Its a great mart with all your essentials but there is no AC or fans in here which makes you really sweaty while shopping and sometimes some of the counters are not available which is annoying.

They are not using AC due to which it's very uncomfortable to all customers. Only a few Cash counters are open. They are not seeing customer satisfaction, only they are seeing the profit of the company.

It's mostly crowded, has four floors. You get wide variety of things from men, women and kids clothing, utensils, stationery, toys, electronic items, footwear, buckets, tiffins, water bottles, crockery, curtains, bedsheets, biscuits, juices etc. The only thing I don't like is it takes too long for payment/billing whether you purchase a single item or in bulk the queue is always there.

Best place to buy household items. Kurta collection is good. You'll find clothing at reasonable price, but limited designs. More counters have been added, so waiting time has reduced to 10-12 mins. This place is always crowded.

Disgusting experience. Offer has been announced whereas if you go for payment. They charge you a different price. Most of the customer has the habit of not checking the final invoice and the same way they are looting the local public. Beware of such disgusting brands.

Good place to buy daily needs but the staffs are horrible if u get any item w/o a tag staff doesn’t bothered to help instead they will tell u that item u cannot buy just imagine looking for item for almost half hour and then they will tell u this item doesn’t have tag so you cannot buy what a shame this is scond visit there hope next time they will Better

1st Pan India shopping mall in North Lakhimpur... It is relatively huge if we compare it to that of Dibrugarh and Tezpur.... Collections are updated frequently... Condition of AC, however, is a huge setback for Lakhimpur's Vishal Mega Mart.. Moreover, water drips inside during rainy season in one corner of the building... Hugely beneficial for people as customers and career destroying institution for small businesses and outlets... Welcome to the world of "Globalisation".

Good place for daily essentials and you get good discounts for buying in bulk. The staff, however, aren't well trained except for basic stuff. When it comes to buying electronic appliances, there was no one who could offer assistance with a steamer as well as hair straightener. Also there is a dire need for more working cash counters, keypoint being working here. Most days there's only one or two working counters available which leads to longer and unnecessary queues during checkout.
