I been wanting to redesign my engagement ring for awhile but didn’t know what to do. When I went into Silver City I loved all their jewelry and everyone was so helpful and friendly. With Monica’s guidance and patience she helped me design the perfect ring. She really cared about making me completely satisfied and happy. I love my new ring and definitely will be going back to buy some of her beautifully designed jewelry.

I was referred by a few other businesses to see George about my newly purchased completely scratched up used Rolex Submariner, when I arrived I was greeted by the most personable young lady Debra who must be psychic because she knew exactly my style in Silver and presented and sold me a fabulous necklace and offered to clean my old one! When George arrived he took my watch that was all scratched up and spent like 2 hours in the back with it when he returned he handed me the watch and I thought is this mine because he made it look brand spanking new! Then he informed me it kept perfect time and that I had a very sought after model 116610LN and told me everything I didn’t know about it. If your looking for someone to work on an expensive watch George is hands down the best in he business and doesn’t cut any corners and treats every customer as though they are family. A charming shop with a wonderful staff! We’ve had custom pieces made and have purchased items out of the case as well. I just got back from picking up a ring that needed to be repaired- a moonstone, my engagement ring. I had lost the stone, found it almost two years later and brought the pieces in. Tesa has it looking new, and I’m so happy to have it on my hand again. Even though it isn’t a high dollar value gemstone, they treated it just as if it were; even polished the band!

I love the jewelry at Silver City Sarasota, and I love the ladies that own and work there even MORE! The first piece of jewelry I bought from the store was a beautiful blue lab opal silver ring that I found during the Siesta Key Sandcastle Competition a few years ago. I also purchased a beautiful and unique silver bar ring (pictured) and I have received so many compliments on it. The best pieces, by far, that I have from Silver City Sarasota is my engagement ring and wedding band. My husband worked directly with Monica and she helped him to create the most beautiful and perfect ring! When it was time for our wedding at the end of last year, she also created the most perfect wedding band to match my ring. We couldn't have envisioned a more beautiful ring and band. Monica is the absolute best!

This team was amazing! Stupid me, jumped into a pool with a vintage Tiffany watch my mother gifted me. I was so upset. I went to Silver City and Tesa, the watch specialist, was able to get all of the water out in 5 minutes! They were so friendly and truly lifesavers. Monica and everyone at Silver City Sarasota is an absolute pleasure to work with and have the most beautiful jewelry design! Monica helped us design my beautiful and unique sapphire engagement ring exactly the way I imagined! She then worked with us to create a custom-fit wedding band that beautifully fits around the engagement ring. She seamlessly sized my rings down after I felt like it was too loose and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She also custom-designed my husband's wedding band with a mix of white and yellow gold. She has the best eye for jewelry design and I will forever recommend that everyone visit her store!

I've been using Monica and George for 9 years now to service my pain in the butt watches lol. They are so amazing always upfront with me on what needs to be done or fixed and they always come through. Prices are so awesome like I said 9yrs I haven't found another Jelwer that can work on these watches. Everytime I bring them in Monica's like George will call you Mark if he can't do it. I've got 1 call from George in 9yrs and it's because the band was so filled with salt he just couldn't possibly get new pins put in band. Lol it was destroyed I was just hoping because he so awesome. Anyways if you need any jewelry worked on or something custom made I highly recommend you call silver city and talk to Monica she will get you taken care of and communicate with you through the whole process. Just recently had a pendent changed from yellow gold to white gold for my girlfriend. Monica was on phone with me about price, time frame everything. They are such just awesome ppl. I am beyond 5 star satisfied with the work George did on my silver necklace. It was a bit complicated and we went back and forth discussing the best way to expand this intricate piece and he came up with the best solution possible which was to recreate the link design. In addition, the store is packed full of absolutely lovely silver and gold jewelry. For anyone who loves jewelry like I do, it is impossible to walk out without buying something. I suggest stopping by on your next trip to Siesta Key.

I recently had my wedding ring cut off due to having forced it over my finger and getting stuck. I took it into Monica at Silver City. She is so amazing and found a new and better setting for my original diamond. She also found another matching diamond for a lost diamond earring. I am so happy with the results, customer service, and price. I give Silver City 5+ stars and a high recommendation!!

They worked with both my daughters to find them the exact same charm (moon) but in chains they loved. Assisted my bonus child to find a chain and cross... Then went the extra mile to switch out the clasp to something he could close with his large hands. But the best piece was finding my commitment ring, a Siesta Key watercolor stone. We've been looking for a stone that matches my eyes (blue at times, green others). We'd recommend Silver City Sarasota... 5 stars for sure

Such a cool place and everyone was so nice, absolutely love my siesta key watercolor stone I've never seen anything like it and as someone whos vacationed here my whole life I love having a piece of siesta key to take home. Overall had an amazing experience and will definitely stop in again.
