    Price not match when you scan at register, and they refused to fix the price… its only $1.98 on shelf.. the 4 last digits are 3028 on product and is the same last 4 digits on price tag… but when I scanned at register was 2.26… its not a big deal few cents but if you don’t pay attention on prices, you will be paying way more that you are supposed to in your entire grocery also the whole store is a hot mess, and when you ask for help the sales associates are not friendly, not helpful, lazy busy talking on their cellphones given an attitude when you interrupt them for help, it doesn’t make sense to me how they’re not doing their job right beside that recently they got a raise…

    When this place 1st opened, I considered it the best Walmart there was in town. Now this place has gone to complete sh!t. EVERY TIME I come here there's only TWO lanes open, one of them being thw speedy check out. Doesn't matter the time of day, it seems like there are never any employees, you can never find one to help you. Whoever is in charge of managing this place needs to find another job, cause they suck at this one.

    Self checkout line to produce. 12 items or less into the clothes and 1 regular lane open line to self checkout. I asked the 2 Walmart employees standing around talking if someone could call a manager to open more lane. She said we have to talk about what to do. Used to be a good store now they just don't care. Take a good walk around the entire store. Horribly stocked, merchandise stacked in isle. People everywhere standing around doing nothing. If ask someone a question they say I don't know. The only reason I gave a 2 and not 1 was because of the only full service cashier working Arlien. She is polite and fast and obviously cares. Unlike the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK.

    Never enough cashiers.. always crowded and you can't check out in the garden center anymore... we were instructed to go all the way to the front of the store when all we needed was a bag of soil and a planting pot... super inconvenient.

    I cant leave zero stars, unfortunately. This is the last time I will be shopping pickup at this Walmart. EVERY time I have had a bad experience. EVERY TIME! After the last review I was surprised to get a call to receive an apology for the inconvenience. But that means nothing having my time wasted. I decided to try one more time. This time I sent my husband who sat for over an hour waiting for the order watching people before and after him get their orders. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, I was told people were sent home, or at lunch, and they're under staffed, and orders do not come out when it's raining. (It wasn't raining because, as stated, other people were getting their orders) Basically, all excuses, no solutions. It's evident employees do not care about customers or their store. When shopping inside I find things often stocked incorrectly and poorly so I have to look for the items where it does NOT belong to find it. I will either shop at Aldi or another Walmart further from my house to avoid aggravation. I called customer service because there were issues with the app and couldn't leave a review. Got a gift card worth less than an hour of their work. Not enough for the hours spent waiting and forgotten in the parking lot.

    This store is perhaps the worst Walmart customer service wise I’ve ever visited. Multiple departments offer no customer service and a simple return takes in excess of 20 minutes every single time! The store managers and leads do not care about customer service and it shows in their leadership to downstream employees who act with limited to no customer care. This retailer does not deserve your business and it will not be receiving my family’s any longer.

    WALMART ESTERO, FL ........WALMART+ DELIVERY 30-DAY TRIAL I was hoping for an excellent experience and signed up for a year's service of grocery delivery. I picked the early morning delivery time of between 8-9. I received one email saying the delivery would be delayed and they'd email when it's on the way. I am a patient person; fine. It is now almost 6pm and there has been no communication or updates and I have no idea what they're doing with my order. I tried to call the store and after multiple rings it went to music but no one ever answered. I then called the number on the grocery pickup sign and that went straight to a voicemail that said the box was full. I made contact with the online phone help and they attempted to call the store to find out about my order and no one answered. My patience has finally run out. Is there any management at this store that knows what is going on and cares? It seems not. To advertise a new service and then not fulfill it makes a very poor impression. I guess I should've know that afterall....this is Walmart....and that is what you can expect. I hate this store.

    What a wonderful preserve that is a little off the beaten trail. Many things to see and do including a beehive, turtles, and various wildlife. There are several trails some a very short distance to medium distance. Dress appropriately as there is some poison ivy. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

    I love this WalMart since it’s my closest to home but as of lately the management has been very absurd with the following around and at self checkout when you put something aside to see if you may not have enough to purchase (no different than being in regular checkout) but by the time I turn around to ask for help or to give the item or items to the cashiers, they’re all staring at you waiting to see if you’ll steal it! Now I understand the way that the economy is these days that people are getting bolder but the time wasted watching a regular purchase items in the same area there’s someone else that’s getting away with actually taking something from the store

    I heard an employee who’s been working at Walmart YEARS being belittled by the STORE MANAGER!!!! If you can’t handle the holiday stress QUIT!!! Or make better Day to Day PLANS!! Don’t take out your stress on your staff that are trying to make it though the holidays too!!! I have met many employees at this Walmart who actually LOVE working there and if you’re not one QUIT!!! I’m sure many of the employees are qualified for your position! And they won’t take a vacation during the holidays! If Walmart wants to contact me I’d be happy to give names, I know them 😉

    I visited the Walmart center today to pick up a few things. I was a little disappointed today because unlike other visits to the store, this time it didn't smell clean. It smelled sour in the meat department and again in the pharmaceutical department. I realize that getting staff is tough these days and it is a busy time of the year but someone needs to correct that.

