Edit: My new favorite go-to spot! I have been here 3 times already since I first came here. I got my Thanksgiving, xmas and New Years Nails here :) Went here since I had a mailer for it to try a new spot since I moved here recently. Very clean and nice looking place. Massage was excellent and loved my Gel X. Reasonably priced.

I got my nails done today with Jill and she was AMAZING!!! She was so friendly and detail oriented when it came to the shape and style. It was such a relaxing experience and the hand massage at the end was the cherry on top! 10/10 recommend, definitely will be going back!

Everytime I come it’s always a 10/10 experience! Chelsie is amazing and detailed she takes her time to ensure your nails look great! Salon is great- environment is very relaxed. Overall everyone is super friendly. My favorite salon to come to!

Beware. Technicians intentionally cut your cuticles into oblivion, and when you drop a review and request a refund for such abhorrent service, they'll bribe you to remove your honest review first before issuing a refund. Contacted my bank and filed a dispute instead. People deserve to know the truth, and my honest reviews are not for sale.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! Went for a walk-in appointment not knowing what to expect with two other women - and we all got the best manicures we’ve ever gotten, for the best price too. I got powder dip acrylics with a design - and they turned out perfect, I just had to show a picture of what I wanted. Another person I came with got a beautiful powder dip manicure, and another an awesome regular gel manicure. Everyone was incredibly happy with how thier nails turned out. The place is also beautiful, clean, and the staff super nice and caring. Would 10/10 recommend.

I went to Crystal Spa for a gel pedi before heading on vacation. I had a great experience and won’t go anywhere else. Everyone was pleasant and professional and I was in and out quickly. You get great value for your money as well and my pedi has held up after traipsing through sand and shells in the Caribbean sea <3

Love my pretty nails! I really recommend this nail salon. I think it’s the best nail salon in DMV area. They have really good environment and service. You can take a rest with soft music and get beautiful nails. 💖

I called to get my nails done on Wednesday & asked for Jill. I was told she is not in & would be in the following day. So I made an appointment with Tina for 4:30. I arrived at 4:15 letting them know that I had an appointment with Tina and was told to have a seat. Tina did not do my nails, it ended up being Jill who I was told was not there. She did my gel fill & a chrome design taking about 2h. I paid $85 for this set, by the time I made it home, my design was already peeling. I honestly would just like a refund for the design ($30) being that it didn’t even last 6h. The fill was fine but there is no reason why it should be peeling that fast. She put a white base under the chrome and that is all I see beneath the design on every finger. I’ve had chrome designs done at another salon that lasted 3+ weeks. For the amount I spent. This is pretty ridiculous

I visited Crystal Nail Spa with my friends during Memorial Day weekend. They have a wide range of gel colors, we had a great time getting all of our manicures and pedicure done, and they were all very patient in helping us pick out colors individually. I was so happy to try on beautiful colors I've not seen before in the area.

The staff is super kind but I didn’t have the best experience with their work.The pedicure I got didn’t even last an hour :/ I was there for over 2 hours so I had assumed it would’ve dried but as soon as I got home and looked down, the polish is already coming off. The gel x nails look super bulky. Wish I could get a refund, Would not recommend you come here !

This an awesome nail salon, actually don’t even smell like a nail salon😊! It’s super clean, and they did a great job 👏🏼. My daughter and I had Pedicures, and my daughter did Gel design with QiQi. She loved it, and her nails looked so pretty! Most of all, they are carefully with their work, won’t buff too much, try to protect the natural nails. Will take some pictures next time. Highly recommend, their nail design are amazing!

Crystal Nail is such a hidden little gem. Aside from the convenient location, text to book, and exceptionally clean salon, the staff is incredible. I've had my nails done both by KiKi and Jill most recently. She gave me such a fun halloween set. She took the time to make sure the shape was exactly what I wanted and that I was happy with the results. I have never gotten so many compliments on a manicure. Will absolutely be back.

This is truthfully the best nail salon I’ve been to. All of the technicians here are skilled and thoughtful. They take their time to make sure your nails are properly prepped and prioritize your comfort, not to mention that the prices are insanely good for the work they do. They have the service quality of a private nail tech without the high price.

I followed Jill to the nail salon having been her client years ago. The space is new, bright and fresh/clean and everyone is very nice. Jill gives an amazing manicure and pedicure. She is very attentive and skilled at her job. She is a pleasure and I highly recommend her service!! 5 stars!

Ms. Jill did a BEAUTIFUL job with my birthday nails!! I am in love with them! I asked her to mix two different concept pictures and this was the final piece, 10/10 would recommend & very detail oriented! Thank you again!!

I've been there twice already and would say it is my favourite nail salon! The customer service was great. I was offered a beverage, they made me feel relaxed and in itself felt like a therapy session. A very lovely environment!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! They can literally do anything you want!! We walked in all 6 of us girls and they were ready to take us on! They are very fast and worth every penny.
