Everything is good about this place, even the place is maintained very properly. Very clean Only people working there don't have a cafeteria to sit together and eat. I saw people sitting on stairs and eating.

Not a proper organized corporate area.

Nice and clean building. Difficult to fond parking outside. Still worse is the awful raw sewage smell and puddles of it across the roads.

The bldg is very classy but when there is high tide the water comes on the road from the rivulets flowing behind the bldg as a result when people park their cars its difficult for the driver/ passenger to get inside the car due to the water collected on the road at the main entrance as the level of the road is low. That a main concern otherwise the builders have provided underground parking nice lifts the bldg are very well maintained lovely washrooms at each levels. Excellent work by the buider/developers . Offices are of different sizes as per your choice.

Beautiful construction. Very airy with courtyard. Separate restrooms for ladies and gents, clean and hygenically maintained. Positive vibrations all around. Perfect for a office.

Beautifully constructed. My friend's office is here and I sometimes use the excuse to roam around in there and just admire the aesthetics of the place. At night specially when they turn on all the lights it looks really marvellous, both inside and from out.

Nicely laid out building, spacious and planned well among the clustered or congested buildings in Patto plaza, only rare thing in monsoons basement parking floods

Nice maintained commercial building

A commercial centre where lawyers, doctors etc have taken space, I went to an Audiologist in this building.

Came here for the issuance of Schengen visa. Staff was very hospitable. Very systematic and comfortable processing. Courteous and friendly environment.

Visited the VFS office here. There is no waiting room or lounge anywhere in the building. It gets really hot in the day due to the transparent roofing. Each floor has a wash room.

Mostly office space rented to various business. Clean and well maintained easily reachable

Very modern city like ambience which is not expected in Goa. Really feels empty inside and lacks ventilation. Many good offices in the complex though.

Business area. Expensive rental office spaces. High maintenance charges foe office owners.