    3 stars is being generous. Their employees need better training. No excuse for poor service. Don't try to buy a gift card....what a fiasco. I felt bad for our cashier. She was trying so hard and we told her not to worry it was okay. One of our bags was left behind due to the gîft card problem. Even a manager couldn't fix it. And NO ONE answers the phone. In 3 hours no one picked up the phone. I won't be going back anytime soon after I pick up my missing bag.

    Boy oh boy is this Walmart rough. Had to grab a couple things with the wife for a Halloween party we’re entertaining tonight. The shopping was fine, then the wife brought up that I had lottery tickets I should cash in. Great idea honey I said… until it took customer service 10 minutes and 41 seconds (I timed it) for someone to help the young lady cash in my tickets. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed here, and it won’t be the last since it’s the only Walmart nearby.

    I ordered cupcakes from the Estero Walmart. The lady who decorates cakes, etc is AMAZING! I was unsure of what I wanted and she pulled up Pinterest to find ideas. She did NOT disappoint!! The cupcakes looked so much better than I imagined, were delicious, fresh and the price was unbeatable! My party guests were amazed! I will be ordering all my party goods from this bakery from now on!

    Horrible experience. Cashier disappeared for 5-10 minutes. She came back and made the elderly lady in front of me bag her own items, only because she wanted to use her reusable bags. Complete disrespect and honestly astounded this even happened.

    Always willing to travel to this location because it is beautifully maintained, clean and inviting. The Naples locations seem dirty, disorganized, cluttered and no sense of pride in management and staff. Parking lots are always filled with carts and just not a pleasant or inviting place to shop. When I must go to Walmart, I travel north from Naples to Estero and this location.

    Just a quick trip to Walmart to grab a few things planned on being in and out as usual a few other things caught my eye even though I already had a list. Overall the Walmart shopping experience is quick and easy even in some of the very larger stores there is one obvious drawback. I guess it's quite obvious and not just at the Florida store I most recently visited but the checkout lines are slow and very long even with the self checkout line looking like an amusement park ride queue waiting for people to get out. Oh well I guess everyone needs more conscientious capable employees and Walmart is no exception at least at the checkout lines.

    Was looking for a toilet plunger and couldn’t find one to save my life. I also couldn’t find an employee anywhere. When I finally did, they redirected me to the same bathroom products aisle I’d been up and down 5 times already. Then another employee got involved and told me to look at the complete opposite end of the store, where I found the last two and took them both. When I checked out, the price of one was $7 more than the sign said. The employee helping with the self-service check out just shrugged her shoulders. I wasn’t going to go all the way back to take a picture to prove the price to her, nor should I have to, so I paid my money and left angry and frustrated.

    It was not well stocked. There's never anything in departments to assist. The greeter doesn't greet. The coinstar machine failed do an unknown reason. Elizabeth showed up quickly and fixed the problem. Our cashier, Tammy, was very friendly and patient.

    Wow is super clean! I can find everything I need couple guys were very nice and help me with a couple questions only one thing…where are the cashiers??? Long lines for pay and only 11 and number 12 were open unbelievable

    I must be spoiled by our local Walmart in comparison to this Walmart. They didn't appear to be very busy but the checkout lanes were SSLLOOWW and long. I waited 35 minutes in the express lane. Had it not been for something that my elderly parents needed, I would have walked out within 10 minutes. 1 star for being open 1 star for having the product.

    This walmart has gone to he11. Theres usually only 1 or 2 cashiers, and the self checkout area. Without being open 24 hours anymore, the store is so packed with people and stock in the aisles you can barely get around there as they stock during business hours. Was a much better experience when they were open 24 hours, the shelves were better stocked and the stores were less crowded then. The shelves are often empty and the employees are rude. Always on their cell phone. You ask them a question and they say I don't know or act like they don't understand English. The other day I ended up going into Target instead despite the 15 min drive vs 4 min drive to walmart and it was such a better experience. No crowds of people, no long lines, plenty of cashiers, fully stocked shelves, friendly employees. Definitely worth the extra 22 minutes total of driving and few extra dollars spent to shop at target. Will be steering clear from shopping at walmart.

    Always have a good shopping experience. The associates are friendly and helpful. They nearly always have everything that I need. If there is something wrong with an item or it just needs returning... they are courteous and helpful. The garden center carries the same brands (plants and other items) usually at a lower price... but always in better condition! Really appreciate Walmart as my go to place.
