    A place for ALL people of ALL fitness levels!!! What a fantastic fitness family that I am so blessed to be a part of - Mark and Adele have created a supportive environment with the most caring , dedicated and passionate team of trainers that encourage you physically and mentally - so proud to be supporting a local family business that supports me!

    Definitely the go to place if you want to keep fit! The Knight fitness team are a great bunch! Try out their 6 weeks challenge and get great support from the coaches. Great loyal following!

    The 6 week challenge is 100% value for money and guaranteed results. I’ve lost 12kg in 4 weeks with 2 weeks to go in the challenge! The coaches are very approachable and with you every step of the way through the challenge. Their support is second to none! The group workouts in the men’s club also keep you motivated and we push each other through the workouts to push through the pain and achieve results. Highly recommend to anyone looking to better improve themselves.

    Just completed the 6 week challenge with great results. I managed to put on 2.5kg of muscle while dropping almost 1kg of body fat with the help of Chase who provided support through the 6 weeks, not bad for a 53 year old bloke. Not gonna lie, you need to put the effort in to get the rewards and I'm not a novice gym goer but I did have an illness that left me with sever nerve damage and I used Knight to help rebuild a broken bod. The trainers who do the Men's Club are great motivators, big shout out to Galli, Keri (hope the leg gets better quickly), Zac and Jake who guide you through each session. I've been to a lot of gyms but Knight is one that really has a great sense of community with no judgement and people there who really do want to see you succeed and give you the tools to achieve your goals.

    Top place to work out. The trainers are fantastic and are happy to be as flexible as required. They take the time to warm you up, ask about any injuries or niggles and adapt your work out accordingly. I have only met lovely people both trainers and fellow gym users. Would definitely recommend highly for anyone at any level of fitness.

    I’ve been going to Knight Fitness for over a year now, I started on the 6 week challenge and seen incredible results. The trainers at Knight Fitness are always welcoming, they’re extremely passionate and encouraging! The atmosphere is like we’re one big family encouraging each other to strive for the best results! The trainers are always looking out for the members when it comes goals, form, and diet and more! They’re considerate and helpful when it comes to injuries and are needing to change up the exercise to accomodate but to also keep you on track for your goals. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore it is the BEST!!

    I joined knight fitness just before Christmas and it was just what I needed. Since having two babies in 3 years it was time to get my body back. The classes are fantastic and the coaches are so supportive. If your thinking of joining you won’t be disappointed ☺️

    I have been a part of Knight Fitness for almost 6 years now. I started at Knights looking for a great place for group fitness and I haven't looked back. I have seen great results in my fitness journey and made some great friends along the way. As well Knight Fitness is more than a gym its a community. The trainers are encouraging and your biggest cheerleaders. They genuinely want to see you meet your goals. Knights is for all fitness levels, you won't regret coming and giving them a try.

    6 weeks challenge is a 100% value for money program with guaranteed results. I lost 5kg in the 6 weeks challenge and decided to continue my membership. I was very happy to see my before and after pictures. The coaches are very professional and approachable, boot camps are personalized and easy to follow with support from the coaches. They keep you motivated from day one. Happy to recommend to anyone.

    Just completed a 6 week challenge at Knights Fitness! Special thank you to my coach Jarrod! I couldn't have asked for a more supportive coach, who encouraged me and helped guide me throughout this journey. Cheyenne was phenomenal and is an asset to Knights Fitness, I truly appreciated her input throughout our sessions and the push she gave me to keep me focussed on getting the hang of those RDL's! Thank you so much to the whole team, what I learnt in 6 weeks will continue to help me build a solid foundation for my lifestyle and I couldn't be more thankful to you all! A++++++ experience and 5 stars! If you're prepared to put in the work and stay consistent! than this is the place for you!

    Im now into my 4th year at Knight Fitness and I can say I still love it as much as I did when I walked through the doors. I had never been in a gym my entire life until I joined Knight Fitness so was unsure on what to expect. I was very happy that all the trainers were very welcoming and showed me exactly what to do and although it was hard work all the trainers pushed me and supported me to get me to were i am today. I've dropped over 30kg and maintained that over the years and a big part of that was thanks to Mark and the coaching staff and all the other great people I've met along the way at Knight Fitness.

    Can speak highly enough about the caliber of staff and coaches at Knight fitness, always available to assist you in your fitness journey, the team help you monitor your progress and provide feedback and tips to get the best out of your training. A great selection and mix of classes at numerous times that make it easy to start and continue training. Highly recommend Knight Fitness

    I love the non-gym feel with so many options from basic to high intensity classes! The coaches are amazing, very patient and encouraging (but not pushy)! Great place to start or to get back into exercise. :-)

    My fitness has improved incredibly since I started a 6 week challenge. The coaches support me every step of the way by showing me how to get better results and to work within my capabilities. It’s a great environment to workout in as the other members also are encouraging me too. Feeling comfortable and confident in myself helps me to come to my classes each day, knowing that I’m going to reach my goal fully supported by an incredible team🙏🎉🎉🎉

    I have been going to Knight Fitness for over 5 years. It is fantastic. Everyone is there to support one another and cheer on any achievements. There are no huge egos, just beautiful people. The trainers/coaches are always enthusiastic, knowledgeable and most important friendly and caring. It is not just a gym, it is a community!

    So im an older lady , 3 mths out of ACL surgery, needing to get motivated again, gyms not my idea of fun, so I signed up for the Knight Fitness 6 week program , so glad I did, there are so many different people doing there own journey but also happy to chat and say gidday , The program well what can I say im so much smarter about my food choices now than I ever have been. My fitness levels are coming back , im excited about my progress . Seeing kilos seep away the right way. My coach well without him I may have given up, he motivates you , he checks on you , he works your buns of , but so worth it , Keri's classes , his coaching , his motivational speeches are just what you need . Im so pleased that I signed up 6 weeks ago so pleaded that im staying on. Knight Fitness !! I highly recommend them and there program, the coaches awesome, the people become friends .     This gym is the bomb! Signed up for the 6 week challenge in the hope to shed a few kilos. I lost more than I thought I could in 6 weeks but also gained a great place to improve my fitness with great trainers and great people! The sessions fit perfectly for me as a shift worker and everyone is welcoming, helpful and friendly (even at 4:50am!). Their programs work if you are committed to them. I also love how they have social activities for friends and family! Definitely worth the time, money, sweat and gains!

    I have been a regular at Knight Fitness for nearly 2 years and I can honestly say I love it. Every session is different, challenging and most of all fun. The coaches all have their own individual training style and are all excellent at what they do. Knight Fitness is a friendly and welcoming community. Newcomers are always made to feel welcome and everyone encourages everyone else. We celebrate each other's achievements and spur each other on. There is no posing or judging here. It's a great gym, filled with great people, with great coaches. I would recommend Knight Fitness to anyone who wants to challenge themselves and be part of the Knight Army community.

    So friendly and welcoming, not only from my coach Jarrod, but all the instructors are happy to help and encourage the best in each client. I actually look forwards to training several times a week, and each work out is always different. Feeling so motivated, and part of a community.

    Very disappointing. Joined for a 6 week challenge. Got sick just before starting and as per health advice had to delay. When I was well no one would answer my calls. Finally got through and they said I could restart the trainer would contact me. But then again no one called to set it up. Gave up and just out the money. Wouldn't recommend.
