Depending on who you get serving you is whether it will be good or not, everytime I come in and get one of the Indian staff there is always errors or they make you question weather you should eat the food or not ( a Indian guy found something on the bread pulled a gross face and pulled it off then wiped it on his shirt and went back to preparing the meal with the same glove and bread he also had the sandwich touching his shirt where he wiped his hand, and looked at me while he did it and quickly looked down ) we have also had food with hair riddled in it (chicken teriyaki 2x footlong my daughter and I both hand multiple bits of hair we both got disgusted and threw it out) it use to be really good but now everything is just yuck, I refuse to eat at this store if anyone asks if I want subway.

KEEP DRIVING! This Subway changed hands fairly recently and since the new owners have taken over the quantity and quality of the food has really suffered. Once you could look forward to the typical Subway bursting at the seams sandwich...now you get a squishy looking roll with some mediocre meat and a sprinkling of tired looking salad at best! Do yourself a favour and drive on through to the Subway in Redcliffe or North Lakes!

I bought a wrap on the 2/8/23 and was served by Jass. He has served me a few time and he is always pleasant and friendly. He always gets my order right. I have been going to this store for years and it is now starting to look grubby.

02/6/23 I ordered meat ball sub online I go to pick up. I got served by an India man as I got a meal. I pointed to the recipient say going to grab my drink. He say yeah yeah. So I do. Then went walk out his carrying on like I'm stealing a drink. I go back to show recipient then he grabs my order which has. The docket tape to the bag. And started looking at it. Then he starts. Squeeze my bag. To make sure a 600 ml not in there I said. Hay mate stop doing that to my food. Isn't rude. He starts saying NONONO. I said. Can U make it again. As I just. Struggle my meal. He says. No a 100 times. As I got my two year screaming 😱. I just grab my order and left. Then get. Home. There's not meat on my meat ball sub just 🥗 salad - 10 from me worst 22 bucks spent in my life

Great place! Come through every Wednesday and get the perfect order. Jass is an excellent employee, so friendly and never messes my order up.

Asked for a 6 inch, they cut it unevenly and gave me the smaller portion (was maybe 4 inches max) service was poor, had to repeat multiple things. $9.50 for a 4 inch sandwich, absolutely pathetic. New owners have run this store down completely, go to another location trust me!

I am very happy with the service and quality of food of this store. Went there multiple times and always enjoyed the food and friendliness of staff. Highly recommended

I am a regular customer and both the food quality and service is of the highest of quality and they make me feel very welcome every time I am there.
