Excellent MMA/BJJ gym in Cape Coral that teaches REAL and practical martial arts. Justin and the other coaches are excellent instructors who make you feel welcome from the get-go. All the the fighters are family and overall it's a great place to learn and workout.

Cali style bjj is the place to go when in Cape Coral. They were a bunch of absolute killers, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. I’m a very low level practitioner but still wanted to keep up with my training while on vacation. These guys made me feel welcome and gave me a ton of awesome pointers. Great gym with the best people. You won’t find another place like it. Going to this gym changed my life. My boyfriend and I both go to the 7 am classes (M T W F ) with Coach Mike and Brian and these guys are incredible. The way they teach us is like no other place I’ve ever been too. Want a awesome workout and want to know how to defend yourself? Want your kids to know how to defend themselves??? They also have kids classes! Jiu Jitsu makes you physically and mentally strong and I highly recommend coming here and doing it.

This was my daughters first time ever attending the BJJ class she was very nervous! The staff and students were so welcoming she quickly overcame that and had so much fun! They helped her and it was definitely a confidence boost for my daughter she is super excited for her next class! Would recommend 10/10!!!

I start training here a little over 7 months ago. When I started I was out of shape and 350. The team was very welcoming and non judgmental. They were open and worked with me till I got better. Since then I have lost about 60 pounds and am in better shape now. The professors are dedicated to making sure that you have an awesome experience and enjoy the journey.

This is just not a gym, it’s a family. I have been taking my 7 year old son and my 5 year old daughter for almost a year now. They absolutely love the coaches and the kids in their class. We go every Tuesday and Friday evening. I appreciate the patience they have with the children, their desire to explain and demonstrate every exercise thoroughly to make sure all the kids understand the moves as well as performing safely. I’m glad I chose CaliStyle for my kids!

I've been training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for the last few months with these killers at Cali Style MMA, and I just want to say this place is awesome! Everyone I've met has been cool, laid back and just plain nice. I'm still just a noob getting smashed but I'm having a great time doing it. Justin Del Real is an excellent instructor, respectful, humble and extremely knowledgeable.

If you're looking for good ground skills, this is the place for sure. It's a really good group of guys (and gals) who like to train hard. Getting to class is the highlight of my week.
