We came through after Worlds of Fun and there was a line. I was very happy with how fast the line went through. The order before us was over $100 so it was going to take a minute. The guy taking our order was patient with us, joked around with us which created a happy experience. Our order was $70 and they got it out very quickly and all accurate. Only one complaint. Need more meat on the tacos.

Nice Taco Bell. Was here on my lunch hour while I was receiving training on engines at the local Cummins engine service center. Employees very friendly and apologetic food was very good and made on time and to order and very good! Only reason I gave four stars was they had no fire hot sauce and the bathrooms were lacking in supplies. The employees mentioned they had to wait on a supply truck that hadn't come in and that's why they didn't have the hot sauces and the bathrooms in order it was also they seemed very understaffed but the employees were very friendly despite these hold backs and I would recommend this place if you like Taco Bell in northeast Kansas City Missouri. If you want to come to this Taco Bell I recommended highly for fast Mexican food burritos typical Taco Bell Fair beans burritos Mexican type fast food.

They did a great job. Had an issue and took the time out of the day to call a supervisor and get it resolved. Thanks Laura!

Kids/teens love eating here. The atmosphere is chill inside. The employees are mostly friendly. Service is always slower than other fast food options.

Unprofessional and lazy, waited in the drive through and they didn't acknowledge us as they were open and did not want to do what the heck they were paid to GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! these people are lazy!

After driving for 15 hours, when we got to our hotel, my autistic son demanded Taco Bell. This location is supposedly open till midnight - I got there at 11:50. The restaurant lights were off, but a car was in the drive-thru and he was placing an order. When he pulled forward (at 11:51), I pulled up to the menu board. At this point, all of the outside lights went out. Although the menu board stayed on, I sat there for 5 minutes with no response. Horrible!

Soft Taco came with no cheese. Chicken quesadilla didn't even have one piece of chicken, just sauce and cheese. Soda was short on syrup and was practically soda water. Asked for two different sauces and received none. Terrible quality all around.

Last time I was there, I waited in the drive thru so they gave free coupon for a taco. Today I tried to use it when I remembered I had it when I got out of my wallet. The girl at the window then asked me if I told them about my coupon when I ordered. I said no and she said next time you need to tell us at the speaker instead of the window. So you guys gave me a coupon to make up for a long wait and today I get attitude for trying to use the coupon. Sad
