Talk to a rep about boots. Said I'd be in to try them on. Get here and they want me to have unworn socks or pay $30 for socks to try on a boot....wanted to spend $400 on boots but you need me to spend more money on Socks? Gladly bring my business else where

Similar problem as others - I told the girl working there that my daughter wouldn’t complain if she didn’t mean it - but she was so rude and couldn’t be bothered to spend another minute doing her job. She was far more interested with being the mask police for every customer that came in. They put my child in boots that were too small - wound up having to rent boots and skis on the mountain. I also agree with the rude staff comments, and the Covid restrictions are costing them business - even though they are gouging everyone with their “sock rule”. I’ve had enough of the rudeness from the staff here.

I have been a client for almost two years now. I got my skis and boots there. I also bought ski boots for both my girlfriend and her daughter. All salespeople there are extremely knowledgeable and nice. They're not pushy at all. It's always a pleasure to chat with the owner of the store -- Gary. It's a great small local businesses which cares for it's customers -- they helped multiple times my step daughter to adjust properly her boots. We'll be loyal customers.

If you like over priced stores with rude staff, this is the place for you. They’ll charge you top dollar to rent, then nickel and dime you when you return on top of expecting you to feel grateful they gave you the time of day. Well Anderson’s, enjoy the $40 I gave you today because it’s the last you’ll ever get from me.

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been doing business at Andersons since day one. they have never disappointed me. I am a commercial diver and would not go anywhere else for my diving needs. with everything from equipment maintenance, air fills, and new equipment , they are very competitive in their pricing and there knowledge is second to none.

You won't have a better experience if you are looking for ski or snowboard gear. The staff/owners are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been skiing since I was 3 and still learn something every time I go. They also have the best gear!!

Purchased boots, skis, and bindings from Andersons. Would highly suggest not allowing their techs to touch your skis. I ripped out my bindings 30 days in, most likely because they did not use glue when mounting my bindings. Additionally, they did not mount them at the location I requested. Very scary moment on the hill and had it been under different circumstances, I would have gotten seriously injured. Find a different shop for any services and go online for any goods.

Expert staff and the only place I bring my skis for service and tuning. Excellent spot for boot fitting and finding the right gear. Great selection of gear too. The staff will always work with you to make sure you get what's best for you.
