Value for money.👍 We (3 adults) stayed at this place for 1.5k (2022 winter), food extra! Spacious room, comfortable, clean enough! Very good food. Green, calm and secluded environment, AND at the centre of the town!👍 Major issue: we had NO geyser in the bath! 👎They allowed us to use nearby (vacant room's bath room!). Staff: Very average to poor (from booking to check-out)👎 Breakfast at 200/head. Reasonable with (Milk, cornflakes, juice/tea/coffee, bread/eggs). I still recommend you, despite some of the issues! Economical & not feeling caged (like in a hotel room)!😀

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at the Maple Leaf Country Hotel, and my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I checked in, the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The staff's lack of courtesy and consideration made for an incredibly uncomfortable stay. One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of privacy, even though I had paid for a room.They will come to check every hour whether you are alone or you have successfully sneaked somebody into your room. Additionally, the attitude of the hotel staff only exacerbated the negative experience. Their dismissive demeanor and reluctance to address concerns made it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority.

Terrible hotel. Terrible staff. I’d made a booking for 3 by calling the hotel one day in advance and was allotted a room as well. When i reached the hotel after driving for 15 hours, there was no one at the reception. After a while, one boy turned up and said he is not the manager but a waiter and as the manager wasn’t well he is looking after for the night. We found out that our room has been given to some other booking and there was no room available for us. After a lot of calling and back and forth with the manager Dipu- who was reluctant to even pick up the phone- a room was given to us for the night as the earlier guest had checked out in the morning. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Would not recommend at all. Please find another nearby town to stay as according to reviews this is the best in the city!!!!!!

I was staying in mapple leaf. They don't take order after 8.30 pm on hotel. But I tried in Zomato, they accepted it. I am suprised. Is this the right behaviour. Next time I would never stay in Mapple leaf. Nonsense behaviour. Their cook are behaviour less. I have been in the hotel for 2 years whenever I visit it.

Although I like the theme that they're trying to portray but rooms were poorly maintained and dirty. The mattress was hard as a rock. My own room's AC wasn't working and the neighbouring room's AC was loud as hell. Complementary breakfast was average at the most. The receptionist chews paan masala or gutka and makes the entire place stink like it.

I have stayed here almost a week it was pleasant stay here. With respect to comfort ness and for best food vegetarian 🌱 and non vegetarian both, I would say there is no other options available in entire north Lakhimpur. Room are constructed in old design but rooms are very specious and naturally chilled because of greenery around the property. Service is little bit slow it should be be improved by the owner. Small buffet will be available in the morning with limited meal like boiled 🥚, 🍞 omelette, puri Chole, aloo paratha 🫓 ,corn flakes, juices,🥛 & 🍵. They have their own bakery with the name of maple leaf bakery, variety of cakes, pastries, baked samosas are very fresh available here. Cards are accepted here.

Nice stay . Traditional type hotel ,built in a bungalow style, this hotel gives you a completely different experience. Every element of the hotel is thoughtfully crafted and decorated. Located in center of the town. Food is also good.

It's a mirage, it looks beautiful in photos and from the outside. When u get inside you will find that it's an old home which has been tried to convert into Hotel. The rooms are not good, the food is also pathetic, you hardly get any food to eat in the morning buffets and you will have an unpleasant smell everywhere. Service and behavior are also not good at all, their geyser and AC will not work properly and you will not have any charging point near the bed. Visited the restaurant last week. Food was good. However, the restaurant is very small. The owner should think of it's renovation. One more thing is that they don't have any swipe machine or upi payment option and accept only cash. In this age of digitalization can you imagine a restaurant situated in the heart of a town only accepts cash. Regarding lodging facility, I don't have any knowledge.

A nice hotel, at the heart of city North Lakhimpur. The ambience is quite different from most of the hotels we used to see. Lots of ornamental trees and climbers you can see starting from the entrance of the hotel. Which readily takes you away from the hustle-bustle of the city and calms your mind. Service is also good.

Excellent Stay! A vintage property managed properly with all essential amenities. Staff are courteous and polite. Service is amazing. Stayed at Room #17 on the 24th of June, 2022! Highly Recommended!

Stayed from 12/08/23 to 13/08/23. While checking out, found that one of my car's blind spot mirror stolen, while in the hotel premises. I never expected to happen in a old and reputed hotel like this. Security need to be tightened, Tiles in the room alloted were a bit slippery, elderly people need to be extremely careful. Disgusting behaviour of the hotel employees. Despite being of age 27 and being engaged, we were refused to book a room and stay together. Their demand was either we show a marriage certificate or we book two rooms. We booked one for my fiance as I had to go somewhere and we had no other choice. The staff came to her room multiple times to quote unquote check on her. Completely intolerable behaviour. Being in the hospitality industry you should learn the basics first.

Rooms are ok. Don't expect a luxury room and bed here. Service is pathetic. Reception behaviour is good but the support staff lack in service delivery. They are very slow in delivering any order as per customer demand. The location is good.

The location is wonderful. The whole hotel set up is quite different from any others hotel. It reflects a kind of country stay. The foods are great. Services are ok. But one thing i would suggest the management to look upon is the space for parking and the damp environment when it rains. Otherwise it's a great hotel for place like N.lakhimpur.

Worst hotel I have been to in my entire life. The service and the staffs are not professional at all. They always try to loot the guest by charging more or by giving less service. The rooms are pathetic condition. They don't have kettle in the room, neither they do have good television. The rooms which are of around 1000 rupees per night, but they charge nearly 2600 per night.

Visited @ 2 pm for lunch but they are providing limited items as most of the items of the menu were not available thag time. Had lunch as per the choice of the waiter. Ambience is ok.
