    Stephanie is my trainer and Justin is my food coach! I cannot say enough about these two. Stephanie challenges me but also builds plans that work with my back. She is encouraging and keeps me on track! Justin’s knowledge of nutrition is outstanding . He has built a plan that works for me as a vegetarian and also someone who do not like to cook! He has a practical approach and is available and responsive to my questions! If you gave an opportunity to work with these two, take it!!!! I am so happy to be working with them!!!

    Stephanie Check is a motivating and inspiring personal trainer. She brings her best to every work out. She plans interesting combinations for total body workout. Along with great music playlist, she is reliable, on time and always looking out for my form to ensure safety and muscle focus. I would not have been able to get the great workouts without her. Thank you Stephanie for doing what you do and helping me achieve my fitness goals

    Stephanie is a fantastic instructor. I had never taken an exercise class in my life (58) and she made me feel comfortable from the first class. She is great at taking everyone's physical condition and any limitations into account by providing modifications to each exercise. She watches everyone and gently points out if you need to change the way you are performing the exercise. I have increased my flexibility, core strength and balance. Stephanie has also motivated me to work out as I really enjoy her classes. So I feel better, I am enjoying the exercise and I highly recommend her!!

    I found Justin to be punctual, prepared, knowledgeable, inciteful, interested in doing the best he possibly could be. The best trainer I have ever had. I give him the absolute highest recommendation!

    Justin has worked with both my husband and I in our home for 4 months. He is so knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I have learned a lot about how to strengthen my knees for tennis . Doing exercises the correct way has been enlightening and effective. I highly recommend Justin to anyone who sincerely wants improvement in any area of their body.     My husband and I have been working with Stephanie for six months now and WOW what a difference is our strength, flexibility and balance! She is incredible! She tailors and individualizes our workouts to our needs and she ensures that we are doing the exercise properly. She is knowledgeable, motivating, positive and has a great sense of humor. She loves what she is doing and we look forward to our sessions with her.

    I have taken classes with both Justin and Stephanie. Their classes tend to be my favorite not only because of their professionalism, but also because they truly care about your fitness level . They make sure the clients are following the instructions/exercise in such a way as to prevent injury and ensure the best benefit. Yet their relaxed manner allows the clients to enjoy the overall experience. I always look forward to their classes.

    For 4-5 years I have taken spinning, stretch and circuit classes both in person and on line from the Check team. As well, I chose their macronutrient based, personalized nutrition/fitness program to help me reset, and along the way learned some new tricks this 60 + girl thought knew it all! I recommend this business to anyone/age seeking to learn an easy to follow eating for life plan - structured for you. And I recommend their tailored fitness program, again, any level and age. My recommendations are based on Stephanie and Justin’s combined experience, up to date knowledge, communication skills, and overall genuine compassion for their mission.

    I have worked with both Justin and Stephanie and find both of them wonderful in their coaching. Stephanie has been coming to our house for in person training for years and my wife and I find her sessions to be effective and diverse. I had a shoulder issue last fall and Stephanie accommodated it until it went away. Lately I have found I feel stronger all around and particularly in shoulders and abs which have always been a challenge. I highly recommend them.

    I have been working with Stephanie on fitness and Justin on nutrition for the past 5 months with great success (lost 40 lbs). We have worked together to develop a program of exercise and diet, which I can follow without feeling stressed out. They are very skilled and supportive. Highly recommend that you give them a try.

    I have been working with Justin & Check Total Health for the past year, and it is one of the best things I have done for myself. I am lucky to have found such a knowledgeable and professional trainer, who has the experience working with mature clients and previous injuries or surgeries. Justin is definitely adept at corrective exercises and works with you, constantly making adjustments, so you can perform the exercises in a manner that helps build self confidence, without the fear associated with injuries. Justin is supportive, with a positive attitude and a personality that is both encouraging and motivating. I look forward to my sessions with Justin as he makes me want to work harder each time, inspiring me to be better, work harder, push myself, trust and believe in myself. With Justins constant encouragement and nutritional advice, I have lost 30lbs, gained muscle, increased strength, flexibility and most of all re-gained my confidence. Not to mention my IBS is no longer controlling my life. I am looking forward to continuing my training with Justin and taking it to the next level with Nutrition. Thank You Justin and the Check family.

    Who looks forward to working out? I do! Feeling stronger, loving the stretch, enjoying Stephanie’s fun and encouraging personality, and feeling confident because I have a professional guiding me and making sure I do things correctly. My golf has improved with the strength training and so have my runs. I feel more flexibility now than I ever have. Thanks Stephanie!

    Stephanie and Justin are awesome trainers they have helped me actually like exercise. The nutrition portion of their training has helped me to lose 12 pounds and to maintain good clean eating for the long term. I would highly recommend anyone who needs to reboot their eating an exercise program to “check” them out!

    Finally started working with a personal trainer in January. At the recommendation of a friend, I chose Stephanie Check at Check Total Health. To my surprise, I love it! There is no substitute to working with a certified professional - they encourage, educate and demonstrate proper technique to maximize the benefit of the training. In sum, I feel better, have more stamina and strength and really look forward to the training sessions each week. I could never have done this on my own - work with a professional at Check Total Health, you'll have zero regrets.

    Stephanie was wonderful to work with! I asked for her help to develop some exercise programs. She listened to my goals, evaluated my abilities and created 3 routines that I rotate between. She taught me the proper form and gave me paper copies of each daily routine with machine settings, numbers of sets and reps, an illustration and helpful notes. I feel confident going to the gym with one of her plans in hand.

    Finally, after much deliberation, and with the hearty endorsement of a fellow reviewer (Thanks Rosemary!), I started working with a fitness trainer from Check Total Health. Stephanie is not only a certified professional trainer, she is an inspiring coach and an excellent teacher. After 4 months, I'm still with it and have no intention to stop. Excellent instruction coupled with Stephanie's motivating encouragement, makes all the difference.

    I have been training with Stephanie for more than a year. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, punctual, a great communicator and, best of all, she adjusts my workouts on a weekly basis depending on how my body is feeling/working. I have had a lot of personal trainers through the years, but Stephanie is the best!

I have been working with Stephanie for the past 6 months and have been very impressed with her knowledge, experience, and dedication to helping me achieve my fitness goals.     Stephanie and Justin are so professional. They are so helpful in the meal plans that they provide and are ALWAYS available when you need them. They are very understanding and explain everything thoroughly, they answer all your questions/doubts. Most importantly you have to check in Friday morning as soon as you wake up therefore they and yourself are sure of what your doing. I have worked with them personally & I love them ♥️ Recomend to anyone that is ready to do life term changes ♥️

    Stephanie CHECK(s) all the boxes! I had never worked with a personal trainer and I didn't know what to expect, but she quickly proved to me through customized training that she was a professional in every sense AND she made it fun!     Over the past year, I have been working with both Stephanie and Justin in an effort to improve my health, drop weight, and improve my fitness. I am a 66-year-old two-time cancer survivor, and I have some limitations in my activity and restrictions for eating. Working with Justin and Stephanie, I have lost weight, gained muscle, and improved my energy. Justin designed a menu plan for me that meets my goals of 80% plant-based and includes freshly made green juice each day. Never a breakfast eater, I am now planning and consuming four meals a day. I have found that if I follow this plan a certain number of days per week, I am able to have my splurges and I maintain my weight and fitness. It’s a beautiful thing!!! I have zoom workout sessions with Steph which address my specific needs, and she guides me to add other fitness activities like yoga, cycling, and walking. Her guidance is personal and invaluable! I feel like I’ve hit a goldmine having CHECK TOTAL FITNESS in my life.
