All basic amenities are nearby so you don't have go so far. Cozy bedroom, neat and clean bathrooms. Must visit, KM 45 is too good

Good place, rooms were good. Affordable too Perfect location as you don't have to travel much for beaches & churches. Everything is close to this location.

Had been to KM 42. This time would like to try KM 45. Last time KM 42 we stayed for 5 Nights and it was value for money

My children enjoyed the cozy swimming pool. Great Ambience. Definitely will go next time again.

It was overall a nice experience and the place is located at very awesome point. Quiet, clean, walking distance to Anjuna beach (a kilometre 😅) and surrounded buy food trucks, shops, apartments and supermarket. Close to Anjuna and Vagator. Owner is very polite and never disturbed us. (And we didn't disturb them too 😃) Affordable. Right besides Oxford Arcade supermarket. Parking space is limited inside but you can always park on road and there is enough parking space there. Somethings that can be improved. 1. Water pressure is very low. 2. Housekeeping can be a little better. 3. Washing clothes is not allowed or expected to avoid. 4. Some basic things such as mirror, cloth hanger, cloth drying should be included. Overall, a sweet place to stay! 🌟

The person who owns this place is a very nice man who made our stay very comfortable. Its located very close to anjuna beach and place is also very decent. We were 6 people who were staying in one huge room and there was no problem at all. Hot water and electricity was always available. There are lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Even the two wheeler rent is available nearby

Decent and budget stay. Not to expect more than a clean place to refresh, relax, sleep and move on. Since we are going to spend most of the time outdoors, exploring the beaches and attractions of Goa, this place fits in to cater our resting needs. The place is quiet and provides a homely atmosphere with garden and surroundings. It is also close to Vagator and Anjuna beaches. It is run by a courteous elderly couple who will be more than happy to assist your needs.

It's okay for the price. Owner is friendly. He allowed us to check in early because the room was vacant. Drinking water was not available there all the time and too much mosquitoes during night. Best thing is we can go to all the beaches nearby from here and one super market is just next to the compound from there we can buy liquor at cheap rate.

It's quite good. but faced some problems of bathroom and toilet for 6 people's room. Other than environment is good to spend some time with friends. Owners behaviour is so simple and helpful. I would like to recommend to other visitors who what to have Goa plan they can go this guest house and stay.
