Came here twice over the summer, each time in the month of August. Each time they didn’t have water or Gatorade, which is fine since life isn’t perfect. However, rather than just letting me swap it for some other comparable drink in the fridge, the manager tried to get me to call the app for a refund (there is no way to do it on the app itself). When I asked why I couldn’t just swap something else, I was told it would screw up their inventory (as if I or my thirsty kids in the car care, and wasn’t inventory mismanagement what caused this in the first place)? Anyway, the lack of an accountable manager and the lack of a drive thru will cause me to permanently skip this Dunkin.

No coffee milk no cold foam on coffee milk but that's a weird thing snd otherwise great time so I'm happy.

Very nice. It's a standard DD but it's the whole package that makes it nice. 2023 update. Disappointing. My coffee came with a whole lot of grounds. Egg and cheese sandwiches were meh. Hopefully an off day.

Donuts were stale, ordered a large frozen coffee and it was liquid not frozen at all. Didn’t want to make me a new one. 0/10

The workers are always polite and smiling. My favorite dunkin.

The team that runs this Dunkin is super fast and they provide good service. The negative is that the bathroom was filthy! It was a Saturday morning at 10am, and it was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned in a few days. You can see where the food it prepared, and that looked clean, so maybe this is not a judgement on the whole place. Also, it was interesting that we did not get a receipt, so we could not take their survey to report this.
