First of all its not about the hotel condition, its about the way the staffs manage the hotel. They cut off all electrical points except one bed side light and the fan after 10.30 pm, so there was no plug point available for mobile charging. Staffs behaved like "sir rehna hai to roho warna bhaad mai jao kela". I haven't seen such unprofessional staffs in any hotels other than hotels of north Lakhimpur. I stayed in three different hotels in here and found the behaviour of staffs of all the three hotels same. Even if you visit any resturant in Lakhimpur you will find the same behaviour from the staffs. So there is no other option available. The hotel condition is not that bad and location is also good. The food quality is avarage. But for breakfast they only serves puri and sabji and calls it buffet. Even there was no wash basin or drinking water available in the buffet area. I hope the owner of the hotel read some of the reviews of the hotel and take some steps to bring some professional staffs to manage the hotel.

Let me introduce you the first 3 star restaurant and hotel in the town Lakhimpur. It has both lodging and restaurant facility. It has 25 different sized rooms for a very modern and comfortable stay. Located in the prime location of the town. The hotel is adjacent to the public transport station. It has a parking facility in the basement and has a functional lift. It also has a multi- cusine restaurant in the 3rd floor. The ambience of the restaurant is very clean and big seating space and fully air conditioned. The best part is it has separate toiletries for ladies and gents. The behaviour of the staff is also very good. The food was delicious. However the pricing is a little high in comparison to the other nearby restaurants but being all the comforts on it can can be adjusted. Nice family restaurant to visit.

Service and receptionist are worst food is not good and price is high always they cut the current lift will not work below average hotel

Hotel property is nice as it is newly renovated, location is also prime situated at middle of market, coming to food I don’t like any meal even breakfast and tea are worst they should have really work on the fooding part else no one can stay there. In my perception people’s are staying here only because of property but if don’t serve/improve the meal I don’t think people would like to stay here. For stay purpose I do agree there is no other property like this in entire north Lakhimpur but for food service zero out of 5.

My review is solely based on the restaurant as I am a local and didn't stay at the hotel. The pictures uploaded along this review post are 2 years old whereas the review I'm writing is based on my experience recently. The quality of food has taken a serious hit and I'm very disappointed because I have been frequenting the restaurant for a couple of years now so I have a reference point to compare things. Almost all the restaurants in North Lakhimpur had serious problems with the quality of food served during the first few months after lockdown ended but most of these establishments have bounced back and how. The same, however, cannot be said about Living Hub. Immediate steps and measures need to be taken otherwise the people who frequent the restaurant will surely give up on it.

THE LOCATION IS GREAT. BUT THE FOODS.. SERVICES and the amenities provided are not useful as it should be. Because most their services staffs are not handling them well. So many of the amenities are either damaged or non functioning.

Good hotel to stay in Lakhimpur, situated in the heart of the city. Very spacious rooms at reasonable rates. The food in the dinner were good. Hotel management should give more importance to maintaining the rooms. Rooms could have been cleaner. Cash/card/UPI payment available. Parking is spacious also. Though I arrived late, I had a warm welcome. Complementary breakfast was also good

Lakhimpur is a place where fooding at night time is a very big challenge. Hotel and furniture is new but service is very poor. Kitchen and dinning closes before the due time. Lack of maintenance and poor management.

I regularly visit this hotel for my official purpose. Staff behaviour are good. Rooms are spacious but most of the rooms wardrobe are broken and very dirty. Sometime faced water supply problem and lift problem. I just stayed there for their staff behaviour.

Best part is only u wll get parking here... rest.... un comparable 3rd class service, no food delivery, electricity not available at night , full of dust rooms , toilets with all broken accessories... bills always unexpected until u checkout. No professionalism. I stay here only for parking for couple of times for business purpose. Unless never recommendable. Staffs hardly employed for 3 months. Every time new ppl in front desk.

Really a 3rd class hotel.. rooms were very good but not maintained… the staff (apart from front desk manager) were hopeless… dont have basis knowledge to provide service to customers. The dirty we cant imagine when we pay Appx 2500 -3000 per room…

Very Bad service. Frequent power cuts with no generator backup. Rooms were in 4th, 5th and 6th Floor, and the elevator was non-functional at most times. Lacks professionalism.

Rate of accommodation is very high and food is very bad. Complementary breakfast is not better than street food.

Pros: New hotel, big rooms, quality bath & sanitary fittings. Cons: PATHETIC Housekeeping, bad room service, below average food. Smelly bathrooms, not cleaned properly, same blanket without cover is repeatedly offered to customers. HORRIBLE !
