Checkup and cleanliness is better but their management needs to learn importance of time. You'll need half of a day to get a checkup. There is a store in the third floor that gives the worst service ever. They are clever enough to convince you to purchase their average products at a much higher rate and if you get any issue with the specs they won't provide any further service. I never recommend this place. There are lots of other better optical solutions around in Guwahati. Don't fall in the trap of 5 star rating.

Today is the 24th, June/2023, 4:51pm. I visited the hospital at around 12:12pm. Its been around 5hours and I am yet to see the doctor. The staff takes patients for fools making the file move around floor to floor for no apparent reason after charging consultation fee. Moreover, the question of how long it might take to see the doctor, is met with vague reply or sometimes no reply at all. The concept of value of time has no meaning at this hospital. This hospital is best only if you wish to waste time. Just visit the hospital and see hours of your life vanish into nothingness. Wish to end the review on a high note- Kindly treat your patients better and value our time as do you our money.

Worst.. I won’t recommend they just make you run from floor to floor.. no proper service.. Doctor was missing for last 3 hours and when asked they replied he is having lunch… I don’t think it take anybody to have lunch for 3 hours even when you are carrying lunch box at workplace... One should value time and patient.. one who doesn’t value their patient is not a good Doctor.. So, I will definitely not recommend anyone.. Yes if you have free time and can wait for 6 hours than you could visit…

I really liked the service... Doctors- Very qualified and behaviour is very much appreciated. They are concerned about the patient. And even listen to the patient what patient is exactly facing problem or what they are wanting... And clarifies all the doubts of a patient. Treatment- Satisfied so far. Ambience - Neat and clean and very spacious Staff- good behaviour and helpful Councelling cell- staff of councelling cell is really helpful Washroom- Clean and separate washrooms for males and females. I must add one thing the process to meet a consultant is quite long... Its bit time taking cz they used to go for different types of tests before meeting the doctor... So sometimes it is bit difficult for elderly people or the people coming from far places, which I exactly faced... Otherwise all's good...

Good option for eye relates issues and nice and friendly staff with a economic visiting charge @Rs.350/-

Situated at paltanbazaar. Don't know what to say. I visited here around 15 days back for a stye problem In my eye... Although the staff is decent, I didn't found the treatment much effective. I am still suffering from the disease. I think the ASG ppl are more interested in selling glasses rather than normal treatment.

Banamali das is my father he was operated in ASG Eye Hospital (cataract operation). He is now in proper and well condition. And can see properly. It was a good procedure and the maintenance is really well. I would recommend other fellow patients to visit this hospital.

Doctor was cool and explained everything well. But to reach doctor i need to spend approx 6 hours. Approx 1 pm i entered and 7pm approx i was free. If u have plenty of time then its good. If u r have one or two hours, this place is not for u. Really exhausted.

Staffs of ASG Eye Care, Paltan Bazar are very helpful and cordial. They are friendly and guides you in each step. Will highly recommend this place for eye treatment in Guwahati. The service is pretty good. The hospital staff are also very friendly and the cleanliness is maintained properly. However, I faced 3 problems. First being that you have to wait for long hours. Secondly, the billing took too much time. Had to take the bill the next day. Thirdly, the patient for cataract operation was sent out of the OT, after being called inside, without stating the reason. We had to wait another 35-40 mins before the patient was called for the operation again.

Hi! Good morning, Not happy with the eye check up/testing done. Despite telling the technician and the doctor that I am having issues with the present lens power borh near and far visions.. seems I was prescribed the same near vision lens power! And now I facing the same problem after getting a new lens! Absolutely unprofessional and lackadaisical treatment of clients.

Don't make the mistake of ordering specs from them as the quality is worst. We ordered a specs for our daughter at a cost of Rs 7000/- and the frame gave away after using it for just around 2 months.. Have to again order a new specs for our daughter as stays in hostel and cannot come here to replace it. What's the use if they cannot asure the quality of product they are supplying even after spending Rs 7000/- for an specs.
