My
recent
experience
with
Ulta’s
buy
online,
pick
up
in-store
service
left
me
extremely
dissatisfied.
I
want
to
start
by
acknowledging
the
helpfulness
of
the
girl
at
the
checkout
counter,
who
did
her
best
to
assist
me.
However,
several
other
aspects
of
my
experience
with
this
store
were
deeply
disappointing.
Firstly,
my
order
was
missing
items.
This
was
frustrating
as
I
had
already
made
the
purchase
online
and
expected
all
items
to
be
readily
available
for
pickup.
The
missing
items
added
an
unnecessary
inconvenience
to
my
shopping
experience.
What
truly
soured
my
experience
was
the
phone
call
I
made
to
voice
my
concerns
about
the
missing
items.
I
encountered
a
very
rude
person
on
the
other
end
of
the
line.
Their
dismissive
and
unhelpful
attitude
was
completely
unwarranted
and
made
me
question
whether
I’d
ever
want
to
step
foot
in
that
store
again.
Additionally,
I
found
Ulta’s
fragrance
display
at
this
location
to
be
quite
inconvenient.
While
I
understand
the
need
to
prevent
shoplifting,
the
fact
that
all
fragrances
were
hidden
behind
glass
with
no
testers
took
away
from
the
shopping
experience
for
paying
customers.
It’s
important
for
customers
to
be
able
to
sample
fragrances
before
making
a
purchase
decision.
The
terrible
customer
service
experience
encountered
at
this
store
made
me
appreciate
Sephora
that
much
more.
