Royal Treat hospital is a new Nursing Home in the town in front of the Khelmati Police Outpost. The nursing home has been known for its maternity services and pre natal care. The hospital also has an emergency care and Lift for patient. The multi floor hospital has two residential doctor along with nursing staff. The canteen of the hospital also serves good food. There are some problems noticed in the hospital. These are such as - the payment system in the hospital. They are still on "cash only system" and no option of card payment. Morover the pharmacy also does not have full stock of medicines prescribed by the doctors. However, the price lists of services have also not notified for the patients and attendants.

Worse nursing stuff, very bad behaviour of most of the nurses and incorporation. The junior doctor was rude too at the beginning just for informing that there is no water in the washroom. They didn't clean and sanitize the patient after shaving before operation. The nurses at first didnt agree to change the dirty bedsheet on the pretext that patients steal bedsheets. They use toilet pan used by other patients without cleaning and sanitizing it which was horrifying. The nurse shouted at the patient while inserting the canula. The patient is an elderly person and she was trained as a nurse earlier , she knows how canulas are inserted and the nurse did do it very roughly and scolded her for showing expression of pain even though the patient didn't complain about it. Its a shame that nurses are that rude in this hospital .its an utter disgrace to the nursing profession and the pldege they take. The hospitality was not worth the money but the doctors who operated our patient was very good. Thanks only to the surgical and medicine doctors.

One of the worst hospital in the town. Yesterday I along with my family went. But there was no doctor neither any nurse. Even no gate keeper. M 6th pregnant n I was bleeding. No hope for emergency . Worst

Nurses of this Hospital made a rule that their relatives go first(1st) No matter from how much time the another patient waited for.... They even talks so rudely that they thinks themselves as queen of london.... Doctors are very good & really well behaviour peoples. Doesn't deserve even 1 star for nurse's attitude! Yahaan se achha kahi private ya duur hi sahi but aapko human being ki tarha treat toh karega....

It is one of the best hospital in the town.... Especially it is well equipped for delivery of baby.. All the staff including the nurses are very polite and helpfull.. But somethings yet needed to improve.. And i know as it is new in d town it will surely developed to its best.. And i must say.. It has a nice parking place..

Vary good doctors,specially Dr. Gobin Saikia the best gynecologist of Northeast. Good behavior of all doctors and nurses. Economic private hospital of North Lakhimpur.

No need to visit this hospital for maternity case my sister was under care of this hospital a year ago but on the last day he reffered in a critical situation to Dibrugarh but dibrugarh Dr said everything was OK .The gyno Dr of this hospital was unable to tackle the simple case.

Got in touch with the hospital today......bringing in a patient. Well maintained 3 floor building......with all safety equipment. So the treatment should b good.
