarding!
No
matter
what
kind
of
day
you
have,
you
will
leave
each
class
in
a
great
mood!

and
improving
my
endurance
and
stamina!
